Says small orders take 3-5 business days. At over seven days my order still hasn't left the warehouse. This was a sample order for a large company for qualification purposes. I've never had a flavor company charge me for samples for qualification, but whatever. I called customer services and the lady that spoke to me gave me a bemused shrug of a response. I can guarantee you that Nature's flavors have missed the mark for wholesale expectations and will be disqualified as a potential vendor for future orders.
