I've ordered from natures flavors 3 or 4 times now...

I've ordered from natures flavors 3 or 4 times now, I've also spoken to them on the phone about issues and concerns, I've order flavors and scents from them and they're products simple don't perform the may they tell you they will after you've spoken to them before ordering. I've wasted about 100 dollars ordering from them only to receive fragrances that don't smell even a little bit like the intended fragrance for instance you pay for coconut and you get a funny banana smell, or you order green tea/ cucumber and you get a stinky spicy scent. I also order cola flavor and it smells/ tastes like lime juice. another product I ordered was purple food coloring, and yet again it is actually blue. After receiving the products and testing them when you call them they just pretend like they will help you and say they will contact you back but they don't. Then when you contact them again they tell you that they won't refund your order or give you a better product that works as advertised. Basically they are a big scam from what I can tell. I will update this review if anything changes.
