Anhele Lilley this lady is the worst that I have ever met the first time did not have a good experience with her when I came for oil change now I brought my car in because it left me stranded in New York and when I dropped off my car I called her every single day like five times left messages she never never called me to give me an update of my car she s the worst person I have dealt with with Nissan and I have been a customer for years.. worst lady ever in her job!! I don t ever want to deal with her again. First time I took it in my automatic starter will turn off right away they gave it to me back said they increased the time to 15 minutes wow that did not happen my automatic starter kept shutting off like two minutes later now when I took it the second time I told her about it again When I pick up my car she never went over anything with me. She said that she try to call me but she didn t have my number wish I left in all my messages.
