Worst airport ever. I had to use this airport twice (onward and return) for transit, experience in both times are worst.
- Staff in the airport are very rude. They don't speak, not friendly at all.
- Staff don't inform passengers about what's going on in flight delays. When asked they keep pointing different people. Nobody is willing to help
- Display boards in the airport is not trust-able. My flight SV107 was suppose to leave at 02:20 but it was delayed (still don't know why), display board says 'GATE CLOSED' even before a single passenger stepped into aircraft.
- No Wifi.
- Wash room and toilet facilities are very bad. Water every where.

I'll never land here again.

I am surprised how all the employees of Flynas and Saudi Arabia take a prayer and breakfast breaks once for a period of more than 25 minutes and all the passengers are waiting for them.
The passengers are also fasting and wanting to finish the procedures as soon as possible to enter the terminal.

It was a good experience thier. Easy to understand where to go. All the terminals are in a straight row and can easy access to enter.

King Khaled airport Riyadh is one of the most important airport of Saudi Arabia. Passengers flow is bad, small halls, few shops few Restaurants and expensive food

The best thing in Saudi Arabia is the complete achievement in the fight against the Corona award, very, very, very excellent

Everything from parking to boarding to staff is third class.

It's a nice airport with good verity of cafes & restaurants. Shopping experience is nice you have good range of everything I liked it!

The KKIA is currently being renovated and hope they will improve their facilities. It is very small that is why we have to wait and suffer the heat outside!!!

Much improvement from the previous one, the speed of finishing the procedures is distinguished. It only needs to develop the baggage claim area

One of the best airports in how much it is easy to finish the procedures. May be because it is crowded except during July and August. They are working now to establish more terminals to make it even bigger. But, it remains very boring to spend long time inside any of these terminals as it has a very little sources of entertainment

It lacks good treatment of airline employees on the counter and handbag weight when entering the passports

King Khalid International Airport, the Riyadh Airport. Good Airport with clean, nice facilities, good service and beautiful airport. Duty free shops are average level only. Not a big duty free shops available at Riyadh Airport. Free wifi available at KKI Airport. Good customer service, nice officials. Overall best International Airport in KSA.

Overall its a boring airport to me , it is clean but id rather not hang out in it too long
You can check in late because it is almost never queued up
On Arrival there are scamtaxis they charge you 4/5 five times normal price and the cars are not even nice ....look for the regular white taxi for normal price..... 70 to 100 Riyal is a normal price to get to financial district.
Rental cars are in the isle right after customs. Be aware that Saudi people love their phone while driving ...............driving in Riyadh is not nice.

It's very modern, really well equiped. With everything you need to wait for your flight.

Luxury and comfortable airport and lounges 5 and 6 of the most beautiful lounges in the world.

For now it s the best airport in the Kingdom and with its most recent Terminal 5, it is proven so. Immigration process has improved a lot. I was amazed to see these people work so efficiently. Finally, they are on the right track.

It is a great airport with a lot of services and I hope that the procedures will be clearer

Unfortunately I had a trip to Milan three days ago. The weather in Riyadh was cold. Strangely enough, the air conditioning inside the airport is very cold. I was a little sick and unfortunately my health has worsened because of the very cold conditioners. I swear to God I was shaking from the cold and I sat on this case for 4 hours. What shocked me was that the employee at the airport told him I was tired of strong air conditioning. He said. Go and look for a corner and hide in it. I swear to God rudeness and few alive. When I arrived at Milan's Malpensa airport, I found that the air conditioning was turned off. Because it's too cold outside. Until now I am sick. Unfortunately .

For Air India and Jet flights it takes lot of time to check in... Check in counter is less and staff is not friendly..

This is one of the biggest in the Kingdom. The only disappointment I have is how those people take care in scanning the bags. Personnel are just throwing the bag as if they don't care whether you lose it or something break inside the bag.

We found their people on this area don't respect us. They should give respect specially if the passengers are staying because of connecting flight to other countries.

If you can't stand this way of ANIMAL treatment, make sure not to use a flight that will stop over to this Airport!

Due to covid19 no rush at the airport

Airport parking company is a scammer.
1_ Withdrawing the violating car, 575 riyals.
2_ The parking value is paid by the violator, and this is a mistake, because the car was entered through the company.

International airport is old but has been renovated and increase its services and open new lounges but needs more development and distinctive in the King Khalid International Airport cleaner toilets and toilets and thank the airport management for this, but should increase the number of chapels and distributed appropriately

New terminal 5 is good better have some change if want to use vending machines and if travelling from or to international better get ur luggage with u coz it won't transfer automatically

Excellence immigration services, Free WiFi, Prayer rooms, Free water for all the visitors and passengers, the bathrooms are clean & the shops are great and the seats are comfy.
