Alot better then Jeddah Airport .. quite big .. friendly and helping staff .. I had 11 hours lay over here and time flew

One of the great Airport. Very easy check-in process and you get it following facilities in the Airport.
1) Free Local Sim: My recent visit in KSA, I received new sim card on Arrival. After clearing immigration process, next steps to get free sim card and amazing things, you received few free international calling minutes so you can call your family and SAR 10 balance.
2) Free WiFi Access: for accessing this service, you need local sim card, please find WiFi name "KKIA Zain Free WiFi", connect it, it will redirect to Zain website, you simply need to enter your KSA local mobile no, you will received password, connect it and enjoy free WiFi.

One of the best airport in the country. It has Alfuran Lounge with 5 Star service.

Too bad. Too much lazy and rude officers hear. They don't care asians. When I go there last year I saw a one of immigration officer hit by leg to one passenger. My request for all of you please dont go to riyadh airport as a porter or driver(ground service)

Baggage services are one of the worst services you can see at any airport globally.
Luggage service in Hall 2 is one of the worst services, even though your bags are marked with yellow priority tape, but it comes after the arrival of this tourist bag, if it arrives intact.

2016 was good. There was quick flow from the counter to the xray and immigration area. In just less than hour, I was able to go inside and had my riyals changed to dollars and wait for my flight. Unlike in 2014 and 2015, people with Saudia flight scheduled for 4:30 am were already lining up for tickets and those who had a 2:30 flight couldn't get in and even were scolded by guards and it was already 11:30 at night. I was thankful it was corrected and implemented in 2016.. There was no more commotions from different passengers with different flights and no more scolding of guards. One cansimply just swipe his tickets on an automatic machine/detector to enter the immigration area without the fear of being told in a higher voice. People in the counters have also become friendly. Kudos!

The employees who are inside the passenger reception hall are of high standards, may God help them and make them happy, and this is a testimony from me
