This airport is the biggest airport in terms of area it covers. It is beautifully constructed although the airport is old they have really maintained and kept its shine. It is updated with the latest facilities as the other airports with kiosk and lounges. Many airlines still are not using the kiosk at the airport but it is still with some international airlines like Turkish airlines. The duty free is amazing to visit and the prices are quite moderate compared to other airport. The airport does have announcement facility which is quite helpful in case where there is a change of gates. The immigration is very quick with many counters opened and the staff is very helpful in guiding us. All in all its a very pleasant experience at the airport and it wont upset us with any lack of facilities.

One contacted my husband and his reaction during our descent, and we when the passport officer told my husband, you are not showing signs that he is forbidden in the manner of breaking and disrespecting the age of 63 years. Neat airport with basic amenities, clean restrooms. There are a few charging ports at each gate & a currency exchange center, few food stalls. Bad thing is Wi-Fi is available only to people with Saudia cellular network mobiles only (sends a verification code to phone number). You can get into Alfursan Lounge with 45$ fee and i recommend using it, if your transit is more than 4 hours. Airport is far better than Jeddah's

Access to free wifi, clean airport and safe. Access to different restaurants. However no comfy area to rest (except payable lounges!!), just chairs making it impossible to sleep and it's crazy freezing inside the airport!! Not many stores either.

Worst airport according to country standards. Airport is quite small with very less varieties of shops and restaurants. Airport staff are not at all helpful. Management needs to be improved as sometimes they are not able to control a lot of passengers during holiday season.Airport cleanliness is good. Business class lounge is not good.
