Mixed experiences, but overall bad. Other than the process of first time entrants of foreign passengers, the security is terrible. The man at the information desk was helpful. However, the men manning the podium just before security at international departures are completely useless. Getting paid to talk and not helping customers. Myself and 4 other passengers for a flight to Mumbai were there over an hour before takeoff, yet the check in was closed. No one wanted to help. No one cared. Just a terrible experience.
