I can't say enough good things about National Credit Care or Cara Corzo. If you need to increase your credit score to get ready to purchase a car or home or just increase it in general you need to work with this company. Most of the employees I have worked with have been great but Cara was the last one I worked with. She went above and beyond to help keep me on track. Ive worked with them off and on for a while and have quite a bit of credit knowledge thanks to them. Even with that Cara still made me feel like no question was unreasonable or crazy. You can't go wrong with 99% of their employees but as for me I found the one that I want to work with as long as I am a client. Thank you Cara.... I look forward to working with you more to accomplish my goal, keep up the great work!

I've been using this company for over a year now so far they have done an awesome job improving my credit was able to purchase my first house. They ate very insistent that I keep using their company I've tried to cancel twice but they have made it worth my money so I agreed to go a few more months. They have always had great customer service. I recommend them to use as a great step closer to what you want to achieve to build a better life.

Love how there quick to resolve problems on your report. Been with them got over 2 years credit was like 400 when started they removed alot items my score is made it to 650 so yes they do work thanks Josie for the help

You can do everything they do for FREE. These reviews are fake paid reviews. When you try to cancel they still try to charge they also harass you with phone calls.

Titus was very helpful for me he gave me a lot of information that I was looking for.

I had very little debt to begin with so I was told it would take about three months to start getting things removed from my report. here we are over a year later and barely anything got done. Impossible to get updates that made sense. They used complicated language to string me along. I'm a disabled veteran and they promised to do right by me and they did not. It was closer to a scam then a service. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!

I am very please with the results I'm seeing so far on my credit report. After only two months of working with NCC, I have seen a huge increase on my credit scores. I loved talking to Nero White, he was pleasant and very helpul and answered all my questions. It is always great to talk to people like him, Thx for the great job!!!!!.

I pay dory almost 2 years before I start my credit was 619 so I just get told my credit is 540 they took almost 3,000.00 on payments.they never fix anything from my credit they also ruined it more wtf

I previously worked for this company before moving back home, which was the ONLY reason I trusted them from the beginning. I knew how the system work, and what the charges will be. I have been with them for almost a year, and just called today for an update, which you are suppose to get every 6 months. When I was working there and up until now the soft pull credit checks were FREE! I called today for my file update since it has been 6 months since my last one. I was told that my soft pull will be $15?!!!! I asked why, and she explained that is just changed. I asked her why I did not receive an email, text, call or ANYTHING to inform of the new pricing policy, she then proceeded to tell me well I am informing you now. WELL YES because you have no choice to inform me now since I am expecting a FREE update which is what I signed up with. If they had just communicated better I might have considered staying with them a little longer! I no longer trust them, and will be trying my best to fix my own credit.

They seem to be really doing what they said they would. I have seen the deletions coming in and am very pleased. I do wish that they had a way for us as customers to log in and see the compatible analysis of where you were and where you are now and how much further you need to go to reach your goal. This would be critical for someone who has a strong goal of home purchasing and just needs a few negative things removed. I've been working with Rick Rykman and Priscilla Martinez and they have been great. Keep up the great work and thank you for your help.

Like to give a shout out to Seth Kerr and national credit care. I'll be honest with you my credit was not so good year ago but over time it has continually gotten better and better. This guy is not only kind and courteous but he knows what he's doing. I would recommend these guys to anyone!!

Bill B has been phenomenal throughout my experience! Went over every detail and put up with my repetitive questions, and he never had an attitude. He was very patient! He has all my confidence that we will be to my goal score inthe next 60 days as promised!!

Sometimes you don't know what you don't know so when I called to get an update today, Tony did an excellent job helping me out. He could tell I wasn't quite sure what kinds of questions I should be asking, so he was able to give me all the information I wanted and more! Tony is a great customer service rep and a credit to NCC.

They answered the phone very quickly & Jeremiah was super helpful in explaining the details of my case and where I m at in the process. He also educated me on several things I was not aware of that is currently affecting my file. Very happy to be a customer on this program. My call with Jeremiah brought me a lot of confidence that this company was the right decision to go with.

I've been using National Credit Care for about 6 months and our credit scores have increased over 100 points from each bureau. My husband score was 485 in September 2015 when we began. His score is now 655 and it is March 2016. I absolutely love that these professionals get us results! You should always consistently call them about your credit file each month when as they stated in the beginning of the program to get an understanding of what steps they are taking to clean up your credit. We have had numerous of deletions removed from our credit report and the several rounds of investigations and disputes they do will make a huge difference. On a average basis I speak with Joseph Still and Mariska Cortez who are some of the sharpest and professional credit advisors on the NCC team. These two individuals have provided me with excellent customer service. I am pleased with our results and we are on our way to pre -approval for our new home.

Rick was awesome in helping me decipher my credit history and score. I look forward to speaking with him again. He was incredibly positive and I'm feeling very optimistic about my credit future.

Just want to say that I have been working with NCC for about 45 days, and I can already see progress with my credit report. (Things being deleted). I have worked with about 3 different representatives, but by far Kelsey Calvert is a great representative. I called and left her a message that I had a quick question, and I had a call back within the hour. When I did speak with her, I truly appreciated that she was very thorough in answering my questions and explaining the process to me, especially since my husband and I are both receiving services and trying to understand the process. She was also patient with listening to my questions, and I felt she was truly listening to me.

I must admit, before talking to Kelsey, I felt that the some of the other representatives were talking really fast and just trying to rush me off the phone. The message they related to me is that I have something better I could be doing. Before talking to Kelsey, my husband and I were thinking about cancelling our services because we felt the company just wanted our money. Now, we feel differently. Ty Sauceda, who is a credit counselor, was GREAT. This is a legitimate company who will help clean up negative credit and help you to get positive lines of credit. They are the best choice.

Hugh McDougal is excellent to work with. He is helping us out by giving us some credit tips and helping dispute some items for us. I highly recommend this company and Hugh.

Joshua Smith was very knowledgeable on all the questions I had asked. He was friendly and courteous to me and my wife.

Tony Chiarelli was AWESOME! !! He helped me to know what was deleted items and went over my credit report with me...He also showed that he cared about my customer service experience and wanted to WOW me!!! I love this company and would definitely recommend it to others to better their credit.

Neil was a wealth of specific knowledge to my situation! He expounded in detail to me several pieces of information pertaining to key factors of my credit score. He explained the inner workings of those factors. Lastly he gave me exact instructions for the next steps to take!

National Credit Care was recommended by our mortgage lender. So far they have been amazing. In the past few months they have gotten inaccuracies removed from our credit and consistently improved it. Every time I have called for guidance they politely answer and take time to review everything with our credit goals in mind. This morning I spoke to Eric Ayala who assisted with an update on my report & my husbands. He took the time and explained exactly how to pay off our credit cards that are currently also affecting our credit. So far our files continue to make progress. I definitely recommend their services. They take each call and questions with great importance.

UPDATE:

We purchased our first home in July 2020. This is 8 month after we signed up with national care credit. Keep in mind you need to put the work in too. We payed off high balance credit cards & they removed inaccuracies from our credit. We did pay to delete with companies. They will help but it s a two way street

This place is a huge scam and takes advantage of people trying to get on their feet this place stole 1000 from us and now we can not pay our other bills im begging you do not go to these people they are a joke.

I called in for a check up just to get an update on my file and Clark walked me through everything that has been going on since starting with them a few months ago. NCC does all the heavy lifting. Hello to the good people at NCC, it has been a journey from my beginnings over a year ago and I am still with you lifting my Credit score over 200 points.

In large part to the people you have in your organization who not only help me personally to those behind the scenes that make it work.

I must be honest some where down right uncaring sorry I had to put that in, others a delight. I must say though you might have had a bad day we all have them besides it was just one of those days that we were not on all cylinders and didn't click.

Out of all my experiences The first gentlemen I worked with was absolutely off the chain with his customer service and skills and the last personal I spoke with makes it like a pleasure she gets work done. Oh let me drop the name Shonelle Lorey excellent, professional and explains things in a way anyone can understand, she is helpful and leaves with any questions let me know.

I think she owns the place just because of her upbeat personality and likable wit in gathering information.

I was recommended by my lender that I am working with to buy a house, if they can get a repo from 2012 off my credit it will be well worth it, if not, well it will be money down the drain. My rep is Will, and I called him yesterday, and I question the motivation, but I will wait and see.

Firstly, I d like to say that, at first I was skeptical about NCC. So, like a lot of you now, I read the reviews and was still thinking these could just be fake... Well, I can tell you that this is 100% real. I am single and work 2 jobs to make ends meet/pay for an upcoming wedding!

With that being said, dealing with Leo initially, having questions answered by the CEO himself, Aubrey and then dealing with customer service rep Rachelle. I have to say, making the decision to have NCC help me understand and better my credit report/score was one of the best decisions I ve made in a long time.

They answer any questions I have and have made it so much easier to understand things about my credit that I never really thought of before! I ve only been a member just a little over a month and my score has already increased by 12 points!

Thanks so much NCC for everything you ve already done and continue to do! Thanks to your Company I ll be able to purchase my first home way quicker than I ever thought possible!!

I delta with Ty Sauceda and I had a good experience. In the short time I've delta with ncc my credit score went from 520 to 665 and my wife's is 760 now.

I enrolled with NCC in October as I was referred to them by a lender. The sales pitch was very intriguing and made me feel like it would be a quick fix to my credit to get me into the housing market as soon as possible. I was promised follow ups. I did everything that I was instructed to do by the initial gentleman. I went a couple months trying to get ahold of someone and never get a reply. I sent numerous emails and called many times. I never saw a change in my credit score or recieved any further information. It just feels like a scam. After multiple months of waiting for a response and my payments still being taken out. I decided to cancel and had to push my way to one of the top people in charge. I am still waiting for a call back to cancel out my contract. Very poor communication from this place. I do not recommend their services.

Nero White, NCC representative assisted me and provided excellent service. He thoroughly went over my credit report and gave me advice on what I need to do to improve my score. I've only been with NCC less than five months and my credit score has improved tremendously. Thanks to Nero and the NCC team I feel more confident about my financial goals.
