Nelly was very helpful, she answered my questions with ease and she was also soft spoken. i enjoyed our conversation about our file and everything was made clear.

I usually don't write reviews, but I must take a minute and give a Rave Review for Renee Lipsey. She has gone out of her way to work with me and answer my questions. She makes me feel that my business matters and that she is in my corner. I appreciate her efforts on my behalf.

This is the first time I have ever felt like leaving a review.. If I could give this company negative reviews I would. I was referred by my lender to get a loan, all I needed was 18 points and I would have been able to buy a home. They said they see an increase of 20-25 points every month and that they could remove 3-6 of the negative items. I didn't have any thing negative to be removed. All I had was 2 late payments and a high credit card balance. They strung me along is this program after guaranteeing me they would get the lates removed. I paid these scoundrels $100 a month for nothing. Dont even try to cancel, they just keep charging you. I read all the terrible reviews about them but my loan officer said she heard good things and give it a shot. When i tried to cancel they yelled at me.. RUN as fast as you can from this company..

Since I've been working with National Credit Care (only since March). I have seen my credit score improve tremendously. They truly care about helping you and educating you on proper credit decisions.

Yesterday, I spoke to Gabe Acebedo, and he was so helpful! If I could give 10 stars, I would. I love this company-- they are better than any of the big name credit repair companies!!

Belinda answered my questions and was very polite and patient with me. It was a very good experience.

Cindy Medina was very paitient and helpful. She took her time with me and went over all of the questions i had for her. She was very knowledgeable and honest with me about what i needed to do to better my credit situation!! I will ask her for everytime i call from now on!!!

I signed up in Feb 2018. They were able to remove 1 item. Since May 2019 they have not been able to remove any items yet keep collecting money. Never an email or call from them. When ask for a refund they stated it s client responsibility to keep up. I paid over 2000.00 over two years for one item! Not worth it. There are better and affective companies out there. They are simply a scam!

Ted was amazing! These guys are truly what it takes to improve your credit! I had a horrible credit score and in a matter of months they have been able to rehab my credit and make me eligible to buy a house!! After taking to Ted, I was able to hear how things are going, improving on my end what I need to do, and overall maintaining all this work they have done :)

Super nice staff and the whole process was very easy to start. Would recommend this to anyone wanting to fix their credit. I spoke with a young lady Kayla who was super nice and patient while I could get my stuff together. She was willing to explain my credit standing to me and what I need to do on my end. Usually you do not find nice people like her when you call in to places. She made me feel like I was important to her, and valued my time.

Please don't waste your money with these people. I was given false information and did not get the service I paid for. They have a system that makes it nearly impossible to cancel by putting you on hold for up to an hour and then transferring you to another department that then places you on hold for another several minutes before just flat hanging up on you which makes you have to go through it all again. The strange thing is that when you call and select that you want to enroll then they answer almost immediately.

I just had another great experience with National Credit Care! Gabe Acebedo is very helpful and professional, answered all my questions, and assisted me with exactly what I needed.
I have been working with National Credit Care for about a year now. My credit scores have gone up substantially, and almost everything negative that was on my reports has been removed. Credit counseling through NCC has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I would highly recommend them!

I have a had a GREAT experience with National Credit Care and highly recommend them. Ubin Foucher was always willing to help and offer great advice and a full explanation.

National Credit Care and more specifically Candace Macias, were absolutely phenomenal in that she shared our vision of home ownership with us. We had recently gone through some very bad times with my wife's medical issues and our credit took a substantial hit. After only 6 months with NCC, we were able to buy a home and get the prime interest rate in the process. Candace and NCC made us believe that we could actually achieve the American dream once again. Thank you Candace! We have even decided to continue our relationship with NCC and Candace to ensure our credit remains their top priority.

Update: They are all scams. I befriended a person that worked for Lexington Law. They were called a paralegal but never had any paralegal schooling or training. I was given scary info and told It s all just sales.

Pay your bills and wait for any inquiries to fall off. Check credit for accuracy, dispute inaccurate information. Not all collections are accurate or even yours. And research everything about credit. You can do it all yourself, for free.

I personally got my husbands score raised to a number he has never seen, and I did it for free. He cancelled his subscription within a month at NCC. I raised my scores also on my own, however, it took longer because my debt was higher, and I paid off vehicles.

Old post: This is just a starting rate. I am hopeful this score will improve. My husband and I are dealing with Jeff H. And I can t help but to sense his shiftiness. He has been nice, but how his voice changed when I said I would think about it, then him stressing his urgency regarding an upcoming meeting. To us never receiving our portal access link until I called him the next day. All that and more screams to me slack conman/salesman. But that is not yet fair since we all have our days. Clarification, these are just my initial thoughts from actions.

But I always give the benefit of the doubt. I will gladly keep you posted as to my overall experience. So far, not the best, nor the worst.

I must admit I was quite skeptical when I was first introduced to NCC. Throughout the process things were pretty quiet, as they were busy working on repairing my credit files. Today I had the most amazing & helpful call with Joseph Still at NCC. Though I started out the call a little concerned, as I wanted everything to happen right away, Joseph quickly turned the call very positive and walked and talked me through the process of reviewing my file and the progress made thus far.

I have to say I was very-very impressed with NCC, and truly enjoyed dealing with Joseph. By the end of the call he basically talked me into signing my wife up for the program. Thinking about an experience I had yesterday prompted my to write a quick review. I'm Residential Real Estate Broker in the Baton Rouge/Gonzales, LA area. I was checking in with the folks at National Credit Care about several clients I've referred and encountered an especially helpful representative, Tony C. Tony and I spent about 20 min on the phone and I got a complete update on my buyers, the Good, the Bad and the Ugly. Fortunately there was more Good than the rest. The biggest part was Tony C's thoroughness and attention to detail. It makes my job as a Broker much easier having the ability to hand over a potentional buyer struggling with burised credit and knowing their in good hands. It's a confidence builder to have a service like this available for my folks without added cost or maintence on my part.

Noah is exceptional at providing customer service and status updates. I called with a concern regarding my account and he was able to provide with solutions and feedback. He was also prompt in sending communication, as promised.

Had some frustrations about my account today when I called. By the end of the call we had worked out a plan ams all my questions and concerns had been answered. Most of all my frustration was redirected to the credit bureaus which is the correct place for it to be. Thank you NCC for your continued help.

It's hard to tell. Customer service is outstanding (4 stars instead of 3) same with knowledgeable in the industry. What everyone is saying about the attentiveness and credit advice is accurate. I also see the other side with NCC working to not lose you as a customer by giving you the run around on hold or pushing to work with your rate or whatever needs done not to cancel your account. I have been in a financial hardship the past few months and paying NCC is not as important as my rent. Luke has been coaching me through it and has consistently convinced me to keep pushing and it will be a success when all the deletions come through. I know I can't afford this service but somehow I keep paying them and I am putting my trust in NCC to show me results. Like other's however they have not hesitated to assist me with making the service affordable, I really get the team vibe from them as in they want to fix the problem at it's roots. So....I am trusting what Luke is telling me and I will let you all know for sure at the end of my experience the God honest results. That way you can make your decision to bail early or stick with it.

It was good until i found out they had activated everything in my bankruptcy and now people are calling saying that i owe the bill.they also made my credit worse than what it was.

I am a total novice at this process, and I have been quite apprehensive about going through it. I spoke with Renee today. She explained the program, the steps, the importance of each step. I came away feeling knowledgeable and at ease with this undertaking. She walked me through the process till I understood and felt comfortable with it. She's thorough, patient, and encouraging.As an educator, I understand what it takes to thoroughly explain, and she did a good job. I appreciate her very much.

ANN NIETO MARCHAN was phenomenal answering my questions. She was also very patient and understanding to our situation. My husband's credit was destroyed due to a divorce and numerous deployments back to back. National Credit Care has been a blessing to us. My husband's credit went from 500 to over 700 in 8 months and they were even able to get rid of a foreclosure from his credit. Thank you National Credit Care.

First of all, I'm all about Logan Shafer !! Her ability to focus and explain in detail yet make it so simple and easy to follow and understand is above all most important to someone like myself who is not so educated in the "help me fix my credit" world. I also have to say that I've had great success and progress with National Credit Care as a whole so there's no complaints here across the board... but up until today..after having the chance to get Logan take my call.... I had yet to have someone who was so on top of things, and communicate them in a way that just simply put things into perspective and helped me understand what i was missing and had been trying to get an answer on for a while now..and she did it within seconds of pulling up my account. Logan knew right from the start what I was trying to get to the bottom of and for someone who does what I do.. not only in the entertainment business but also as a broker... communication is so crucial when explaining something that a client needs to know and help them feel that they also learned something that will help them as they continue to work on building their credit. When you can take something with you besides a good credit score, that's when you know you're in good hands.

I can't believe that a company like this exists. Incredible customer service from my guy Tony. He gave me his extension so I can reach him directly since we first set up my account. I am a victim of identity theft by family members so I have a unique case of fraud to repair. He's been excellent at easing my worries and anxiety about my low score and accounts that are not mine. I believe after a few more months I will finally be able to make life better for my family after working with Tony. This man deserves a raise and recognition for his genuine care for clients. Can't wait to see how much more he can do for me!

I have been with them since February and have at least 5 things removed or change on my credit report. Joshua was very helpful and theral when going over my updated credit report with me. I'm very pleased with the service I've received so far and will recommend this company to friends and family.

Denine is very attentive and makes you feel welcomed to asks questions as needed. She is very customer focus and also provides good coaching with improving your file.

UPDATE July 2019: This company pretty much wasted 9 months of my time, let alone the amount I paid for the first 6 months. I know there is no guarantee obviously, but they set expectations very high. Ultimately, they removed only 1 or 2 of my items. They have a performance guarantee which they provide you another 3 months free if they have not removed at least 50% of your accounts at the 6 month mark. The 3 or 4 that was removed was the total accounts removed within the total of 9 months. Wasted time, effort, and money.

I love this company. I have been with them since Nov.2016 and am seeing a tremendous change in my credit. Neil my counselor is AWESOME!!! He gave me pointers and told me a few things to do while they continue to work on my file. I give him 5 stars for not making me feel like a regular customer. Thank you Neil for showing you care it means a lot. I told my mom and sisters they qill be enrolling soon.

NCC has helped me remove several erroneous accounts on my credit file over the past year. I spoke with Candace this week and she is by far the most helpful and easy employee to work with so far. Keep up the good work!

We decided not to continue using this company. They will not stop calling. They just told me that they will not stop calling until we pay them. If you're thinking about hiring this company, please reconsider. I wish we never would have. I just want them to leave us alone and stop harassing us.

What was particularly interesting to me is that the price National Credit Care charges was significantly less than any other of the credit consultants I had hired to teach me the key factors in improving ones credit.
