Amazing place for car enthusiast, specially NASCAR...! I am new to this but still enjoyed learning about many things.
Giving 4 star because, surprisingly they did not allow me to take one small bottle of water Also with me inside. Had to throw one and buy another from store inside.

The Nascar hall of fame is a fantastic place to visit
Wow one of the coolest places I've been to. Pretty much the whole building is dedicated to the NASCAR Hall of Fame. I'm not much of a NASCAR fan but after coming here, my interest in it has grown.
Tickets were $25 per person and after you go in, they prompt you to watch a 12 minute video on the history of NASCAR inside one of their theaters. Afterwards, you go venture to off on your own to the many different floors.
The first floor is structured like a race car track with a huge tv monitor playing a NASCAR documentary. There were car models displayed all around and information about those cars and drivers.
The floors above contain all the information on what goes into racing and more car models. A lot of the displays were interactive and there were a good amount of games you can play. One of them was a simulated racing course where you drive a car and race against others.
Everything about this place just felt so new, modern, clean and I think it's such a nice reflection on NASCAR and the future direction it's heading.
All of the workers were very nice and always guided me through out the exhibit. I asked them questions and they happily answered all of them for me. I only wished they were open for longer. They kicked everyone out around 6; i got in around 4:30 so I didn't get the full experience of this Hall of Fame. I could have Easily stayed for 3 more hours. But I was rushing through all the floors because they were kicking people out.
There so much information and history in this place it's amazing. If there's one thing you should do if your visiting Charlotte, it's to come check this place out. You won't regret it.

Awesome experience! NASCAR HOF is excellent. My friend and I visited over Memorial weekend and was not expecting to get in free for being a veteran. NASCAR always does it right with the veterans. Thank you!

I was underwhelmed. Pretty clean and all not sure what i was expecting. Wasnt the most exciting thing. If you have a small child definitely by all means go ahead.
Beautiful place, I recommend paying the combo where you have unlimited access to the simulator. The difference is $ 5. Clean and good treatment of the staff

If you're into NASCAR this is a must visit! There are many displays, facts & interactive stations. The best part is that you can attempt to qualify to get in and take a virtual race in a real race car. You can also challenge yourself as part of the pit crew if you prefer.
Great family fun for all ages. Has free, hands on games! Worth the time and money to go.
It was great to visit where where speed legions have left the mark in racing. Spent time with an old friend aa well.

I went to this museum knowing nothing about Nascar and loved it. The design of the museum is impressive, and the exhibits are outstanding. They did not feel outdated at all to me. They clearly have put a lot of money and effort into this museum and I think it is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!
I've always wanted my whole life to go here and it met and exceeded all my expectations.
I thought I was going to hate it but, I probably ended up having more fun than my husband. It was very interactive and there was something for everyone.
Was lucky enough to have some time to visit this after a work trip. Very cool even if you are not a NASCAR fan. The museum is very interactive and plenty to see to spend a couple of hours. That being said it s not cheap. Admission is pricey and there are add on cost as well.

I m not a car enthusiast but decided to visit NASCAR Hall of Fame because there was nothing to do in Charlotte. The entrance fee is a bit expensive - $25. Objects are displayed in a very interesting way. There are so much interactive things to do here so it ll be good for kids. The International Champions Cup was being held in Charlotte on Sun, Jul 22, 2018 between Liverpool FC vs Borussia Dortmund and members of both teams visited the NASCAR Hall of Fame. The Team buses were parked next to the building.
This place is so cool! The stock cars on display are great and the simulators were very fun. Highly recommended.
Very cool place even if you're not into NASCSR. Some hands on exhibits which are fun. Food was so so.

The Staff was amazing, helpful and made sure we saw every nook and crannie.

Very nice and historic museum, friendly staff and security team. They also host a lot of parties and events. It's worth the trip for the family or a nice one on one date.

Only history of drivers ... quite boring for all who do not deal with the matter. Even Technikversierte people come here absolutely not at their cost ...

We spent an enjoyable afternoon at the hall of fame. It was educational, informative and quite interactive.
It's a well designed race car museum. If you are a sports car enthusiast and want to learn about the history of car racing then it's the place for you. It's a must visit place if you ever visit Charlotte.
They didn't clean up my daughter throw up they took for ever while some workers were sitting down starring

Amazing! We aren't even big NASCAR people and we loved it! Wish we would've planned for 3 or even 4 hours; 2 hours wasn't enough time.

Great place for the family even if not a nascar fan
Was a great place but for a hall of fame I certainly expected more. It can be finished in 2 hours unlike other extensive and elaborated hall of fames. The simulated car race was fun but otherwise it was OK. It is creative but would give 3.5 stars. Still check it out if you want to!
I really liked the museum as a whole, especially the driving part where you got into the cars and drove them in a game. The only thing I didn t like about it was that there weren t people that you could ask more about certain exhibits. Overall fun for the general family, but maybe not completely fulfilling for a big nascar person.
Love this place and to see all of the Iconic cars and all the activities they have to offer makes for an awesome experience
