Napletons Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram Review

Only heard bad things about this place , had a friend of mine get a car there and they just lied and try to push more than it actually was , they don't take time to help you , rude people horrible customer service.

Unfortunately this place was not as I had originally thought. Sold me a broken car and pretty much ripped off my grandma. Very displeased.

Wow! Great job! Bobby & Moises did phenomenal to get me on the right vehicles for the best price. I definitely will recommend Napleton Kissimmee to anybody. Also ask for Bobby & Moises they will go above your expectations!

the oil change service is horrible. I have a free year of service for oil change. I have two services completed and I don't know which is the worst.. This year will make a nightmare. I dont recommend them to anyone.

Service dept is staffed by professionals. Multiple inspections shadow repairs. Maintenance and repairs are done timely and correctly. Have confidence in Pablo Yoell Rosario (the service mgr.), he represents a staff that does it right and as promised.

An awesome experience! I bought a 2016 Chrysler 200 I couldnt be more pleased. This is my first car and Cesear and Leroy have gone above and beyond to make it as smooth and as painless as possible! I'm so very happy with my decision I have had my car for a little less then two weeks and it is beyond perfect!!

I am very disappointed after such a poor experience where I was blatantly lied to. I called them prior to coming in and they verbally agreed to very specific terms of a deal. I was told let s do the deal, come on in to sign the papers . I then asked to confirm all the specific terms of the deal before coming in, so I don t have to waste my time coming out and negotiating from the beginning. When I arrived, they claimed to have not known about the phone call, and then stated that they did not agree to the terms of that deal. Ultimately they lied over the phone just to have me come all the way out there, wait 1 hour, then offered me way more than originally agreed upon. Waste of everyone s time. It was a blatant lie from a manager just to take advantage of a customer. Very unprofessional and I am pleased to leave my very first google review for Napleton. You earned this one!

Overall experience was a great! The car salesman Carlos marrero was very kind and helpful especially with pricing since I had a budget to stick too.

I contacted to see a vehicle, they confirmed that I was and I traveled 87 miles and when the vehicle arrived it did not exist. They did not have the kindness or courtesy to call me so I would not miss the trip. I lost the opportunity to buy the vehicle, but you lost a customer.

I have to say that Thor the iceland man and his manager John worked super hard for 4 hours yesterday trying to get me and my wife approved being first time buyers but unfortunately no luck ;
when we thought all our hopes where done this morning i recieved a call from Thor that we had been approved !!!
I will recomend Mr Thor to everybody thats in the market for a vehicle he won't give up for his customers !

We initially went in wanting a Jeep truck but after Jose found out exactly why we wanted it and a little more about what we were looking for in our next vehicle he helped us find the perfect fit for our budget and lifestyle. If youre scared of pushy sales people... Jose is your guy. He cares more about you and your needs than just putting you into your next car.

Poor customer service service advisor Carl from Clermont had no knowledge of the root of my suv problem. Was charged extra on third day just to tell me that my suv oem tow harness was damged from new. I bought it from another cdjr dealer. Was treated like i was dumb and did not know what i was saying and or happening. Your technicians lied to your service advisor thus your advisor lied to me 2 days in a row. In all i payed 330$ just to activate my tow package and be taken advantage of, an if that was not enough they gave me a Bill to fix their mix up for 849$ + tax! Wich i did not except. I hope someone in this dealer really cares about this and makes it right. By the way i was not the only upset customer in the waiting room for 3 days all i heard was complaints. All i needed was to have my running lights fixed on my tow package. For whatever reason your techs kept saying it was fixed when infact they weren't to then say to fix it was 849$ on the third day. Sound like scammers to me. I am going to contact corporate offices and escalate my complaints.

Marlene help me in and my familia with very quick service and was able to go above and beyond to help me fix my car.

I purchased my car here last year and had a great experience. However, service is a hit or miss. I recommend Rick. He was great as my service manager. He's the only reason didn't give 1 star. We came back another time and got Henry Machin. As mentioned in an earlier review, he was rude, unprofessional, and just simply didn't care. I would suggest he find something else to do that doesn't require working with the public.

Although the sales process was good the process after the sale was very poor. After getting my signature and $5,000 down payment they kept me waiting for over an hour and a half before the business office told me that because the vehicle was not on the lot that they sold me he could not complete the paperwork. This was only after I threatened to remove my payment and walk out on the sale.
