I am so disappointed with the service I received. I have been a long time customer. I have bought there my last 2 vehicles plus recommended people that have bought their cars there. To my surprise and disappointment I went there last week to perform an oil change and do a check up and the service was horrible. First they kept the car without assigning me a service advisor, second they told me they were getting back to me within 90 minutes. Not only they never called me but they kept my car for 36 hrs. I had to call the sales department to get someone to check on the car for me because they were not answering the calls.
Never called me to tell me what was wrong with my car, didn't answer my calls and then when I went to pick up my car after 36 hrs. they charged me 100 dollars for a repair that I didn't authorize. When I asked for a detailed description of what they did they refused to give m one stating that I would receive an email with the description of what was done and i'm still waiting on it. I've called everyday to speak to the service manager and he doesn't have the courtesy to reply or call back and the most ironic part of this is that today Seven days after I drop my car I get a text message telling me that I have been assigned to a service advisor and that he will contact me when my car is done... for real I have my car already. This is how messed up they are. I imagine this business is really going down hill. They have definitely lost a client and i will make sure I share my experience so others don't have to endure this lack of professionalism.

Had a great experience. Saw the truck online on Autotrader, came in to look at it, did my paperwork, walked out with the truck I wanted, still had time for dinner. Process was easy and pain free. My salesman was Luis and he was awesome. All through the process he did not rush us or insist on harrassing us. He gave us great advice and made sure we were happy. Thank you Luis!!!!

Kedar and i held a great conversation during our test drive in the dodge durango. The way he spoke about the car i started to wonder if he owned one. He compared them to alot of other 3rd suvs in the market and presented keys points that best fitted me.

We had a problem with the battery for our Town and Country. The battery was still under warranty so they replaced it free of charge. The service tech Tony was very helpful very satisfied with the service.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I feel I was taken advantage of and their lack of customer service was appalling. Here's what happened:

I came to this dealership with my fiance to trade in our vehicles. We chose this dealership because a sales rep that she previously had a good experience with (Bobby) worked there. In the process of trading my vehicle in, Bobby brought me the carfax on my vehicle and said the car is "worthless". He explained on the report there was clear evidence of odometer tampering, which renders the value of the vehicle essentially worthless since you can't verify the true mileage of the car. He said I should be angry and calling my lawyer because I have a "cut and dry" case. He said "park the vehicle and don't pay another penny on it until the case is done with". Since my fiance had previously worked with Bobby, we took him at his word and appreciated his guidance. I still needed a vehicle though, especially if I was parking my old one to deal with the legal issue. We signed paperwork for another car. In the process, Bobby felt bad for my situation and offered me five tanks of gas, on the house.

The next day I called a lawyer who referred me to carfax to start with. After speaking with them, it was clear that it wasn't odometer tampering, but a misreport by a car shop which happens all the time. The mistake was cleared up within 24 hours. Now I was left with an additional car payment after I had been told I had a "cut and dry" case.

On top of that, the paperwork that we initially signed was false because the bank they told us would finance us, never approved us. We had to go back in and fill out a whole different set of paperwork at a different monthly payment that we hadn't agreed on. We already took possession of the vehicle, so had no choice but to accept. We spoke with the assistant GM who gave us another tank of gas and an apology for the whole mess.

When I went in to get my oiled changed and to see Bobby to get my free gas it turns out he no longer works there so no free gas. I presented the card the AGM gave me to the Sales Manager (last name Guzman) indicating the free gas and turns out that person no longer works there either. He took the card, put it in the shredder, and refused to honor it.

I've never felt so violated and taken advantage of in my life. Car dealerships have a bad reputation for taking advantage of customers and this is exactly the reason why. Do not fall victim to the same lies and con.

i went to napleton yesterday, trying to lease a challenger, i had an appointment with Ryan, when i got there he received me as a professional , we went over everything , i test drove the car, he explained absolutely everything about the car, features and whatnot, we went over the numbers, but unfortunately we couldn't reach a common ground, i really want the challenger, if i have to buy one , it will be definitely there
