Napletons Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram Review

I arrived at the dealership two days after Christmas late in the evening. The service attendant and Mr. Eric F. the service advisor were wonderful. My family and I are from Louisiana. Before I even told anyone where we had traveled from, they were happy and eager to help. Mr. Eric called in my warranty and kept me informed on the progress of my repair. I was a nervous wreck when I arrived and the service department made me feel at ease. Thanks more than you know Napelton Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram!!! Mr. Eric F is the MAN. he offered future assistance as well. You can't go wrong here. Drop my jeep for services clean, and wen I pick up have sand every were inside, very disappointment services is bad, customer services the same never go again. I just take pictures because I can't believe this happens...

Only rating 2 stars due to friendly staff. Service sucks and they didn't even bother checking to make sure the work they did on my pickup actually fixed the issue. (Was an electrical issue) I had to replace one of the headlight MYSELF in their parking lot due to them not bothering to check their work!! I def do NOT recommend anyone going here! Go across the street to Firestone!!

Made contact with Mark Foster and my service advisor Jennifer in regards to a small issue I had with my spare tire. Although I felt ridiculous needed help with something so trivial, they both treated me like a values customer. I also had my oil changed today as well. This is a very inviting environment. I appreciate Mark and Jennifer for trying to get me the best deal on a set of tires as well. Good people here.

Overall below average quality of service 4 hours for a simple oil change but on the other hand very professional and caring, just short staffed.

This is by far the worst place I've taken my car to be worked on. I got my car back on a Friday and it died on the way home. I've called over 20 times trying to get my car back into service and Mike in service wont return my voicemail after numerous messages left. My car has sat dead in front of my house for 10 days. I seriously think it's a game for the service manager. I've asked to speak to the gm or anyone in charge of the place and it always goes to voicemail. So at the end of the day $750.00 at the dealership and sent me out the door with the car not repaired correctly.

I came in on a Honda looking to be helped and Jaden Santana sales worker helped me out to get everything I wanted I couldn t buy unfortunately because of the amount of money down I had to put that I did not have in the moment but I am grateful for the way he helped me and took care of me made me feel comfortable and at home I appreciate Jaden s great hospitality.

Look me up "SO CALLED MANAGER" you should check with Kerlyn your sales associate and John you manager and ask them about Vasquez black brass monkey edition 2017 Durango RT that was purchased late Saturday check also there schedule "both off" this past Monday and check with the receptionist about the 3 messages I left and check with the manger on duty that Monday Michael and as our conversation. and ask them about our conversation yesterday Tuesday.

Won't buy from them again. Already had financing done before I walked into dealership and it still took 3 hours to get deal done. Started feeling pushed into the sale as well as them trying to add on some money because they did the math wrong. Not my problem. Unhappy customer.

I felt the selection of vehicles was sparse. I was there looking for pickup trucks only two or three to choose from. I had stopped in there a few years back when service and selections were much greater.

Poor management. Manager had a major temper tantrum while we were there purchasing a new vehicle. He blew up in his office with all doors open cursing and hollering. We should of gotten up right then and there and left. Our car had stalled on Florida turnpike and so we had it towed there(closest chrysler dealership) and they told us it needed a new engine. Sales people lied to us about the vehicle they sold us we found out later.
Would never go back there again!

Marvin lino has helped me so much, what an incredible young man. Go to him for any question. He's got time in the business and even knows his competitors extremely well. Got the truck i wanted and needed, and im so loving that hemi v8 sound!

Our experience in this dealer started good until the sales guy put us to talk with a guy in the commercial truck department. His customer services was really inpolite and disrespectful because whe he saw us speaking spanish he just stand up and leave the office. Later another guy who said that is a manager over there star to talked with us about the situation but to be honest a racists aptitude that nobody must to suffer and accept. I was soo bad our experience trying to buy a new commercial cargo van. I hope any other customer must to live the same experience.

My husband and I bought a new vehicle here a few days ago.
Buying a new car is always stressful but it was especially stressful for us since the last time we bought a new car was in 2009.
We were greeted immediately and introduced to Jessica Ives who supported us through the whole process in an extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable way. We couldn t have had a better more positive experience!

For being a first time buyer on a New Car, I was really thankful for the Team at Napleton. Pity the attention of the sales manager who attended me on Thursday, August 30 at night.
The salesman was even worse, he has no idea about anything, he did not talk. It is not lojico that the sales manager tells me practically that I am a liar, because I teach him a promotion in Wrangler. Read 349 and even on the official page of the Jeep the promotion appears and it expires on September 4, 2018. Not even with the photo I believed and said that I did not have internet, to verify the information. Much arrogance and disinformation, terrible. General management should supervise their staff more, because they are losing clients.

Went in to buy a Challenger Cash and was profiled and judge and treated without respect and the horrible service by George Velasquez...and he is one of the managers.
Avoid this dealer at all cost...
