This was by far one of the best vehicle buying experiences yet!! This is our 4th Jeep purchase, but the first one with a lift. Let me tell ya, they know what they are doing. From the road force tire balancing on the 35's, to the dual steering stabilizer, to the anti roll equipment. It handles as well as my 13' or 15' stock set-ups ever did, and world's better than my first cj 7 ever could. FRC customs has done their homework. Marek our salesman was as straight forward as anyone could ask. The initial contact was made over the phone, followed by several texts, pictures of trade and other info since we were over 3 hours away. He explained explicitly without fail, that THEY WILL NOT HOLD A VEHICLE FOR ANYONE. Company policy. If you want it get there and buy it. Period. Marek did a great job of keeping in contact with me so I did not make a wasted trip. All in all perfect business transaction all around. Thanks Auto Villa and Marek for making it a great experience. Oh by the way I'm gonna keep this Jeep for awhile so don't expect a trade anytime soon.

Bought my 2015 Chevrolet equinox from here had an awesome experience was a great price compared to others dealerships around for the package and mileage it had. I dealt with Tony through the whole process of the purchase explained all and provide a great comparable warranty and promised a first service on them when my vehical was due. Made the appointment for my service when it was due and Josh was very quick prompt and took care of the service as promised and rechecked the vehicle over. Free of charge. I have had my truck two years now and am having to now replace the engine after already replacing my back axel, all 4 bearings, breaks, tires. They lied about milage and essentially sold me something that has needed a ton of work if you do buy from them be sure to have a mechanic you trust look it over. I was told by many to not buy here but still did...

My car needed servicing but when the service department ran the work by the warranty company they denied the service and stated that the work was not covered under the extended warranty. After speaking with Dave at Auto Villa in McHenry he immediately contacted the warranty company on my behalf and straightened it all out. The repairs were covered 100% under the warranty. I really appreciate that he went above and beyond to help me. It shows how dedicated Auto Villa is to their customers.

DO NOT GO HERE! THIS ISN'T OUR FIRST BAD EXPERIENCE HERE EITHER! THIS TIME WE HAD ENOUGH. AFTER BEING PUSHED AROUND FOR 2 WEEKS, WE GOT OUR TRADE IN BACK (that they told us they paid off, but DIDN'T) AND WENT TO AN ACTUAL DEALERSHIP WHERE WE WERE NOT PUSHED AROUND!

I found an SUV on there website I was wanting to Purchase but I'm out of state.So I called a several times to get a Carfax report before I traveled there They told me each time they would be sending it soon but they never did send Carfax report on it I called several time and text the Sales associate but got no return text, phone calls, or emails.

Steve was our salesman and he did everything he could to get us to the payments we wanted and at the end of the day we were driving home with a new truck. Found a couple issues the next day and got a hold of Steve. He tld us to bring it back and they would take care of it and fix whatever was wrong and they did. Even sent me all new floor mats bc I was missing one. Nice people and was a very easy process from start to finish.
