Poor customer service service advisor Carl from Clermont had no knowledge of the root of my suv problem. Was charged extra on third day just to tell me that my suv oem tow harness was damged from new. I bought it from another cdjr dealer. Was treated like i was dumb and did not know what i was saying and or happening. Your technicians lied to your service advisor thus your advisor lied to me 2 days in a row. In all i payed 330$ just to activate my tow package and be taken advantage of, an if that was not enough they gave me a Bill to fix their mix up for 849$ + tax! Wich i did not except. I hope someone in this dealer really cares about this and makes it right. By the way i was not the only upset customer in the waiting room for 3 days all i heard was complaints. All i needed was to have my running lights fixed on my tow package. For whatever reason your techs kept saying it was fixed when infact they weren't to then say to fix it was 849$ on the third day. Sound like scammers to me. I am going to contact corporate offices and escalate my complaints.
