I bought my vehicle 3 months ago and have had nothing but issues with the management and employees. They don't follow through with anything. I emailed the owners the first issue (2 days after purchase) and they couldn't even call me, they had a manager call me...and again still bad follow up and service. After they finally made the repairs needed to my used vehicle with$15k miles they sent me a text asking if everything was good and when I texted back no very dissatisfied I got no response! Went last weekend for my first oil change and perma plate maintenance and after 4 hrs they told me that they don't do perma plate on weekends and just finished up my oil change that I had a 11:30 appointment for. Avoid this place and don't buy a vehicle from them. Avoid the headaches!

I went in today to lease my third vehicle from Nissan and had hands down the best experience I've ever had. Our salesman was Joe Scwartz, and he's the best of the best! He went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible and earn our business. He's definitely not your typical car salesman, and is one of a kind.Extremely honest and genuine. If you're in the market for a new Nissan head in and ask for Joe!!

I bought a 2016 Nissian Titan and 3 months later have fuel leaking. I was told the truck had a manufacture 100k bumper to bumper warranty by salesman Mike Manza and his manager Daryl Day. Then at signing I noticed they were charging me 2500.00 for extended warranty. I said I was told warranty was already included . They then said I m sorry that s for the newer Titans. I was disappointed but went ahead and purchased warranty. Now 3 or 4 months later I have a fuel leak. Come to find out My warranty is a third party warranty not a Nissan warranty and they don t cover diagnostics. On top of that they never disclosed that the truck had a aftermarket fuel tank and it s not covered! Also they didn t disclose that because of lift on the truck other components aren t covered! So basically I was mislead and paid 2500.00 for a Warranty that doesn t give me much coverage! I m still waiting for Daryl to call me back to see what he can do to resolve the issue. I will update this review good or bad depending on how they handle this!!!!!!

U guys are all hype and tryin to get my mom for a tank of gas gets you put on the bottom of the list. U guys make it easy not to wanna buy a new nissan here in town with the new management. .uggh. Oh and a front end alignment that was done maybe a week prior ironically but luckily she didn't fall for that trick either

Took the very little time out of my girlfriend and I s schedule to come down to see about getting into a new vehicle. After having numerous people overwhelmingly recommend this dealer to us we decide to make an appointment and take the hour long trip there. After loading up our kids and getting there we were greeted by a salesman other than the one we had scheduled to meet due to him ruining behind on another appointment, which was fine. We laid it all out on the phone the evening prior to coming so they knew we weren t coming to waste anyone s time with the situation we presented them with. I explained the same thing to the salesman we met and then the entire time was transcended into the exact same experience you get at any other dealer. They came back with payments almost double what we told them we wanted to pay, there were no incentives on trade or anything they seemed like they would really do to make it seem like this experience would be different. After finally telling them we could go up a bit in the monthly payment and agreeing to buy it then and there if they could approve us, they came back with a denial unless we could get a third person on the loan to co-sign and that was due to myself still having SEVEN HUNDRED dollars remaining on a vehicle loan. I explained to them if that was the only thing keeping us from needing another co-signer to get approved I could pay it right then and there. We were told that wouldn t matter and there was nothing they could do and to basically pay it off and come see them in a month or two. No manager came to explain things better or offer us other solutions to possibly leave there in a vehicle that day. After all the hype from people that have had great experiences in similar situations I suppose we were just expecting a bit more from Naples Nissan. There s nothing that sets this dealer aside from any others, we ll be sure to shop elsewhere next time.

I cancelled warranty right after purchasing it. I have never been credited $1300 back. After frustrating contacts with unresponsive customer service and finance manager, I was told to deal with the bank or with 'Nissan' . They are great at taking your money and selling useless financial add-ins and warranty contracts but they have no respect or care for you as a customer. Please look somewhere else. I am done with them.

Although I was not able to purchase a vehicle due to financial restrictions he was very pleasant. When my financial situation gets better I will be definitely going back to Naples Nissan. From the moment I arrived at Naples Nissan, I felt I was really a valued customer. Isaiah (James) Oliver met me at the sidewalk as I got out of my car and listened to what I said. I felt no pressure as is common with auto sales reps. He showed me to his desk, offered water and sat down to discuss what I was looking for. I felt very relaxed.
Throughout our conversation, James explained what was going on and made efforts to find what
I wanted in a new car. He made an effort to find the vehicle that was just right for me, and introduced me to the service agent while we waited for the finance representative.
Guillermo in the finance department was pleasant and explained what each step of the process was for. (All I had to do was call my insurance company this morning to notify them about the new car). I hadn't expected to find a car I wanted and to be able to drive it home the same day. James even went with me to the bank to get a cashiers check for the balance to complete the transaction.
I am very pleased with everyone at Naples Nissan, and would give an A+ rating. I am sure that all my dealings in the future will be good, too.

At Naples Nissan I was treated extremely well. The sales team went above and beyond my expectations. They bent over backwards to make sure I was able to get the car I was wanting. They didn t give me no run arounds like some other dealers I have been to. If you need a new car go to Naples Nissan they will take great care of you.

Worst customer experience we have ever had. We had financial difficulties do to me being hospitalized because of my military service. It caused us major Financial problems. We needed to buy a new car and we understood because of our past problems that it would be work to get a vehicle. While on the phone with him, I explained that we had a prequalify with cap 1 and that we are two and half ours away from them. The last part was important because it s the day before Thanksgiving and we didn t want to spend the hours sitting in there. I asked if a deal could be made before we arrived (Price, military discount, & contract etc. ) He kept pushing for us just to come down and they would make it happen. I told him that because of our situation and distance, we were not going to come down until they ran credit and a deal was done. After about 2 hours, Mr. Asturi told me that he ran everything through his finance manager and everything was ok. He was going to have the car cleaned and ready for us when we arrived... So we drove almost 3 hours in Thanksgiving traffic for this vehicle. When we arrived there, we could see the vehicle sitting out front of the building like he said, but it clearly wasn t cleaned at all. He offered for us to take a test drive, which we did just to make sure everything was ok. (Vehicle wise it was fine) When we tried to figure out things in the car, he replied that we could just Youtube information about it because he didn t know anything about the car. (this is a Nissan dealership and the car we were purchasing was a different brand used car, but come on!!!) Even so, he s the sales person, he should be able to tell us something. When we get back to the dealership, this is when we realized that they haven t done a thing as he told me they have. They still needed to go run all the information to get an approval. Secondly, I told him previously that we weren t looking to make a large down payment at this time. Capital One had approved us with no money down. At this time, he said they could t use capital one because they don t take all the taxes etc into account correctly. The price of the vehicle jumped from 30k to 38k all of a sudden. When I asked why, he claimed that we didn t get the $1,500 credit because we weren t using their finance company. I asked about the military discount that he promised me, he then says that they don t offer rebates for used vehicles... At this point, I felt that they were doing the bait and switch. He know all of this information beforehand, but decided to lie to us just to get us down there. I was ready to leave, but my wife said we drove two and half hours and just to let it go. On top of that, Mr. Asturi was very condescending in the way he spoke to us few times. The finance manager also kept trying to sell us add on products that we didn t want. He tried to sell us GAP insurance, maintenance, and road side assistance. He kept saying I want try to add this if you don t need it, but he kept pushing the products. I said how much would it cost if we didn t get it. He told me it was only a $4 monthly difference. He was lying because after I saw the reviews from the company and decided not to get it, the monthly car note dropped by $55 not $4 like he lied about early. ... I could tell he was upset that we didn t get the extras, because he was basically banging on his keyboard to reprint the contract without the add ons. Once everything was signed and we walked back out to Mr. Asturi to get the keys and tag put on the vehicle so that we could leave, Mr. Asturi put the tag on the back of the vehicle, but had to though out one more condescending remark to us before we left.
I would give zero stars if I could. We got on the interstate to head back to Tampa and realized the car was on E!!! How do you not put gas in car for your customers that just purchased a vehicle from you?!? As a disabled veteran, I would recommend staying away from this place. They will do anything to make a sell.

Horrible Dealership!! Go to another nissan dealer or Any other brand dealer but dont go to this one. They over price everything!!! Some staff are friendly but others will lie and trick you. We learned this the hard way. Financing horrible. BEWARE buyers!!

All thanks to the team of managers / vendors and their incredible dedication and willingness to help / teach. Words of motivation, support and constant training is what you receive at all times. This has been by far the best training experience I've had in a long time.

Top-notch experience as always. I like the new "intake" process a lot, where I'm met at the drive-in and everything is handled right there instead of having to walk in. Very cool process. Everyone was friendly and professional. I've been having my vehicles serviced here for about 3 years now, and it's always been a great experience.

After posting a public review as I am not one to complain without verification of the unfairness, I was contacted by the NEW service manager to thoroughly explain my concern and discontentment with the service/estimate I received. I was truly surprised to receive the call and even more surprised when he shared a sincere apology and offered to make it right. I don't think he was trying to pull one over on me (nor do I think the tech intended to overcharge me), but I truly believed he intended to improve the level of service and trustability within the department, starting with me. I will return to Naples Nissan Service department in the future. The moral of the story is review the repairs on the estimates you are given and do your due diligence to verify it is a reasonable fee for the listed repairs. As long as Rich is the Service Manager, I will entrust the safety and affordability of my vehicle maintenance to Naples Nissan.

a radio advertise. so much pressure to buy a car with an inflated price and $5000 discounted fake . When I did not give in the salesman Christopher had a childish traced lines to follow to the other side of the paper to a "no" answer. Very childish from the sales manager and salesman young inexperienced salesman. Remember Christopher a no no. If the sales manager is a child in place of an adult you as the sales man don't need to be a jerk. You know it is a fake and false advertise on the radio. Once you are there they jack the price up and the interest rate also. Do fall for that. I will spread the word here and elsewhere. I bought a car from Bonita Springs Mitsubishi Last year no pressure no problem. Will go back to to my friends at Bonita Mitsubishi. Ask For Charlie @ bonita mitsubishi.

I just had an AMAZING experience at Naples Nissan. George, the finance manager, recognized I needed assistance right away when I walked in (I just came from two terrible experiences at other dealerships, and was in no mood: he could read it all over my face). George realized this, and directed me over to Matt Solis in sales, who took great care of me, and got me an amazing deal. Matt was patient, knowledgeable, and got me exactly what I was looking for. His manager, Kenny, was fantastic as well. When I went to sign, George even remembered me, and was so personable. He got us quickly through the paperwork, without it feeling rushed. I would recommend Naples Nissan to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, friendly and urgent team! Go see Matt in particular: he might be the last honest car salesperson out there! The last piece of advise: DO NOT GO TO SUTHERLIN IN FORT MYERS. There is NO comparison to the quality of the team, and overall atmosphere.

Beware of these guys. Horrible experience. What they dont tell you in their "$8000 payoff reduction" promotion is that the $8000 takes the place of any discounts. Not to mention they charge their own $995 destination in addition to Nissan's $1395. I guess that's for driving the car from the car carrier in the street to their lot. Now the story. I contacted the sales manager at the dealer about matching the price of a new armada at a Nissan dealer in Bradenton. He confirmed that the armada I wanted was in stock. So I made it to the dealer the same day. Now, In all fairness, they said they could get close to the price but never promised they could match. So rather than drive to Bradenton, I decided to give them a chance. When I arrived, I was assigned to Amad, a salesman. While our cars were assessed, he went to pull the armada up. After 20 minutes of waiting I was advised the car was not in stock and had been sold. Imagine that, right. Around the same time, they came back withe trade figures for our cars. Not only was their price not close, it was $5000 more for the armada and their offers on our cars were about about $3000 below kbb trade in each! The salesman advised us that this was only a starting point, but since it was roughly $11000 more than the figure I had in mind and was most likely not going reduced by 11k, we left. The next day i contacted the Ft Myers Nissan dealer and inquired about them matching the price. They assured me it could be done. So i went in. I told them what I had in mind and without any back and forth, they came out with the exact deal I had asked for. So long story short, they beat Naples Nissan by $11000. That's right $11000! My advice is dont waste your time with these guys. Go to Ft Myers.

Until Bill the fiance guy tricked me. I wanted setup an automatic payment plan and have not received my car payment book yet. So they set it up with me paying the dealership a $400 membership fee to pay my own car payment?!?!?!!
Luckily, the company let me cancel and refund my $.

Well I bought my first car here so my opinion may not be taken into high consideration but as a first time customer, now owner, of a Nissan car. The experience was all about meeting your personal needs and making sure they find the car that is indeed what you want and can afford even with all of your own wants and needs. This process was especially harmless due to Cooper who helped me through this easy process when I didn t even come in knowing I would actually be able to trade my past car in and get a total upgrade that I can afford. Thanks to him and his caring personality I am not scared to go to a car dealership whenever the time comes for me to do so and I ll definitely go to Nissan first.

Great experience at Naples Nissan this past week. Very professional staff that was kind and courteous. Salesman, Bob Davidson, was outstanding. He is a very knowledgeable and he treats his customers with respect. I felt very comfortable buying from him because he treated me like a person and not just another sale. Sales Manager, KC, went over and beyond to meet our needs. We will definitely be back when shopping for automobiles. Overall, I highly recommend Naples Nissan.

My service started with subpar customer service fr...

My service started with subpar customer service from the first representative I met. My vehicle was assessed, and I was told the problem was found and it could be fixed. At the end of my service , my receipt showed I was charged $300 for the service fee, $20 for the necessary part, and $30 for Shop Supply. My car is the only means of transportation, so I'm willing to pay any price to get it fixed. On the following day, I went in my car. I had the same issue, my car could not start. The issue that I was told was fixed on the previous day At the Naples Nissan dealership. I call roadside assistance and when the gentleman arrived he concluded, my battery was not working. For the addition insult to injury, the car battery was purchased at the Nissan dealership in Naples 3 years ago. Hence, is still under the 84 months warranty. I live in Lehigh Acres, I had to pay an additional $200 to purchase a new battery because Nissan Naples dropped the ball in the servicing of my vehicle. I am so disappointed, I'm expecting that if I take my Nissan vehicle to a Nissan service center; I am expecting the best service to be provided by experienced providers. As I am a single mother, I don't appreciate my time nor my money being wasted. Thank you and have a great day.

My husband and I went in doubtful that we would get approved for anything due to our prior experience with dealers and sale reps really not caring or trying to make it work. Our sales rep Gary was the best! There was no BS, he was very upfront and helped us get into a brand new Sentra with 0 down. The whole process was great and they made my first new car purchase experience one to remember. So a great big thank you to Gary, Abe, George and everyone at Naples Nissan for being so amazing.

I have been a long standing Nissan owner for over 17 years. I was looking to purchase a new vehicle when my lease was up and was hesitant to go to Naples Nissan due to my past sales experience when it was different ownership. Being in the service industry myself, I decided to try Naples Nissan again.
I have to say what a world of a difference! Mario Asturi and Ken Chavis are a true pleasure to work with. They did not want me to leave until I was completely satisfied. I am happy I gave a second chance and even happier with the sales team and their drive to please each customer. I look forward to continuing my service with my Nissan Maxima and in a year or two getting into another Nissan!

I called because my 2016 Nissan Altima was not starting and it kept telling me my key fob was wrong. Nissan procured me a tow and the tow truck driver told me my battery was dead and corroded. He jumped it and followed me to Nissan, where I was promptly taken care of and received a new battery as well as a new, clean air filter. I also got my car body washed and it looked amazing! I cannot be happier and I love my NIssan!
