I had been searching for a car and went to multiple dealerships and always left discouraged and unhappy but when I went into Nissan they were nothing but helpful and right to the point. Frankie was the Floor Manager and he did an outstanding job. I left without a car the first night and called him back before I even got home because I was so pleased with his service that I wanted to confirm he would be there when I went back the next day to buy the car. Thanks Naples Nissan for a great experience!

My 2010 Maxima's transmission went out and Eric took great care of my situation. The warranty had been extended due to trouble with their transmissions from 90,000 to 120,000 miles. My car had 91,000 and I had the service done at Goodyear at 60,000 miles as recommended but I guess the record was not easy to find. Finally Nissan covered it and Carlos repaired it and it's running great again! Earl was my adviser and your team all treated me very well and earned my business for the future!! Thanks to all the service and mechanics that helped!! THANK YOU ALL!!!

Worse customer service! I called today 9/20/19 to speak to the parts department they answered quickly placed me on hold. Second time he said please hold then answered and hung up again. 3rd time I get a new person and he answeres as if I was bothering him at work! Then after I said my complaint he happily hung up. Worse customer service ever!

Kris Rivers and Nick Maggio were the best guys on earth to work with. Went to a couple of other dealerships beforehand and none compared to Naples Nissan. They were extremely nice and quick with their work. I was nervous coming in trying to buy a new vehicle and they made it super easy qnd actually enjoyable!

I would not change how the day went I loved working with Daniel he has such a bubbly personality. but in the end I had to return the car and was more upset that I drove my original car to Lehigh and back to naples to receive the second key because I forgot it without a plate other than waiting all day it was ok

I was sort of confused when I first got there as this was my first time. I drove up and had to ask, should I just park here? And she said yeah....then as I got out no one said anything. So I went inside and there were a few people but no one at a desk, i wasn't sure who to talk to, i looked right at a few people but no one said anything to me for about 5 min until someone finally said, can I help you? From then on it went very smoothly. I loved the waiting room and the snacks as I had my 2 year old with me, the wait was about an hour and a half but the snacks definitely helped. When they came to get me when they were finished the were very polite, I didnt get the complimentary car wash though, as it said on the paper, which would of been nice, but I am glad my car was properly maintained.

Absolutely horrible experience. Drove two hours ready to buy a car for the listed online price. Once in the dealership they added in over $4k in fees making a car listed for $11,788 online to over $17k. Rude and extremely misleading sales representatives. The Sale Manger Daryl was sarcastic, disrespectful, and a disgrace to what a manger should represent in a company. Spend your money elsewhere. This dealership is a prime example as to why people hate buying cars total CLICK BAIT!

Can't say how pleased I was. Had the car there for the 2nd time after purchasing it somewhere else and the shop is very clean and the waiting room immakulate. Brian Gatski processed my inspection today. First he took a video of the car with an IPad, which I had never seen anyone doing before. It keeps everyone on the "Up and UP". They did the maintenance for a competitive price and washed the car at no additional charge. Brian stamped my guarantee booklet and gave me a "Service Repair Summary" printout describing the condition of the car. He also informed me of what to expect at the next inspection.
I will be going there again! Thank you Brian.

Danny Toledo and his service team were all amazing. The whole team kept me informed as to what was happening and went out of their way to help me in any way they could! I am SO impressed with the exceptional level of customer service! After dealing with Mr. Toledo and the Naples Nissan service I would not take my car ANYWHERE else for servicing. If my car is there I know its in good hands and that I will be treated like a priority. I am beyond satisfied and I will recommend them 10/10 times I am asked!

All I can say is WOW! Big shout out to Sean Cleland and Ken Chavis as well as the Finance Manager George. Went in looking for a Rouge Sport and they got me out the door with a great deal on a Pathfinder. Traded in my Altima from Sutherlin Nissan and decided to try Naples Nissan and loved my shopping experience, very nice guys working there and are very great at working with you as well as helping you out. Highly recommend, BUY YOUR NISSAN HERE. You won t regret it!

Beware of their Finance Department. When purchasing our lease at the end of the term, they attempted to add an additional $1,363 warranty, $299 wheel protection, $199 "ding shield", and a pre-delivery service charge of $799.50! The manner in which they attempted to add the fees to the loan was both deceitful and unethical. None of these fees were on the original price sheet, nor discussed. Instead, they tried to insert them into the final paperwork.

Be cautious. Two stars only because I'm still giving them the benefit of the doubt. I offered to co-sign a loan for a relative who recently moved to the Naples area. I live in a different city so the paperwork is en route to me for signing. In advance of signing I want to confirm the loan amount and terms. A comment fro the sale person raised my suspicions that it may not be what my relative expects. We all know there can be misunderstandings between the sales desk and the finance sign off. I'm co-signing a loan, would like to know the loan amount - seems like a reasonable question. Seven phone calls, four voicemails, one email and two promises of a call back that didn't happen, and I am none the wiser, but increasingly suspicious. These folks don't like to answer questions!.
My hope remains that their final pricing is ok but likely a lot more than the initial internet pricing because of excessive fees. Be prepared for add-on fees that will take the price from good to average.
Bring your wits, a calculator and a sharp pencil.

Sure, after he turned it on. Why would i lie about a 2006 w/ 125k miles? Bought a new truck right then and there. Still not feeling right about the whole incident. New truck's hood flexes on the highway.

These people are con artist do not buy a car from them. I walked in on a Saturday hoping to trade my car in. They told me because they didn t have a 2017 pathfinder brand new that I qualify for a 2018 . After negotiating for an hour and letting them know I want to stay between payments of 550 to 600 by then sign papers with finance and they told me that I would be at a 690 which I was not happy the lady then told me not to worry that a bank will finance it and it would be at the range that I want to be three days later after I drive the car for those 3 days even took time off work to Bring the car in to get the windows tinted . I got a call to come back to finalize the papers and then told my payments were 900 . Crazy I then gave them the new car back and got my old car and walked right out. These people are a scam and need to be stopped. A law suit will be filed against them .

It took me a little time to finally make this purchase and Marcos was patient. I was overwhelmed by the patience and dedication Marcos Gonzalez provided me at Naples Nissan and getting me to my price range.

Marcos is extremely knowledgeable of the vehicles Nissan has to offer and is willing to answer any and all questions you may have. I would give them a -100 stars if I could. Do not have your car serviced at Naples Nissan. They do not honor the priced disclosed on the website, regardless of confirmation and pricing. When I scheduled my appointment online I selected the 30k service for $189, when I dropped off my car I was told that wasn't the price and the actual price was $399, made me feel like I was crazy.
After I went back online I saw what I had originally scheduled and the price was in fact $189. I contacted the service manager but does not care whether you are satisfied with your experienced or the honesty/integrity of the service.
I have reached out to Oscar Campos and Aaron Walker, they have both ignored me.
Stay away from this place.

Words can not describe how grateful I am to have come to Nissan Naples to buy a new car! After getting into a horrible car accident, I had plenty of time to do some car research, while staying in the hospital for a couple weeks. Once I got out, I worked with KC to find the safest car within my budget.

A few issues came up when I first got the car, but working with the Nissan Naples team, I was set in a rental ASAP to get my new car fixed. I also recently moved 5 hours away, so in order to make the process easier on me, Leon (another part of the Nissan crew) test drove my vehicle and safely drove my car right to me!

I was so happy to work with such compassionate and professional guys. Now my car is running amazing and I couldn't be happier! Thank you for everything guys!! <3

Wife had horrible experience today at service department. Had simple, regular oil change appointment for 8:30 am. Service rep Daniel (name on service form) was supposed to check her in. She waited at desk for some time, after which another representative walked over to her to help. After she explained her situation, rep left to find Daniel, but could not. So the replacement rep, who was very kind, said he would check her in and she was told to go wait in waiting area. She did, but after 90 minutes, no one had told her the status of her oil change. (The dealership promo material that was included in our purchase folder states 30 minute express service. ) She went to service desk to ask for Daniel and the status of her her oil change. Another rep went looking for Daniel, but he was never located. So the rep researched her service and told my wife her car had been finished some time ago and apologized that no one had told her. The unexpected one and one-half hour oil change had made my wife late to work. She went to her car, which was supposed to have been cleaned along with the oil change and it was still dirty in many areas. It looked like someone had tried to clean it, but there were still bugs on the front and the side windows and spots on side of car were not cleaned. This was our first experience with this dealership s service department and we are more than disappointed. The original salesperson highly promoted their terrific service department and personnel at point of sale, but was most certainly not evident in our first visit.

This is my third vehicle from this dealership. They make the buying experience - and most importantly the deal - so that it doesn t make sense to go anywhere else. If you are thinking of buying a Nissan, look nowhere else. Ask for Mike Maenza. Straight shooter, not the usual saleman type, very thorough, makes sure you are comfortable with all the features of the car - providing a very low preasure, rewarding buying experience.

The worst dealer I have ever been to. They hide thousands of dollars worth of fees and only let the customer know when it is time to negotiate. I saw a 2016 Toyota Camry for $15,788 and I called them to ask if the car was negotiable and they said: " Of course! Come and you will not regret it." I told them I was not planning to spend more than 17K and asked to them to be honest but I ended up driving from 2 hours one way for nothing. They told me "Yeah come and we can work it out." Once I tested the car, they showed me the numbers and the final price was $21,960. Fee over fee, with one of the fees being $2,750 for recon. At the end, they said the final price was $21K. Huge difference compared side by side with the advertised price. Please be cautious with them and don't believe their advertised prices. Even one star is too much for this Naples Nissan dealer.

Amazing dealership to work with when buying, leasing, etc. I dealt with several car dealerships over the course of this past week and it was very irritating. I called up Naples Nissan and spoke with Mike Amabile who was outstanding. I told him what kind of car I was looking for, what specs I wanted inside the car, the price I wanted to pay walking out the door, etc. He found this car for me and I purchased the car all within 24 hours!! Car buying with them is simply relaxing and you can tell that they care about their customers. They went above and beyond to help me get my car exactly how I wanted to. I dealt personally with Mike, Jimmy, Rick, and Joe during my experience and each one of them were awesome, and of course Frankie, he was the entertainment for the day. Wonderful group of gentlemen. I will definitely (and already have) be recommending Naples Nissan to friends and family!

Bought a used car that they charge $4000 saying they reconditioned the car. Within less than a month the brakes showed signs of grinding. I had my own personal life to attend to with the virus out. I brought the car in when I could they would not fix it. There is no way they reconditioned the car that fee is a scam. They wouldn t even do the next best thing and honor what they claim to be charging for. I also was trying to buy a 2020 maxima with 500 miles total and they had the same so call reconditioning fee. It s false advertisement and the BBB will be involved.

I first visited Naples Nissan back in January and worked with Mike Maenza. He was very knowledgeable and sensitive to my situation. It unfortunately wasn t the right time for me to buy but he let me know that when the time was right he would be ready to help me out. He followed up with me and because of his professionalism, I ventured back out to Naples (I live in Ft. Myers) in May to finally purchase my vehicle. Mike worked very hard to get me into right car. Mike made a time that could be very stressful quite enjoyable.

Yes the customer service is great here and the salesman was awesome... very disappointed in the financial department I've called for 3 days in a row left voicemails and left name and number with the receptionist. My insurance company needs the lien holders name and information and I still haven't got that information. No one has returned my calls I just called again today and was told once again they will return my call by the end of the business day. Guess I'll have to take a trip back up to the dealership just to get this information. Not a happy customer at all bad business if you ask me....

Well I bought Nissan NV 200 back in October of 17...

Well I bought Nissan NV 200 back in October of 17. Within 35 miles the interior door handels broke off and the A/C starting leaking inside the cab. Your service dept has tried to fix the issues over 9 times as of 10/19/18. Unsuccesful on all attempts to fix the problems. On the last attempt to fix the handels the service dept actually tried to glue them back together?!? Handels broke right off in front of management, funny thing is Nissan said they were installing new parts. Manager was dumbfound and blew off the whole situation. Naples Nissan wouldn t even provide me documentation of the services rendered, which is against the law. Now I am left with glue stains on my door panels and broken handles on a brand new vehicle that leaks water. Spoken to every manager at Naples Nissan but no one helps, nothing but excuses and lies. I tried calling, emailing and going down there personally to speak to Mr. Walker the owner but he never bothered to return any of my calls. Don t understand why he speaks such a big game on the radio but doesn t have the courtesy to call back a disgruntled customer. Just another sleezy car dealership.

Worst sales person ever. Came to work out trading in on a new car after speaking with Mario by phone. Showed up and someone else said they would be taking care of me. This person asked what are your expectations 4 times. Hello I'm at a dealership to buy a car why else would I be here. Then he tells me it will be 3 hours before anyone can help are you sure you want to be here. After seeing he didn't want to help us hell no. I don't care what deal they offer I will never ever give them my business. I highly recommend avoiding this place

The service department is a joke high price ripoff. My Titan has been there maybe 15 times almost every time is a fight. Just to look at my 2016 with 35k 172$ just to look at it and they gave me a 1800 fix ripoff. I had it fix for under 1000. Only tip I can give you when struggling with them is call Nissan USA. I had to 4 times. All the 5 star reviews I believe are fake or paid for this place is a sham.
