It was good I had the oil changed and tire rotation it took about an hour not bad I just wish they had the complimentary bar open for coffee and snacks.They added a coupon so that made it better .

My salesman, Michael Schiavone did an excellent job in helping me select a new Nissan. He brought 3 different models for me to sit in and get the feel of the car.
When I decided on the model I wanted he arranged with the manager to give me a trade in price for my car. It was the BEST price I have received and we then proceeded to the paperwork.

I told Michael I had to "clean out" my car at home to prepare it for trade in.
Michael even offered to come to my house and help me with the clean out. In all my years of buying cars this was a first!!

When I arrived to pick up my are everything was ready.

Michael has called me to see how everything was going. It is a good feeling to know my salesman left me after the sale.

Attempted to buy a new car here. Website price was $9900 and it was a 3 year old versa. When it came time to sign the deal; they attempted to try to get me to pay $12k for it. Sad part is true car lists a new versa for $12,300 starting.

I showed them their own website showing the car for $9900 and they started giving me excuses for the cheaper price. (down payments, etc.) I knew I was being taken for. I ended up walking out of the place.

I ended up buying a brand new 2016 versa in Ft. Myers for around 12k. Do your research and don't let anyone push you around. Naples is higher pricing due to the area. Ft. Myers has a lot better deals. Worth the extra drive.

I would give zero if I could, they advertised on the radio that they would pay base price of your vehicle as long as it was less than 5 years old and under 60,000 miles. I called and asked if there was a catch to which they said none, I also told them we had no money down and they said that was fine. we drove an hour to go to them. When we were there it was all BS. They showed us a brand new car, then brought us back in and said we needed money down. Then the sales guy told us to let our other car go to be repossessed. I was appalled that they would suggest something as crazy as that. We did NOT make any kind of deal after being there for 3 hours. Waste of our gas and time. I will never recommend it.

I have always had good service at Naples Nissan until my service adviser left. My last visit in July was very unsatisfactory. I emailed the service manager to explain my frustration with the entire experience. That was July 29, 2018. I still have not heard back from him. Very disappointing as I had always had superior service from this dealership. I have given them many 5 star ratings until this last visit. They did not even have the courtesy to respond.

I have received a call and an apology from the new service manager. I have made an appointment and will see if the service has improved.

Well, Naples Nissan Customer Service talks a good game but does not carry through. Sent my car in for 3 things, an ongoing warranty problem that they have been unable to fix for over a year, an oil change and repair a broken front visor bracket.
They got the oil change done, never touched the bracket and refused to fix the warranty problem now that they finally decided what was causing the problem. Not a simple problem the front passenger air bag light is on and the air bag is off. Pretty dangerous. They have been giving me a different story for over a year why they could not fix it...now all of a sudden the found out what was wrong but refused to cover it under warranty,
Finally, I got my car back with a light hanging down under the glove box and the carpet on the passenger side not reinstalled correctly. And, just to put some frosting on the cake they did not close the hood all the way and I had to stop on the interstate to re-latch it.
To give them a chance to correct this I emailed the Customer Service Manager...still waiting to here back.
Their major concern seemed to get me to change my one star rating. I would give them zero stars if that was possible.

I walked in the day after an accident just to look around and didn't think I was going to find a car. When I was on the lot looking around, Sean came up to me asking if I needed help so I asked to drive the car. He was very polite and attentive to my needs and wants throughout the entire process. Not only would I recommend Naples Nissan, but I would recommend Sean Cleland as a sales rep. He's great and I walked out with a car the same day at a good price.

I love Naples Nissan!!! Today me and my hubby, Took my father-in-law s Nissan titan and for an oil change in a windshield fluid dispenser repair. As soon as we pulled in to the service station. One of the services advisors (Jesenia) walked out to greet us with a smile. She did a great job. Keeping us informed the entire time the truck was being diagnosed and repaired. Naples Nissan is a clean and customer oriented dealership. I wished we lived closer! We stopped to Naples Nissan. After Donnie in the used car department. Heard about the crappy experience we had with the Sutherland Nissan of Orlando. He said whenever we were in the area we should check out Naples Nissan. An today was that day. I wish we would have a couple months earlier when purchasing our new Maxima in July.

My husband heard about the ad on the radio and thought it was a good idea. He told me to check them out and we did last night. I found a car I liked and sent them a message on the car so that I could see it. BEWARE!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Not only is the music super loud when you arrive at the dealership, but they couldn't find the car I was interested in and then proceeded to show me cars that were older than the one I wanted and that had miles on them. The ad on the radio and what they advertise online is not what you will get when you go there. They pulled the old bait and switch by trying to be nice and coming off like they are interested in wanting to get to know you but they are fast slimy used car salesman and I will never go back to that dealership. The test drive wasn't even worth the effort. I went to other dealership where they took the time and let me test drive as much as I want. They try to push cars onto you. It was a horrible experience. It pissed me off and my husband

Amazing! This is my 4th car from Mario & Lori. I purchased the 2020 Nissan Altima. I only went in for an oil change and ended up driving off the lot with a new car. Ha! My previous car was a 2018 Nissan Altima. Such a smooth process..they are so fast and efficient it's insane. The place was packed. I have also sent them numerous clients and they all were thrilled as well. Would never go anywhere else.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This location tried to scam my parents out of thousands of dollars. The sales guy, Joe and financial manager, George, were blatantly dishonest and tried to pull one over on innocent customers. They added on all these extras for things my parents did not want and unfortunately my parents trusted these "nice and helpful" men. They even made up some document that said they will receive "lifetime oil changes and tire rotations per Aaron (the owner)" and told later this isn't even possible and the paper they had means nothing! Joe made up all this stuff to get a sale. So sad they are doing this to honest people. When we returned to rectify this, the sales manager, Wade, was unapologetic and condescending. Worst customer service ever. You should rethink your sale tactics as this kind of treatment is unacceptable and despicable. Just think of all the elderly population they are taking advantage of. Will be sharing my story with as many people as possible.

Mario was phenomenal working with us. The only issue there is the amount of time it takes ( which is a long time 60 minutes to 2 hours ) once the deal is made to get to see the finance person and complete the transaction, lots and lots of waiting for that piece. We have had 2 transactions there done in 30 minutes but wait 2 hours to do paperwork.

Wow, where do I begin I had the pleasure of working with Joe Schwartz who sold a vehicle to me that I absolutely love. His sales pitch was awesome and was not pushy at all. He made my experience very comfortable. My situation did not look at attainable to purchase a brand new 2017 vehicle although he made it happen. Joe, Naples Nissan should consider you a primary asset to their establishment.

I worked with Joe Schwartz who was personable and knew
his product better than any other sales person i have ever encountered. My payments are lower, and I now have a 2017 Nissan sentra, Joe did everything he said he would do from the moment i answered the phone!!!!

Naples Nissan sent me a summer ad offering great deals for trading my 2010 Rogue in for a 2013. I know all of the salesmen and service folks there because we have been buying our Nissans there for years. Frankie Gee is a good friend and he made me the best possible trade deal! Now I'm driving a 2013 with bumper-to-bumper coverage and no mileage on it. It's a new and gorgeous amethyst color, like my living/dining area of my home. This is one of my fave colors and it is a good luck color, too! There are only 1 or 2 of the 2013 Rogues left on the lot, so go see the friendly staff at Naples Nissan soon! You won't be disappointed. They send me email reminders when my service is due and always fit me in with or without an appointment. You can't beat Naples Nissan!

Buy a used Chrysler 300C from a Nissan dealer ? YES ! When you have a friendly salesman, John who happened to be looking for months for the perfect car for me. I had described what I wanted while shopping with my friend and John promised to watch out and call me if he found a car for me.

Was pestered numerous times by phone over a simple inquiry over a radio advert I called about. They would not let up and leave me alone. This dealership is very aggressive . Last spoke with a salesman Chris/Kris 9/19/2020 @ 9:24am when he called to see if I was still coming and and when I explained I was not for the same reasons I had already explained each time they called me, he hung up on me. The General Manager Ken Chavis also went as far as trying to text me to get ahold of me. He called me several times like a telemarketer. Very aggressive and uncomfortable experience.

There service stuck there car wash sucks the Mechanic don't know what they are doing I took my 2012 Nissan Sentra that I bought 2years With 9k miles and in just this year alone I've had to go to the shop 7 times last week I went because something was wrong with the motor and they said it was the timing belt and the car only has 30k and just yesterday the car did not want to turn on and they are now saying it was something else don't ship here these people will steal your money and they don't know what they are doing
The service is very bad when you wash the car, the mechanic does not know what they are doing. I took my 2012 Nissan Sentra that I bought 2 years with 9k miles and in this year alone I had to go to the store 7 times the Last week it was because something was wrong with the engine and they told me it was the timing belt and the car is only 30k and yesterday the car didn't want to start and now they are saying it was something else not to send these people here to steal their money and they don't know what they are doing

It was a rainy day and upon arriving at the dealership, I was pleasantly greeted by Bob. He introduced himself and asked how he may assist me. I told him I'm there because of the advertisement I heard on the radio. He invited me to his cubicle. and with my experience in purchasing cars I immediately told him I was not there to waste time haggling back and forth. He respected that. We talked about what I was looking for and he showed me what he had. He was not your typical pushy salesman, which I appreciated. We worked out the details of the purchase for which I am very satisfied. I was introduced to the sales manager, the finance manager and the service manager. These are persons who I would eventually working with. It just created a wonderful atmosphere. I just want to say thank you to Bob for creating that experience from the beginning.

I had gone on Naples Nissan website looking for a leftover 2013 Rogue. I was called by a salesman named Joe who assured me he could make the deal I was looking for. I told him it was a 45 minute drive and I didn't want to waste his time or mine by coming down and being told the deal could not be done. I told him, due to personal issues, I couldn't come in until Friday morning. Well, I called him this morning to let him know I was on my way and asked if it was definitely a 2013 and he said "No, it was a used car". Unbelievable!! For an hour and a half Wednesday this guy assured me, even promising he would put gas in my friends car if I didn't buy the car, that the deal was ready to be made. I wouldn't buy from this dealership if it was the last one on earth. I would rather walk!!

Rick Essig and James Poole went above and beyond to help me with financing for a new car and refinance an existing vehicle that I originally purchased from them several yrs ago.They are life savers since my one car literally blew up and burned.
