I am stoked! I just bought a 2017 Nissan Rogue SV from Naples Nissan! My salesperson was Joe Schwartz. If you're thinking of buying or trading, GO TO NAPLES NISSAN AND ASK FOR JOE SCHWARTZ!! He is honest and trustworthy and won't waste your time or his with the usual car salesman mumbo jumbo. Yesterday was my birthday..this is he best birthday gift I've gotten in..FOREVER! Thanks again Joe!

I Love going to the Naples Nissan dealership. Whether its to buy a car or to get repairs they always treat us well. We recently had to get a new car , we knew right where to go and who to see, Chris Salano . Chris helped us buy our first Nissan A Rogue and we knew he would be the one to help us find our new car. Sure enough Chris helped us get the car we needed at a price we wanted... THANKS CHRIS... Chris has to be the best salesman I have ever dealt with, No pressure, very knowledgeable, And a gem to just hang out with and talk... We went to Naples Nissan yesterday to look for a car for my parents elderly parents. the price listed on the internet was a bait and switch price which had nothing to do with the car being sold but everything to do with financing. The dealership will not honor that price unless we were financing and would not entertain any offers below that price which included finance fees. there was also a $2,850 up charge for the vehicle having low mileage 10,000 mi and a $2,750 reconditioning charge for the vehicle for everything they said was less than 50% of on the car. What car needs to be reconditioned that has 10,000 mi on it and is 3 years old and my professional opinion and personal opinion having dealing with car since I was 12 and I'm damn near 60 now I would say zero. The f&i/sales magic Kenneth was very rude very abrupt very non-appealing. Nissan North America needs to look at this dealership under a closer more scrutinized microscope to see why they're rating on a five-star system is 2.3. to me that says a lot about the quality of people working there and other thing that was really astounding to me was the fact that we dealt with an initial salesperson then he cheated to another salesperson then he owed it to kKenneth/sales manager and none of them spoke to each other none of them listened to each other and the deal that the second salesperson was willing to make the finance manager was totally oblivious to. In terms of less than animal experience Naples Nissan gets five stars for being a less than reputable and honest and upfront dealership that I would work with ever again. Good luck to those who buy from them.

It was a great experience, Tyler Biffer was a great salesman, very professional, very approachable. He even called my insurance to switch the cars. We even sat down to eat from the catering service, and got to know each other while we waited for the finance approval. If I had more hands I would give more thumbs up, but I only have two hands, so two thumbs up. Keep it up

Great dealership, had car problems on a road trip....

Great dealership, had car problems on a road trip. Despite being 1000+ miles from home they treated us like local customers. Gave us a loaner car, and within 3 days a new transmission was installed and our car was back to normal. Omar (and the entire service staff) was extremely helpful and friendly.

Lifetime Warranty customers are treated bad!
Extremely lengthy wait times!
Don t go around noon, everyone s on lunch!
They make no attempt to earn / keep your business after they have your money already. once they have it, you will not matter to them.

DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR LIFETIME WARRANTY BS! it is a joke!

After car shopping for almost a month Naples Niss...

After car shopping for almost a month Naples Nissan came through for us and put us in the car we wanted at the price we wanted.

We had a 2012 altima 2.5s with 47k miles that we liked alot, was an awesome car but lacked features that we wanted such as moonroof, nice rims, navigation and better fuel economy.

We looked at many different cars from a few different manufacturer. Toyota camry hybrid se, Mazda3 i grand touring, vw passat tdi, jetta tdi, and Subaru wrx. Every car we looked at had an Msrp between 24k-30k.

After haggling with O'Brien Mazda for a deal on a mazda3 for about a week they wanted $400+ a month for a $24k car then said that we only qualify for 13.99 Apr and we'd be at $575 a month . I tried working with Sutherlin Nissan considering we bought our first Nissan there but after 2 attempts they couldn't succeed in putting me in the car I wanted for the price. They wanted me to downgrade to fit the price or pay $400 a month for the car I liked. First attempt was $377@72 months for a base sv with nothing extra .They contacted me after 3 weeks from the first attempt and the idiots said $379@75 months. For a 2.5s,Seriously? On to Toyota autonation ft myers. Tonia was an awesome sales lady but the camry just wasn't comfy. Awesome car otherwise and they was putting us in a $26k car for $362 @72 months very satisfied with them . And vw of ft myers is just nuts $24k car was at $475 a month. That's just nuts! This sums up my bad experiences for the month.

Finally after all this bs I called up Naples Nissan and told them what I'm paying now, that I want to stay at the same monthly payments. the pay off of my trade, and what I'm looking for was to upgrade and get into something I'll love. We started at the top with 2.5sl and they came in at $377, I was willing but wife said no. So 2 days go by and Bam! 2.5sv fully loaded, convenience package, technology package with navigation and apps, and a few options like aluminized kick plates, carpet mats and rubber mats,and Chrome valve stem caps for $358 a month. Can't beat that considering we where paying $352 for a basic 2.5s with no options. Granted we only owed 2.5 more years but the trade was well worth it.

called ahead and was pressed for time cause of work, he threw the paper work together, everything was good, took less than 2 hours to sign everything, test drive the car,and go over technology. What a stress free experience!

Got a pre owned car here and they made it sound like it would work for years. In two weeks we found out the tire pressure was messed up and had to fix all the four tires. After the tire pressure light was ok, it started making weird sounds. Ended up paying over 5k extra in 4 months with issues that have come up. Do not recommend at all.

Absolutely the worst! Made an appointment for the following day to see a car we were interested in. Drove an hour- when I arrived the salesman that was supposed to be there wasn't, the car was not serviced and was locked up in the maintenance department so we couldn't even see it. After numerous phone calls (don't expect a call back offering any service recovery) we were assured the car would be ready in a few days. Once again drove an hour. Got to see the car and the AC (what they said they were repairing and assured us was fixed) still didn't work . Tried to work a deal. The car was listed at $11,788...when we asked the price we were told $18K- there was a $4K "recon fee" on top of all the other fees. Seriously??? $6K over the listed price??? That's a lot of "recon"...taking our business elsewhere.

I had a Great experience and was helped by Mike Amabile. He was so friendly and exceeded my expectations. He was able to put me in the car I wanted with the price I had asked. The financing team was amazing for getting me a much better interest rate. The processor kept me going jamming to Marc Anthony and getting all the needed applications signed. They made my experience a awesome one. So thank you Naples Nissan staff for a job well done!!

The time I had expected for my car to be there was for over 3 hours, and they had me out in 2 hours. I was very happy with the service. Omar explained everything to me on an individual basis. He made me feel important. I have been there twice since I bought my car,and everyone is always helpful and very happy.

My salesman Tucker, my financial woman Lori and the director of services from naples nissan were amazing. Lori managed to get my payment down almost $100. Tucker managed to negotiate my price down as well. Everybody was kind and very courteous. I plan to continue to do business here.

On Valentine's day I bought a car from naples Nissan. It was a wonderful experience after having an awful experience with Germain Toyota i decided to go to Nissan. I had Imad as my salesman very down to earth gentlemen he made me feel as though I was his top priority. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner Aaron Walker who also made sure that I was happy and taken care of. Kudos to my finance guy George. And when I found a light was burnt out peggy in the service came to my rescue. If I need another vehicle naples Nissan will be my first choice and I will refer all my friends to them. You have found a lifetime customer in me thank you to everyone I interacted with and made me feel number 1 with my car buying. I am a happy owner of a 2018 Nissan kicks.

Customer service AFTER the deal was over has been a literal nightmare. My new SUV had a small dent in the back door. The dealership was quick to fix it, however it took them almost 6 weeks to return my vehicle. In the meantime, I was lied to and ignored when I called to check up on my vehicle. And no real compensation from the dealership. Ridiculous

Was visiting Naples from out of town, Toronto, Ont...

Was visiting Naples from out of town, Toronto, Ontario to be exact and I was worried about a noise I was hearing coming from the front end. Now my wife is driving home with my daughter and I needed to see if I could get this looked at. Went into Naples Nissan on Dec 30 2015 and met with Victor Meola, service advisor, cannot say enough good things about him and the experience I had. He took my vehicle and he wanted to do a thorough inspection on the problem at hand. Gave me a loner vehicle to use while I waited, turned out front springs and bearings were the cause and had my vehicle to me the next following day. Car had been totally looked over, washed and made me feel at ease knowing my wife and daughter could enjoy the ride home and not worry about the car. Thanks again Victor, your compassion and understanding are much appreciated.

I had an appointment with Danny Toledo at 7:30am. I asked for oil change and tire rotation. I also mentioned twice an issue with the rims. He said he would let me know about them and when the car is finished. I never heard from him on either the service or the issue. I called and left him a message. I still didn't hear back, so I just showed up at the dealership hoping the car was done. This is the second time I have had to just show up with having Danny as my service advisor. He does not communicate with the customers. He was not there when I picked the car up at 3:30pm, so Jesynia helped me with my car. It was done with the service, but the rims had never even been notated in the system. Jesynia did go out and take some pictures of the rims. I have since received a call from her about filing the report with Nissan. She was very helpful. After getting my car back the tire and oil maintenance notifications came on, indicating that they were never reset by the service tech. It made me wonder if anything had actually even been done to my car other than changing out the sticker. I checked the oil on the dipstick and I'm not sure that the oil had been changed. It did not look the clearest. If this is the level of customer service that Naples Nissan offers, then I will need to find somewhere else to have our car serviced. I do want to mention that Jesynia did an amazing job picking up the pieces after Danny had dropped them all over the floor. You need more employees like her. This poor evaluation is in no reflection on the service that Jesynia provided. It is the rest of our experience that was poor.

I'm giving them one star because there's not a low...

I'm giving them one star because there's not a lower option. They're con artists. We ended up in court because of these people and I had to get a whole transmission replaced on a two year old car. Stay away if you want to keep your credit healthy. Also, before they do a repair, make sure they're saying two hundred and not a nice and slurred twelve hundred like they did to me just now. Just save yourselves a lot of disappointment and anguish and go to Honda or something.

Nissan Naples gave me different price and differen...

Nissan Naples gave me different price and difference interest rates for our car. After we received the payment installment plan from Suncoast, we saw that when we signed the contract, all the numbers were different from the ones negotiated with the 2 salespersons and also with the sales manager. Unfortunately, after a more than 5 hours negotiation, I was so tired and we had our kids with us and they were hungry, so I just told my husband to sign so we could go somewhere for food. It was 4th of July holiday and my husband doesn't speak English, so he just signed. On the next week we figured out our insurance already had GAP coverage which was cheaper and more complete than the one we agreed on the loan. We called several times to cancel because we were supposed to do that within 30 days. First we were told to wait for the first invoice and after this was received, we called again and the salesperson told us he was going to call back. He never called back and never answered our calls again. Today, which is the last business to cancel, not even Nissan Naples numbers answer. I've tried operator and also finance extensions. Well, I will have to change my plans that were going to Miami at 6:00 am to attend church and also celebrate my husband's birthday to instead of that go to Naples (one hour from us) and see if in person they get this done. For knowledge, they are charging us 10% more than agreed on sales.

I went back to Nissan Naples and I had the pleasure to be serviced by a guy from Jamaica which I believe is the loan manager. What a difference, what a nice person, what a great experience. He solved all of our issues, was able to explain with perfection, he allowed us to talk and take all the time we needed even though he was about to leave when we arrived at his desk. I have no words to thank him for his great service. Because of him I am changing my review rate for this dealer. If I get to find the business card he gave us with his name I will make sure to list it here.
