From the moment I arrived at Naples Nissan, I felt I was really a valued customer. Isaiah (James) Oliver met me at the sidewalk as I got out of my car and listened to what I said. I felt no pressure as is common with auto sales reps. He showed me to his desk, offered water and sat down to discuss what I was looking for. I felt very relaxed.
Throughout our conversation, James explained what was going on and made efforts to find what
I wanted in a new car. He made an effort to find the vehicle that was just right for me, and introduced me to the service agent while we waited for the finance representative.
Guillermo in the finance department was pleasant and explained what each step of the process was for. (All I had to do was call my insurance company this morning to notify them about the new car). I hadn't expected to find a car I wanted and to be able to drive it home the same day. James even went with me to the bank to get a cashiers check for the balance to complete the transaction.
I am very pleased with everyone at Naples Nissan, and would give an A+ rating. I am sure that all my dealings in the future will be good, too.
