I purchased a vehicle from Naples Nissan earlier this month. Pretty seamless process and Mario was a dream.

Until Bill the fiance guy tricked me. I wanted setup an automatic payment plan and have not received my car payment book yet. So they set it up with me paying the dealership a $400 membership fee to pay my own car payment?!?!?!!
Luckily, the company let me cancel and refund my $.
