Wife had horrible experience today at service department. Had simple, regular oil change appointment for 8:30 am. Service rep Daniel (name on service form) was supposed to check her in. She waited at desk for some time, after which another representative walked over to her to help. After she explained her situation, rep left to find Daniel, but could not. So the replacement rep, who was very kind, said he would check her in and she was told to go wait in waiting area. She did, but after 90 minutes, no one had told her the status of her oil change. (The dealership promo material that was included in our purchase folder states 30 minute express service. ) She went to service desk to ask for Daniel and the status of her her oil change. Another rep went looking for Daniel, but he was never located. So the rep researched her service and told my wife her car had been finished some time ago and apologized that no one had told her. The unexpected one and one-half hour oil change had made my wife late to work. She went to her car, which was supposed to have been cleaned along with the oil change and it was still dirty in many areas. It looked like someone had tried to clean it, but there were still bugs on the front and the side windows and spots on side of car were not cleaned. This was our first experience with this dealership s service department and we are more than disappointed. The original salesperson highly promoted their terrific service department and personnel at point of sale, but was most certainly not evident in our first visit.
