Was visiting Naples from out of town, Toronto, Ontario to be exact and I was worried about a noise I was hearing coming from the front end. Now my wife is driving home with my daughter and I needed to see if I could get this looked at. Went into Naples Nissan on Dec 30 2015 and met with Victor Meola, service advisor, cannot say enough good things about him and the experience I had. He took my vehicle and he wanted to do a thorough inspection on the problem at hand. Gave me a loner vehicle to use while I waited, turned out front springs and bearings were the cause and had my vehicle to me the next following day. Car had been totally looked over, washed and made me feel at ease knowing my wife and daughter could enjoy the ride home and not worry about the car.
