We went to Naples Nissan yesterday to look for a car for my parents elderly parents. the price listed on the internet was a bait and switch price which had nothing to do with the car being sold but everything to do with financing. The dealership will not honor that price unless we were financing and would not entertain any offers below that price which included finance fees. there was also a $2,850 up charge for the vehicle having low mileage 10,000 mi and a $2,750 reconditioning charge for the vehicle for everything they said was less than 50% of on the car. What car needs to be reconditioned that has 10,000 mi on it and is 3 years old and my professional opinion and personal opinion having dealing with car since I was 12 and I'm damn near 60 now I would say zero. The f&i/sales magic Kenneth was very rude very abrupt very non-appealing. Nissan North America needs to look at this dealership under a closer more scrutinized microscope to see why they're rating on a five-star system is 2.3. to me that says a lot about the quality of people working there and other thing that was really astounding to me was the fact that we dealt with an initial salesperson then he cheated to another salesperson then he owed it to kKenneth/sales manager and none of them spoke to each other none of them listened to each other and the deal that the second salesperson was willing to make the finance manager was totally oblivious to. In terms of less than animal experience Naples Nissan gets five stars for being a less than reputable and honest and upfront dealership that I would work with ever again. Good luck to those who buy from them.
