They do not honor their word the $8000 advertised is a total scam even with your own financing they tried to have me come with over $4000 down although I owed less than $8000 on my car and my draft was more than the car I wanted, they've wasted my time and would turn over the point and would double down with another lie. Stop paying for ads, and focus more on honesty. Until then to most you would be nothing more than a bunch of liars to most.

Mario Asturi our salesman did a great job for us. I was a sales manager for my career so I'm always interested in how sales people approach their prospects. He met us at the door and we sat and reviewed our plans for buying a car. He did a great job of assessing our needs and wants and gave us the chance to drive the Rogue. He was not pushy but tried to close the sale several times which is my indication of a good sales person. He made the deal for us for the price we wanted to pay. Stew in the business office was also OUTSTANDING with his help and research to get us the best deal. We were very impressed with the process and will recommend Mario and Stew for referrals to our friends.

I'm a snowbird...so I need to be able to have a dealer willing to track my service in both my homes. Nissan of Naples made sure that was possible by tracking my service calls in the book provided with the service manual. I really feel like I'm being well taken care of whenever I go there and at a reasonable price.

Edit from below: After a day of 'rejection therapy' they matched the price the car should be, though I had found a better car, better equipped, that I actually wanted elsewhere & worked out an agreeable deal with that dealership. Seriously, car buying experiences should not be like the below nor should you have to treat dealerships like they're off the street or Craigslist purchases... I'd recommend going towards Tampa for any of your car buying needs... They don't jerk people around.

I may change this rating up or down based on the experience in the upcoming days, but after test driving a Nissan I saw on auto trader that was at this location, I decided to try out a few to replace one recently lost in an accident. As soon as I sat down at the sales desk I was presented with a piece of paper with a 'promise' to get the best deal and price possible signed by the sales person wanting me to sign a promise to 'buy a car Today.' OK, so yes, I need to replace my car, but high pressure sales like that?! Sorry, I've been to almost all Nissan Dealers in SWFlorida and that REALLY turned me off to Naples Nissan... Not too mention the car I was original looking at was 3.5k over ANYOTHER place I could buy a similarly equipped sedan.

I'd almost rather go to auction and take my chances than get over charged, over pressured & treated like I don't have a master's degree in knowing when I'm getting ripped off...

Came in one night to test drive a used vehicle. I was able to negotiate all the terms and conditions for financing and the pre-owned certification. When I returned the next day to finalize the deal and sign the paperwork, I was told that they can't certify it because of the price and mileage on the car. It would be an additional fee of $1500. Furthermore, they denied the fact that we had reached an agreement on the certification being included in the list price at all! Mind you, the car is advertised on their website as a certified pre-owned vehicle! They don't honor their own advertisements and even deny any negotiations you had with them the day before! Good thing Naples isn't lacking for other dealerships to take my business to.

Incredible !!, I call to go and get the punch to a rubber, they tell me to go before 4:30 pm and so I did it !, when I appear they tell me that it is not possible that it is by appointment and also that I do not they take that type of punch when nothing has a nail in the rubber. I do not get it!!!

Happy and satisfied with my general car service experience. Jesenia was kind and courteous. Had a few laughs. Going back again next week. My "obstruction sensor" part came in. Blocks usage of cruise control. Looking forward to that fix, for I travel back and forth on alligator alley.

This place service department has to be the worst i have ever experience in my life, i have been at manny other dealers BUT Naples Nissan is the worst by far, I took my 18 pathfinder for the third time SAME problem but this time they could not provide a loaner because i had not bough the car there with them, even though is under MANUFACTURES WARRANTY the service advisor sent me to an office were this two guys were, one of them this guy Ken, he is a joke, they both try to tell me that it was my fault for not asking for a loaner when i called for the appointment, ( Right because this is what i do for a living), no, they need to make sure when a customer calls they have to tell the customer or ask if need a loaner, that way when the customer shows up everything is clear and no issues, NAPLES NISSAN, WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCE....!!!!! One star is too much.

Low pressure professional sales staff! Joe made the car-buying process not just effortless on our end, but quite pleasurable too.

My husband and I were shocked that we had the rest of our Saturday to enjoy together because Nissan is so efficient with their process. Joe listened to our needs and helped us find a vehicle to make my life (with a new baby) easier while staying within our budget-- which made my Husband happy and confident about our purchase.

A month later, I'm currently sitting in the cafe, getting work done while the Service team provides a complimentary cleaning on my Rogue. It feels so welcoming here and I appreciate a company who goes out of their way to prove they truly do value our business.

More like no stars!!! I am writing on the behave of my mother who recently purchased a car from Naples Nissan. One month after purchase my mom received several phone calls and messages from Naples Nissan, stating she would need to return the car she purchased ASAP, due to an issue with her paperwork. After many phone calls and messages it all lead up to a mistake either from the salesman Isaiah Oliver or Finance Manager George Carter, whom indeed did not keep a honest sale between my mom and Naples Nissan. My mother is now left without a car or transportation, which is very discouraging for her. We are currently in the process of seeking legal actions. In the meantime I do not want this to happen to anyone else. I highly recommend considering a different dealership for purchase. I would not recommend Naples Nissan.

None, I went into it not expecting to be able to come to comfortable terms and we did, easier than expected. Everyone we dealt with was fantastic, this is the fourth Nissan I've owned going back to my 2004 XTerra (I still own) and they have all been great, upstanding vehicles with few issues.

Purchased a very slightly used car from this dealership. I love my vehicle but that is where my positives end. Had a ton of miscommunications between sales to finance to service. Each department tells you different things and will not honor what the others' said, which is incredibly frustrating for the customer. Also, there seems to be a ton of staff turnover...or at least the people I dealt with are conveniently gone. Not worth the hassle!

After having my used car that I bought from Naples Nissan , I got a great price for my used car and got a new car.I just purchased my new first car yesterday from this location. If you are looking for great people to get u into a new car look no further. Joe Schwartz helped me buy my new car and he worked with me on price and he was so helpful and friendly! I highly recommend going to him if you are looking for a car. I will definitely be back in the future! :) Great place to get a car!!

I have to say Edel Hernandez and the whole team were amazing. Edel took the time to find my dream car and I was a little hesitant love Nissans product and I had a 2016 Rogue and wanted a Murano . They were able to find the car in my budget and offered the most amazing follow up experience . Shout out to Erik in financing who went out of his way to find me the best interest rate. It was a wonderful buying experience

I really like Naples Nissan, but my only complaint is that if you buy a car from them and it s not a Nissan and you get the extended warranty and they can t fix it they send you do a another dealer which will charge you $100.00 each service. We also paid for the Perma-Plate service which they keep putting off which is not protecting our car from fading or spills.

I've always had a great Service experience at Naples Nissan with Charles in Service usually handling my account, and yesterday was just as good with Justin addressing my cars' needs. Both those guys seem genuine, believable and I actually look forward to bringing my car in for Service when it needs it.

I bought a car unfortunately in this dealership ....They made me come back to sign the car papers several times due to errors that the dealership made by filling out the papers to make the car contract .... since you arrive they treat you with courtesy but it is only to sell you the car ... .for everyone who reads this please do not waste time going to this dealership ... just look at how many bad reviews people write and you will see that I am not lying

After being a customer here for many years, I always enjoyed coming into this dealership. However, this time working with Kris Rivers has been nothing short of an absolute pleasure. He was quick to determine my needs and get me the car I ve been wanting for the price that I was looking. I have never had an experience where car shopping was this easy. For everything that I will do in the future, Kris has my business and anyone who will listen as I tell them.

Not only was Kris willing to be amazingly helpful on the car side; on the test drive, he talked about how he wants to be involved in the community. And for a dealership that works with the community it was the best to hear how he plans to help. Went with my co-workers to get the company car (a Nissan) an oil change. Service was not only fast, but everyone was extremely friendly. Joked around with some of the service guys. Had a (few) nice cups of coffee from their waiting area and walked around to look at cars to pass the time - not a single person came up to us to bug us the entire time about looking at cars while there! Highly recommended. We will definitely come back again next time we need service.

Beware the financing department. I found much better financing elsewhere. Management pulled the car I was shopping for and sold it to another person while I was still in negotiations (Bait and switch scam). After switching to a new Sentra and signing all the paperwork, 4 days later the financial officer called and said I would need to sign a new contract at a higher monthly price (spot delivery scam)...no thanks... I live an hour and a half away!

My salesman, Eladio, was very very good though! If you have to go here, find financing first and see Eladio.

Have a 1991 Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo, a true legend of a car. Came in for a simple brake pedal switch fix, which required a little rubber grommet (hard to find part). Was abruptly turned away by Service simply because "these cars are too much trouble". I've brought my car here before! What a shame. They didn't even talk to me to understand the problem, and how easy it would be to fix (pop in basically). Ended up going to Sutherlin Nissan of Fort Myers, much nicer reception and people. And they had the part in stock. The one star is the Parts guy at Naples nissan is nice and knows his stuff.

I was scheduled for an oil change and tire maintenance for my 5,000 mi check up. The service for that was good.
However, when I went in for my appointment, I also mentioned that the dashboard went out a few times and sometimes didn't work. It happened about 5x's. I thought maybe someone could look at it for possibly a lose wire etc. I was told it would be a 3-4 hour wait!!!! Why a long service time?
I declined since I didn't have time to wait that long. Now I will have to make an appointment for that.

Less than 2 months ago I purchased a 2012 Honda Accord from them. Today I heard a loud noise while driving. Took the car to a local mechanic to look at. Was told the belt needed to be repaired. Simple fix. Only to find out that the ac clutch plate had fallen off and thats what caused the belt to break. When I contacted the dealership I was told that this is not covered under the warranty and they will do nothing to help with the repair. Its a shame that such a large successful dealership wont assist at all with what is going to be a costly repair. I am a single mother who purchased this vehicle for reliability and comfort. The "manager" Matt that I spoke with had not one care regarding the issue. Basically stating its not their concern. Stated that they had performed an inspection on vehicle before it was purchased. If that was the case, why do I still have the previous owner, Ms. Cabrera, finance papers with personnal information from carfax in my glove box?? The car was basically washed and set out on a lot. Way to go Nissan.

They weren't pushy, but instead very pleasant. I bought my 1st car here 16 years ago. And we traded it in for another car. It was my brother's 1st car & his 1st big purchase. They made the process really smooth and relatively simple (as far as filling out all that paperwork was concerned).

As a general rule, NOBODY likes shopping for a new car. The process can be quite daunting, with lots of decision-making and haggling. Time and money-related decisions are stressful obstacles for many people, nevermind that the end result in this case is an expensive item that is considered symbol of safety and status.

I arrived at Naples Nissan a few hours after being confronted with a dead battery in my leased Ford. I am 7 months away from my lease ending, so I really wasn't in an ideal position to make a new car-buying (or leasing) decision.

I left Naples Nissan a few hours later, with a renewed faith in car salesmen, a headful of knowledge, and brand new Rogue! The dealership was energetic and full of educated, motivated people passionate about their industry. The sales process wasn't as drawn out as other ones I have experienced, and I feel like the employees I dealt with actually cared about my personal circumstances.

He made sure to help us find a vehicle that fit our needs and found one even better and still within our budget. He was patient and very friendly and being bilingual helped too. Isaiah Oliver was fantastic. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable.
Sales wise it was a triple A experience.

Customer service with the lady pushing warranties was a bully. I was not happy that $3000 was an issue with added costs. Not good this should be discussed before......I did do the warranty but not the maintenance for oil change etc. I heard every story she had as to why I would be disappointed in not using cheap money 2.9% financing to pay for it. I was happy getting my Nissan Murano and it put a damper on my experience.

Second customer service issue. Picking up loner car while waiting for my new car to come in.
The lady at the counter was busy granted. A mother dght gave her an expired insurance card which put her over the edge. She told them as if scolding them and asked them to get the current one. She turned to me to start processing and another person. Her mouth was still going about being able to multi task. The lady gave her the correct insurance card and asked her if she could finish up with her. Rental lady went off again that she was able to do more than one person at a time and if she had her card etc.
Once the lady and dght left she turned to me still complaining. I told her I have dealt with customer service all my life in my positions 24 yrs in health care as a director. You need to breathe and smile and handle the customer. They do not want to hear about YOU and your ability only if the customer did there part right!!!
She did not get it and still kept complaining.

When I went to return car and pick up my New Murano a young man was behind the rental counter. He never look at me or acknowledged me. He picked up a bag and walked out of the area and left me sitting there. I waited a few minutes and no one came back. I walked over to the service counter and a lady was entering something into computer. Did not look up or acknowledge me. I said is anyone working in rentals? She looked up and said I saw him just walk out to help someone in the parking area. She went back to what she was doing g.
I walked back to the rental counter sat on a stool and waited 15 minutes before another man came up.
He asked if I filled the car and I said yes and where it was parked and he said that s all I need.

I then went out to see Isaiah and to see my car.

Then the warranty lady started again following me to say stop into see her to finish signing and again I heard her a script of why and fear of not purchasing the maintenance. After $41,000 and another $1495 she wanted another 1495 for a total of $3000 dollars just in case this $41,000 car had problems

felt harassed. The salesman held onto MY keys and made me sit there for 40 min to wait for him to come back with my own keys. The "$5000 cash for clunker" thing is a scam. They just jack up the price of their own vehicles.. a Nissan versa for $18,500 LOL! I went to the east coast and got a Sentra for under $14,000 and they told me I would never get a deal like that and laughed at me.. well guess what, I did. Who's laughing now.
