Customer service AFTER the deal was over has been a literal nightmare. My new SUV had a small dent in the back door. The dealership was quick to fix it, however it took them almost 6 weeks to return my vehicle. In the meantime, I was lied to and ignored when I called to check up on my vehicle. And no real compensation from the dealership. Ridiculous
