I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms! They are very modern, clean, and feel very luxurious. The staff was super helpful and more than willing to help.

Great room, fair price. Wish restaurant was better and offered better beer selection.

Staff & masseuses at Red Door Spa are terrific. I can only comment on spa not hotel as i go 2x yr for massages. Massages are wonderful especially with the seasoned workers.

The event was nice, but too packed together. There wasn't enough room between tables to walk. Also restrooms need better marking

Went here in July 2016 for a planned trip. Housekeeping wasn't the best every time & to top it all off had my perfume permanently removed from the room one of the days..other than that I liked the room & amenities. Never leave certain things out/hide your personal valuables when away from your room here because some housekeepers have been known to steal here from what I experienced..lame.

Great hotel, but the walls are paper thin and it is hard to sleep during the night.

Attended a social event. The food and service was excellent.

Had a brunch event here and the omlet bar was the best.

We were there for a professional dinner, hors d'oeuvres, dinner and dessert it was excellent good and excellent service

Very nice hotel and nicely updated. Had an issue with the air unit and was quickly fixed. Also had a box fan available for white noise, so that was appreciated. Will stay again on future trips to Mystic.

Went for daughter's dance competition. Hotel seemed nice.

Rooms were modern and clean, the staff was friendly (as you would expect in a Marriott). Only stayed for a night But the place seems more suitable for an extended stay (multiple nights).

I attended a Continuing Education class. The parking on the left side of the building is easy and has many spaces to park. The staff are nice and accommodating and the bathrooms were very clean. A nice place to go to and listen for entire day.

Service was excellent. The room felt great and very secure and the food was great as well!

The hotel is very nice. The only thing my wife noticed, was that there aren t any hooks anywhere in the room, or bathroom to hang wet towels, ect.. Other than that, the rooms are VERY clean and the staff is very attentive.

Staff are helpful and attentive. Food was very good across the board. The gym has free weights which is rare. Banquet space was great. Overall great place

Very clean room and helpful staff. Loved the more modern design, and the bed was super comfy. Only downside was a slight finicky thermostat.

I had the best service then any of the hundreds of hotels I have traveled in my life. I couldn't get over how beautiful the actual hotel is. Its location in Mystic and Groton CT were perfect. Only 15 minutes from the Casinos, Mystic Boardwalk, eat at Mystic Pizza and visit a town called Old Mystic.

The hospitality was the best.
The hotel has a spa, conference rooms, Banquet Hall, Starbucks and a Steakhouse inside.

There breakfast and food service is 5 stars not 4. The hotel was the cleanest. I can go on forever.

The rates are excellent. Visit there website and become a Marrariot member if your not, I recommend being one.

Thank you to everyone at the hotel, over my stay and I will recommend to stay with you to many others and ones I encounter in my travels.

This is a tired hotel, being renovated spring 2018. The check in staff was fantastic, octagon restaurant great, concierge room breakfast pretty terrible, with a surly waitress. Room was spacious and bathroom bright

This place is huge and great. Had a great experience using it for a wedding.

Enjoyed everything about this place.The people qere very nice and polite. I had two services, an Essential facial and massage. For my facial i had Arielle who was great. She was courteous and she made me feel very comfortable. I was so relaxed. Marisol gave me the best hotstone massage. l will be looking forward to my nxt visit. My husband, daughter and i was very pleased with the room. No complaints

To busy, not relaxing at all. Not clean. Check out is at 11 had cleaning person knocking at door and wake us up at 9:30. Didn't sleep all night. Kids from dance academy running in hallways until late. Won't be returning.

We've been "regulars"at this hotel because of its proximity to Mystic. Sadly, we won't be back again anytime soon!

I visited the Red Door Spa. The quality of services was very good. The amenities appeared dated and in need of renovation to meet the price point.

Nice hotel w/ L shaped pool and hot tub. Has a Starbucks and steak resteraunt as well w/ kid menu. Great open lobby.

Attended a wedding and it was phenomenal. Very courteous and efficient catering staff, good food, quick service and beautifully decorated.

I stayed here with my family and had a fine experience except that I saw many people walking around the hotel without masks on, which made me feel very uncomfortable, especially when in the elevator. There are signs posted that mask wearing is required, yet I did not see any of the staff remind guests who were not wearing one. If you are looking to stay here but want to feel safe, I think it is important you know that not everyone is listening to the mask rule.

Mystic hotel was nice but it was convention for the NA and there were alot of smoking, they should smoke in the park n lot overall it was a nice stay the room are pretty

I recently attended a wedding, and we had a great time. I felt the staff were very courteous and professional and seemed to enjoy their jobs. However, my family was a somewhat disappointed with the food. I'm unsure if the food was catered or prepared by the hotel, but I am assuming for now it was prepared by the hotel.

Room was great, clean, and quiet. Don't eat in the restaurant go out somewhere else.

Gorgeous hotel and spa with a full service Starbucks on site. I am disappointed in the front desk staff though. I called ahead to add my friend to the reservation so that she could check in immediately when she got there. Instead she was left standing around waiting for me because there was some "issue" that my card wouldn't go through without being physically swiped. The other completely unacceptable issue was that there was no warning that a hold was placed on my card for $100 over the cost of the room. The only reason that I even discovered this was that later that night I happened to notice a tiny sign at the OTHER END of the check-in counter stating that there would be an extra charge and that it would take up to TEN days to be refunded to my account. There were no apologies from the staff and they pretty much blew my concern off when I told them that I had not been notified of this upon check-in. Their flippant attitude angered me even more than the bogus charges.

The beds were extremely comfortable! It was like sleeping on a cloud!! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any questions or requests we had

Was at this hotel for 3 days for the WCTE 2018 dance competition. Staff was friendly, ice cold water was continuously refilled. Staff was vigilant about vacuuming the hallways and cleaning the bathrooms. Great experience!

Beautiful hotel and rooms. Very disappointing pool and pool area. Small, over crowded and insufficient seating area.

I just stayed there as part of a bicycling group called the Tour De Force. There were hundreds of us, but they still managed to do everything perfectly, which is really quite astounding when you think about it.
Everyone was very friendly- and not even the pretend friendly.
Great place to stay. The Octagon restaurant is super cool as well, including the strange/wonderful artwork of the dinner scene on the wall.
I'm looking forward to going again next year.

This place was very good I would recommend it to anyone who was going to spend some time in that area the staff was courteous and the rooms were very clean
