Best place to stay in SE Connecticut if you don't want to stay at the casinos.

Everyone was very welcoming. And the food at the Octagon was really great. The bathroom could have used a little bit of cleaning up as far as mold on the shower.

Great stay. Quick check in and accommodation for all travelers. The manager quickly helped me move my room to a quieter area away from a hallway A/C unit. Rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable! WiFi is fast and no password required to sign on. I ll stay here again!

Very clean, staff was very helpful and accommodating. Only comments are the walls are very thin, and noise can be hard from the hallway. Also, the tv stop is older and cannot stream Netflix or any on demand services.

Solid Marriott with impressive lobby but imperfect amenities. King size room was large and clean but desk was a little small for working. Internet was fast. Noise could be heard from another room (might have been a very loud TV) but the AC is also less than silent. Pool gym looked good and is open 24 hours. Lounge for breakfast was ok... Not a great spread and the room itself is a weird, almost uncomfortable design. Free parking. Shower was clean, great pressure and heat.

Beds are wonderful! Noise from a.c. turning off and on woke me several times! Food was excellent!

Rooms are very nice and clean (recently renovated) bellhop service was great.

Beautiful hotel. The staff goes way beyond!!! My husband forgot his cuff links, and they got him a pair!! We'll be back !!!

Clean and quiet. No in room microwave even for long-term stays. Gym could use some new modern equipment.

Nice pool and huge building, hot tub and exercise area. Red Door Spa is in the same building.

Decent and clean. A couple problems with billing and the water, but these problems were quickly resolved.

Excellent place convenient to downtown. Restaurant has great food and Starbucks is conveniently located in lobby and opens at 0600.

Beds were extremely comfortable! Buffet breakfast was delicious!

Refurbished rooms were excellent. Staff was attentive and friendly, but missing from the front desk/valet frequently.

Hotel is nice but the constant echoing in the room since they removed the rugs which were great for soundproofing, destroys the peaceful environment that use to exist. You can hear everything happening in the hall ways so make sure your room is as far away from the elevator as possible! It went from my favorite getaway to my least favorite.

Great hotel
Very clean, free high speed Wi-Fi, nice pool and hot tub, all well kept. Yes, there is a Starbucks in the lobby that opens at 6am.
Saff at check in was friendly and helpful.
