You can file appeals and do the majority of things needed for your case, HOWEVER, if you get to ALJ Review in Court, you will NOT WIN YOUR CASE, as they know the right questions to ask and how and when to ask them so you can win your case. They know what they are doing!!!
Everybody I talk to is fantastic. If I couldn't talk to them immediately and had to leave a message, they got back to me within 24 hours. But most of the time, I was able to talk to somebody immediately. For such a difficult, long, confusing process to file for disability, they made everything very simple. Always answered all my questions in depth and made sure that I understood. I would strongly definitely recommend this company.

I used these people. Was turned down two times. I dismissed them and use. Another attorney which won my case. Then myler attAched my claim for $2,000.00 dollars when they did nothing for me. I went to court and faught for my case and myler wasn't the attorney that represented me. They are snakes
I found this company on-line. I was not sure if it was an advocate or lawyer at first. They where very quick to take a case but the problem now is getting a case manager to call you back. I been calling and leaving messages since last Friday. The case managers phone never rings but just goes straight to v/m. I don't know when there required turn around time is on a call but today is the third business day. I have no problem getting operators and today I made it clear to the operator I just wanted to talk to a live person about the case. It was a little after 3pm Tuesday and she could not get me anyone live to talk to me and just told me to call back again tomarrow. It states on the website they are open to 5pm but I could not get anyone. I even waited a while why she was trying to check but nothing. I am feeling very disappointed with this company. Update I just edited my post here now its going on 2pm on Wendesday this is now the 4th business day that I still could not reach case manager. I am really just trying to speak with a live person that is not an operator that can see what is going on. No luck yet but will keep posting till I get a response from the company. Well I got a new caseworker today.

Myler Disability got the job done. They were always friendly and helpful, even if I was getting impatient they would still take my call or call me back and always within 24 hours like they say. I was approved for Disability within 7 months. They said 6 months but I missed an appointment. The state wanted me to see their doctors, one for mental health disability and one for physical disability. They send you out papers with plenty of time to put the dates on your calendar, however being so ADHD and having extreme PTSD from my tours of duty, I was having a REALLY bad day and I missed an appointment to see of the state's doctors. I thought I blew it! 5 months of work and I blew it! They re-affirm how important it is not to miss these state appointed doctors dates, and I did. I called Myler in a panicked depression and they said, "We will try and do the best to get you another appointment!" two days later they called me with another appointment, but made it clear that if I missed this one, it could ruin everything! I made the appointment and it all turned out fine!
When I got my settlement money, Myler only took a small percentage that they earned 100%. Thank you Myler. I couldn't done it without you guys!

Myler Disability worked my case with dexterity, professionalism and rather swiftly. I had previously applied for benefits with a lawyer in my town with no results. I have since recommended Myler to friends and acquaintances, all with excellent results.
I opened my case in 2015 and it's now 2019. I have had 7 surgeries on My Abdomen. And less than a month ago, I just had Back surgery. I have been denied and also have gone to court in which was a horrible experience. The judge was more concerned about how I get my hair and nails done than my health. NEVER asked about my Health at All. I haven't heard Anything from the Attorney who was assigned to My case. When I call them to follow up, I get attitudes. But I was told that the Judge made some mistakes and that i would have to wait another year or more.... This is unacceptable. I have gone through numerous Therapy, Injections, and Now Surgery. I am lost for words and dont know where to go from here.
I would tell everyone how good they did for me and won my case. Im very very happy and thankful for them.
My case managers were very knowledgeable and extremely courteous. All of my friends informed me that it would take at least a year to complete my claim. They also told me to expect at one denial (no one gets approved the first time). My claim was completed and approved in four months.
What a joke. Took me two and a half years to get through the process of being labeled as disabled and to be approved for benefits. Here's the deal though, I get $0 in benefits monthly. SSI told me you have to have a job (even though they've officially said you can't work) and that my having a roommate disqualifies me from benefits. Myler Disability knew of both situations and never once told me I would go through this whole process to receive nothing. I borrowed $6 grand to get through the process so I wouldn't be homeless (can't work) believing I'd get back benefits. I told Myler several time how much I borrowed. Do you think they could have let me know during all this mess that I would receive zero dollars? They are SSI LAWYERS! They are supposed to know the SSI system and they don't. They don't have a clue. Slow response time to questions and email. Your case get shuffled around to many different people. Some are helpful some are not but still not ONE of them told me I would be receiving zero dollars in benefits each month even though I was fully approved for disability. Oh, and don't expect ANY contact with them once SSI makes their decision. They drop you like a hot potato with the standard ''SSI makes the benefit decisions, not us.'' So if you've been screwed over by Mylar Disability, as I have, you have no recourse. I would touch Myler Disability with a ten foot pole and plan to tell everyone who will listen my horrific story of going through the process for 2 1/2 years and ended up approved with no benefits, thanks to Myler Disability.
This form fought for me I won my case in one year there's steps you must do also burning the end they will fight for your rights I won my case in 2012 thank you myler I would referr this law firm to anyone am know referring it to someone today you will win and go on with life very greatful for Myler
My case was a very unique case, The team at Myler Disability listened to my story and took on my case for me. I never thought I would receive benefits, but thanks to Myler Disability I'm day's away from getting my benefits, my girlfriend and her mom were running around trying to get things done for me. Then I called Myler between my girlfriend and her mom's help and the footwork and calling email's and so on time my attorney and Myler Disability I probably would have never been a able to get any of this done.

My friend Angela Green referred me to Myler. My Attorney Aaron Rodgers on behalf of Myler fought hard we ended up going to physical court not video court and I won my case and got my disability after being denied twice on my own and either once or twice with Myler so we opted for a hearing even the Social Security Doctor confirmed my pain and medical conditions. I love Myler and I would definitely recommend them . I felt bad because Angela lost her case but I am helping her in other ways. She definitely should have won because she suffers with seizures. However Bryson who answers the calls needs to be fired he is the only one there that is slow and unprofessional.

The guy who showed up to court for the hearing was late, confused about the case and gave very weak representation. Myler is not on the ball with disability with our case. Hired someone else to do what Myler should have done.
