They misrepresented themselves from the get go,they got 6k of my backpay even though they were only supposed to get 20% then sent me 559 dollar bill for medical records fee.never saw a lawyer till my hearing and she was late.Never spoke to an attorney over the phone.i feel like i just paid for their name to be on my case file,rhey did nothing to represent my dependents benefits.they did nothing i couldnt have done for myself and made money from it a lot of money off someone what cant work any more,shameful

I highly recommend them to anyone who is applying for disability, in fact I've recommended them to 4 friends of mine. One got his approved within 3 months, the other one is in the process with Mylers working on his case. The 3rd just is starting his, and my 4th friend will be filling out the application sometime this week. I applied the last week of August 2016, and by the end of Dec. 2016 I was approved and already had money in my bank account 2 days before I got my letter of approval from S.S.D. . When I filled out the questionnaire and submitted on line, as soon as I hit the send button. My phone began to ring, it was a case manager for them. I spoke with the young lady for about 45 minutes and after I hung up with her. It was like a ton of bricks was lifted off my shoulders, she explained everything to me and what they were going to do to help me get my S.S.D. . When ever I had a question I would call them and if they weren't there at the time they would always call back a.s.a.p.. I give Myler Disability a 10 out of 10, from the case worker to the lawyers handling my case.
I was made to change this to 5 stars if i wanted to keep my job. I no longer work there and can give the review I feel they deserve. For those who don't believe me go check out glassdoor. Look at reviews from other employees. This review is true. I was made to change it by Sheri in HR or she was going to fire me. I have every reason to be upset but labor comission is looking into it now. Myler declined the mediation. So the owner can put down what they want. But i can prove what happened I have the audio of what was said to me.

One of my case workers gave me a attitude when she felt I was calling to much about the status of my case. Later on a different telephone call the same case worker snickered when I told her how dire my situation was and why I really wanted to know the status of my case. A terrible experience.
My mom ended up going with myler disability it took a complaint to the BBB only for Dan botts to call my mother and argue and be rude with her and myself. Today a woman named Kim hung up on my mother. I'm going to talk her into FIRING THESE PEOPLE

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have worked with a different Disability law firm and they were amazing, maybe that spoiled me to expect something better than what I received.
Why didn't I use my previous lawyers? I wanted to but Myler contacted me and I thought, why not? Big mistake.
I did all the paperwork/legwork and they called SS to take credit, basically and now that my claim has been approved, they are waiting for their 25% fee. Mine was an easy case, I probably didn't even need an attorney advocate but I just wanted to avoid some of the headache but I received a completely different one instead.
They continually transferred me from person to person when they "took" over my case that I had begun on my own. I never knew who I was speaking to after my initial contact. I wasn't given regular or really any updates until my claim was won.
The contact information sent to me was personalized as if it was sent from an actual individual but when you call the number, it's sent to a call center and you are immediately put on hold. Each time I called the number, I spoke to someone different and was always placed on hold for five minutes or more.
If I tried to use the email they gave me to contact them, I wouldn't hear back from them for days or weeks, if at all.
I do appreciate all you guys help.I really do need more help getting my son on my case.Had set up an appointment over the phone this October 4.Thats a Saturday.Once again thank you for all the help

I was responsible for all my medical files. I sent them files for 15 months. When it came time for SS to review my file I was told by Kai (one of my many assistants ) that there was nothing in my file. I then spoke to a supervisor who knew nothing about me. I had to recover all medical files again, make copies of all my records and resend them to Kai. Now I'm told that they will receive the maximum amount from my disability payment for their services. That is just simply not good business. I'm very dissatisfied and wish I had chose a different law firm .

First this law firm was awesome. Quick answers to questions. And fast with the mountain's of paper work needed in getting your claim started. Easy to work with and very professional. Do not contact these people. I have been dealing with this firm for 2.5 years. They have done the bare minimum, this last year there has been zero progress on my case. I ABSOLUTELY do not think they earned the chunk of my backpay that they received. After 2-3 weeks of my being in direct contact with determination services I have a favorable decision. Save your time and money, go with someone else. Two years after my case was won, they are trying to charge me over $200 for record request charges. They refuse to provide a record of what/when/where of records requested. I provided my own records. Unscrupulous, unethical, AVOID at all cost! The record request fees Should have been included in the initial settlement your firm received. Yet over a year later , you take me to collections for over $200 when you know FULL WELL I receive the MINIMUM for disability and can t AFFORD these fees , you are simply destroying my credit at this point

Myler Disability was a great advocate for me when i was considering filing for medical disability. I didn't feel well and I was lost in the maze of information on the government website for Medicare Disability regarding what was needed to apply. I didn't know the questions to ask to get the answers I needed.

At the beginning of my case everything was fast, until they had the case. After, that it went down hill. I have a different person call me when I call them. I had a conversation with Shannon today, letting her know I wasn't happy with the decision. She told me if I appealed the case, Social Security could deny my claim and I would not be eligible to receive benefits. I felt she was putting me in a corner. She told she would talk to her Supervisor and someone (No name given) would contact me.

They got right on my case and even filed it for me. When they learned I was losing everything I owned and about to become homeless, they stepped up their game and at least saved my belongings, by getting the SSA to move a little faster on my case. From start to finish it took about 6 months to get my award letter from SSA saying my eligibility was granted. What more could you ask for ? This is the worst company you can deal with they out right lie to you. They don't care anything about you. They have a policy that if call they have to return your call in 48 hours....They never do. I called to make sure they had my medical records could not get my " Case manager" left message wait 3 days and never got call back...called again and she was busy. So I asked how do I fire you. You are not doing anything, but sending me the same papers that SSD is. "Wait Julie's available now." puts me on hold to transfer and surprise surprise no one answers. Get what is supposed to be her supervisor. She gets in the records and they had my doctors and my emergency room visit. Let them know that I have 2 more appoints the next week. She Informed that they would call me back after the appoints to make sure I went. Never heard from them again. They did not turn in the medical records to the court as stated. The Judge didn't have any records of the the doctor of emergency room or the 2 following appointments. SO THE REASON TO USES MYLER IS IF YOU WANT TO LOOSE....FIND A LAWYER THAT WILL COMMUNICATE WITH YOU AND NOT DELAY SO THEY CAN TRY TO COLLECT MORE MONEY.

Extremely helpful. Knew how to help efficiently. Dealing with the disability process is extremely difficult and full of anxiety. So many people had told me their horror stories of filing disability claims that I put it off for years and my husband and I suffered for it. Very poor customer service. They called and left a message saying they heard I was interested in applying for disability. I returned the call and found out I'm not eligible. For the next several days they continued to call me wanting me to call back. Today I tried calling back to be put on the do not call list. First I was transferred to an operator who was telling me about today's Auto Club offer and after saying no three times she kept the sales pitch going I finally said "what part of transfer me to Myler Disability I'm not interested in your offer do you not understand?" and I was hung up on and my number blocked. I called back from a different phone and was bombarded by special offers, unable to connect to a rep. Today - Dec. 3 - is their day to try scamming clients instead of talking to them.
I couldn t have asked for better representation for me. I did my research before hiring them and I was not disappointed. Always knowledgeable and and up to date about my case when I called and had questions, if for some reason I had to leave a message I always received a quick response. It took me 22 months to be approved for my disability but I was warned and expected that. I would recommend them over and over and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would!
