Horrible experience with my claim. The lawyer did not have a clue not to mention the many phone operators who were unhelpful and in some cases downright rude. Please do yourself a favor and find another representative.

Company sucks staff to and the attorney that represented me agreed with the judge when he found me favorable saying there was nothing they could do for me I would not recommend this firm to nobody what a waste of time find a firm that s there for you and care about your life and well being because this firm is not it all the disability that I have and a caregiver plus early retirement disability sciatic nerve three damage disc in my back and they did nothing at all for me good luck if you choose this firm

My husband originally applied for disability bases on his injuries that he needed surgeries on that would take 3+ years to recover from. Two years in to his battle he was diagnosed with young onset parkinson's disease and dementia. Myler referred him to a lawyers office that they work with for state appeals. The lawyer wrote a brief for the state appeal and harped on my husband's injuries and mention nothing about his diagnosis and the memory issues. Now my husband is stuck reapplying because when my husband received a copy of the brief to "make sure it was correct" it was already reviewed by the state. I don't recommend this attorneys office because their lack of communication was pathetic. And wasted our time.

Updated 07/11/2020: My husband reapplied for disability and was approved for SSI. He was approve for SSI as he has a progressive disease. However, in requesting a reconsideration of his disability claim we found out that Myler Disability never provided social security with his medical documentation that stated he was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease and Dementia. Now he is not eligible for Disability because his credits have run out. Of course Myler disability is not "responsible"
Who do you work for you? Your clients of Social security? We wasted so much time with you all, referred people to you because we didn't know how hard you were screwing my husband over.

Myler disability lawyer are the greatest law firm. If you know me i been fighting 4 years 4 my disability and finally got it they are the greatest firm. They check on u and very depending firm.

I do recommend this place. It took so long years to finally get disability. That was due to t Social security . They do all they can to try not to give it to you. The first lawyer didn't appear to know what she was doing. She listed a bunch of pages and paragraphs. She didnt ask me questions and seemed to annoy the gudge. We had to appeal the second lawyer was amazing. She asked questions to help get you the disability. She also made statements to the gudge about the questions she asked. She was so kind and determined to help. It's gonna take time because of Social security. But Myler did a good job.

Once you call and you have your information. They get started right away. I will recommend Myler Disability Law to all the people I know. Thank You So Much!!

Myler Disability Law handled my case start to finish and got my disability approved the first time. I was assigned a caseworker who was very knowledgeable and walked me through each step of the filing. They answered every question I had and moved my case through quickly and without any errors or re-submissions. They called to follow up and helped with the questions I had after the approval. Myler disabliity has helped me become more thoughtful of my own disabilty. They are there to remind you of your responsibility to maintain communication with the Social Security Administration, After I had been discharged from the Army, getting full benefits for my injury was going to be difficult. I needed to feel like I was getting help with my claim rather than getting criticized, I had suffered my share of rejection and Myler was there to clarify for me what I wasn't able to say before while I had been injured post discharge even up to the day I sat during trial for my evaluation for SSDI.

So far im very happy with Myler. Though my first one was denied by Social Security. I have been through serve pain every day. Having back surgery in 2002. Shattered my right foot and all mobilty to move that foot from right to left. Hurting myself on the job and having 5 herianated disc in my back and 2 in my neck. Npow seeing spinal specialist. I know i cant go back to wprk. Im praying they can help me .

Usually you get turned down for disability the first time, but Myler Disability handled my case , and I was approved on the first go around. They were great, and they got their fees out of my back pay and that was very reasonable. I would recommend them highly.

I had a great experience with Myler disability ive even referred Clifford Scarborough they were fast and efficient for me other than they got me disability at 35 years old and my friend Clifford he is really messed up physically and mentally and needs his case to move alot faster because he has no income and the problems that he has should get him disability the first time also if you have saw him like I have you would think the same thing, also he had no use of his left hand and he had footdrop in his left leg I would have have 5 stars but they need to get to my best friends case quicker.

I am beyond furious and wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone. At first they were great, now 2 years later and the worst communications ever, I am having to release them and do this myself. All they care about is their 25% and nothing else. Good luck to anyone who retains thems.

No contact then 3 mos before my case they dumped me! Leaving me scrambling for representation and the lawyer ended up not turning in all my paperwork and i lost my case. Worst place ever. Unethical lacking integrity and lack of appropriate empathy.

I had a great experience with Myler Disabilty. They were there for me right from the start. They were always available for questions and explained each step in detail. The Attorney they sent for my appeal gearing was great! He put me right at ease! He won my case and got me my benefits! I highly recommend Myler for all of your Disabilty needs.

I always had to call them to find out the status of my claim. Not exactly sure what they actually did. I have never received an invoice of how many hours they spent on my claim, or who they had contacted for information! If there was any contact between us it was initiated by me!

I just found about this company and called for my free consultation. I asked some questions and proceeded to explain my circumstance. Apparently compassion is not part of this company's MO. The rep hung up on me.

Possibly a good place to get help getting DIB, SSI, and DWB benefits IF you are 30-62 years old and manage to meet their rather pathetically strict criteria, but not to work. Faulty equipment and systems and you get called a liar and harassed about issues out of your control that is their responsibility to fix which they won't do in a timely manner which then leads to further issues. Not worth the fight and hassle to keep a job with poor management and poor equipment. Don't trust them to accomodate any need you may have or be understanding. They're more interested in their quota than their employees. Don't understand why they'll invest so much in a client and so little in their employees. Poor customer service.

They always answered my questions. They never made you feel stupid. If they were busy they always got back to you within 24 hours people were very professional, very helpful, very courteous. If there was any problem they would contact you. They started do you peel before I knew about it and then just kept a bottle of wine to make sure that the end result was that I got on Social Security disability.

I can t even begin to explain how the Myler group has gone over and beyond to make this experience as smooth as possible. Filing for disability is not an easy nor quick ordeal, but I believe Myler has made that process a lot easier!

They were very professional and on top of things. I had to do basically nothing. my results were quick and positive. I am so grateful.

So far so good. I've had no issues. They have been very prompt. I mailed in all my forms and medical re ords first time around with postage and envelope paid by them. Initially I was denied which is usually a given with or without a lawyer. It took a little less than three months for that decision. Soon as I was notified by mail my denial from social security office, they immediately had emailed me the following working day to ask my approval for appeal.
I've had questions and they were answered promptly as well. I just recently scanned in all new pertinent medical evidence to them and again following working day they thanked me for the documents and said they would be sent in for me.
I guess everyone has a different way of seeing things but I know they are swamped. The wait I'm going through has been very rough to say the least because my husband has been disabled before we were married and it's all on him while I wait for a decision again.
I'm hoping it will not take a year, but so far have been very satisfied.
