Extremely poor experience. After I had a hearing, this lawyer's office was absolutely no help! After my judge denied my disability, it's been SEVERAL days and I still haven't heard back from them. To make matters worse, if I fire them and move on to decent lawyers, Myler disability will still come after my money when I get it! On what world is this fair?!

They are terrible about updating you on your case or even keeping in contact. I had to do everything myself. So why should I pay them. Is there a way to get out of the contract?

These people are a bunch of crooks. afterhaving a 30 minute consultation on the hone a representative told me if they did not collect any back pay, i would not be liable for anything. After a half hour conversation, i decided to go directly to the socal security office myself. I spent about 1 hour waiting to speak to a ssa worker, who was able to get me approved in person. Myler had nothing to do with my getting approved and they are now trying to collect for attorneys fees in the amount of 4000.00. YOu can get everything done without their help by going to the social security office in person.

Middle Man.You fill out paperwork,They send it to SSI prolong your case for years,hopes of them getting more money.You can only go back payment 2 yr.s.They held off court for 6 yr.s.only to show up at court to. Asked for more Dr's appointments.GREEDY THIEF. You have to sign agreement to give them % of Your ssi, for the remainder of your life, even if they lose

They strung me along for several years. Always doing as little as possible. In my time with Myler I had 10+ case workers assigned to me. Completely unorganized. In court the "attorney" never tried to argue my case despite having 10 years of medical records. Do yourself a favor and don't go to Myler , once they mess up and you want to dump them, you can't. You'll have to start completely over with your case.

My daughter and I first contacted Myler Disability in 2013. For the past 3 years, their staff has worked closely with us gathering and submitting medical and psychological information to the proper authorities especially Social Security. Their attorneys also attended the first hearing and a second remand hearing with us. Their help in guiding us through this process was invaluable, and as a result, my daughter received favorable approval to receive much needed SSI benefits. I cannot express enough how much work and effort Myler put into this, and the outcome is to their credit.

I have to give Myler Disability a 5 star!!! Lynn my case worker was awesome and every time I needed any documents or if he needed to get my records he did really fast. Then my attorney Scott did an amazing job at court. I was denied the first time only because I wasn t out of work for a full year. Then after I was denied my team got me a court date with the judge within 6 months. I know every case is different but in my case they went very fast and got my disability approved!!! Would definitely recommend to everyone

I contacted Myler Disability through an internet ad, something I never do. I was a bit hesitant because I halfway figured I was gonna get ripped off at some point and I really wasn t sure I d meet the qualifications to have my application for Social Security Disability Insurance accepted anyway. But I took the plunge, praying this was legit. I have to say I don t remember being more pleasantly surprised. The process started with a phone interview where someone gathered all kinds of information about me. I have to say that my suspicions that I was going to get ripped off were not really put at ease during this conversation. The woman on the other end of the phone conducting the interview, well she sounded kinda bored, like she had done this 20 times already today, and, now this may all be on me, but I felt like she was a little bit judgmental as I m answering her questions. That was my only moment of hesitation throughout the entire process with Myler Disability. They sent me paperwork to fill out, medical and job history, etc, and a contract detailing their fee. I had a question about the contract and it was answered the same day. I signed it and returned it with the other forms I had completed. Social Security sent me a copy of my application as sent to them by Myler giving me the opportunity to make corrections. The most amazing thing is that I received my welcome packet from Myler Disability with the questionnaires and contract in early March this year. I received my SSDI award letter and a lump sum back pay check in July, yes five months later. Social Security had already deducted and sent to Myler Disability their fee per our contract. I ve now received two monthly benefit payments via Direct Deposit. My entire experience with Myler Disability was professional, thorough, accurate and sensitive to my needs and concerns. At the end of the day I would say they earned their fee which I initially thought substantial but it ended up being more than fair and painless, since Social Security made the payment on my behalf. I would wholeheartedly recommend Myler Disability to anyone looking to apply for Social Security Disability Insurance. They will be the first ones I call when I qualify for Medicare because I have confidence they will treat me with the same professionalism and dignity. Thank you Myler Disability!

Myler disability helped me out alot. I was dropped by another company without warning, like two weeks before my court date. When I appeared before the judge he had no information on me. The judge gave me another court date and Myler proceeded to help me. About 2-3 months later I got an answer, not the one I was hoping for. I am going to get some help, which is better than nothing. Working for them sucks. They shoved us on the phones in our second day! The trainer is rude, judgemental, condescending and spends more time talking about Mexican food than helping. Not worth the 12/hr.

Wow! Great, I was denied multiple times before Myler. Heck, I was even denied on the first filing with Myler. They were persistent enough to appeal, and we won!! They were great in communicating too. I was, "kept in the loop", so to speak about how the process was proceeding. Considering the overall big picture, Myler was great, and the cost to me was minimal. I'm absolutely sickened, and disgusted by Myler Disability. They have destroyed my life and caused my family financial ruin. After waiting 3 years for a hearing, they stuck me with an inept lawyer that didn't even bother to cross examine the vocational expert. She spoke to me for about 10 minutes 2 days before the hearing over the phone, then for another 10 minutes the day of the hearing. I felt completely unprepared. Of course they lost my case. And, they have even suggested that I appeal the decision, which to my understanding could take another 2-3 years, and is very unlikely that I would win (according to what I have read). Which leads me to believe that they have zero concern for what is in my best interest, and are only concerned with the remote possibility that they might collect money in 3 years. And i will probably be dead by then.

Every one I came in contact with was very helpful & seemed to have my best interest & always answered any question to my satisfaction. I would recommend Myler Disability to anyone that is looking for a representative for your disability claim

My experience with Myler was absolutely wonderful. From applying for disability initially all the way to receiving my benefits, Myler was there for me every step of the way. As long as you follow the instructions of the Social Security Administration and Myler you will receive your benefits much quicker than normal. True you are not one on one with your attorney the whole time but staff keeps you updated on case all the time. When I became homeless I gave a letter and they moved up my date to help me. The government wears you down through denials, paperwork and endless bureaucratic shuffling. I am not going to recount my experience here, but let's just say it was pure HELL. The staff at Myler stepped in, and told me everything was going to be OK. They walked right beside me through the whole process and I came out the other side with my monthly disability check and the back pay they should have been paying all along. If you're suffering from depression and jump through their hoops and haven't gotten results, run. My wife played their game for 3 years, went to their psych evaluations, doctors appointments, answered their questions, went through 1 hearing and got nowhere. She finally had enough and committed suicide. I let Myler know, and they don't even know who their clients are because she got a letter from Brad Myler himself, I'm sure it's a form letter. But, said 'sorry for the loss of your loved one.' I called them and told them she was no longer a client because she was dead and that's their response. You're just a number to them.

Called did a review they said my husband qualified. I didn t have 45 minutes to finish the intake packet and asked them to call me after 2:30 they never called . Waited 2 days and called back and was told they could not help me because my husband was an Alien Resident and not a US citizen. Called another disability firm and they had no problem taking our case. We wanted a Utah County Firm but I guess we ll make the hour drive to Salt Lake.
