I used this firm, I went to two different hearings. The communication does not exist. They lawyers that went to court with me were a joke. I am rated well over 100% through the va for life. Next I talked to a vocational expert for four hours Tuesday that sits in with the judges at the hearings. I am in a program with the VA that made me do the four hour interview. She could not understand how in the world I was not awarded SSDI. She asked what attorney I used when I told her Myler disability. Hey exact words and I quote "They are a joke, don't wast your time, in my professional opinion this is the worst company to use" end quote.

I had a great experience with Myler Disability! I placed myself in their hands and it was worry free. It took a little while for it to go through, but they kept me informed during the entire process. This Law Firm is a joke. I've been dealing with them since January of 2016 and every time it's an unfavorable decision they are lazy they do not meet with their people they're located way in Utah but they still have nobody advocating for you and your state they don't answer your phone calls they call you back 3 Days To a week later with the same information that they gave you the last time they are rude inconsiderate unprofessional and I do not recommend this Law Firm to anyone please do not choose Myler Disability

Your services took all the stress out of the process, even though I did my application face-to-face with a social security personnel (after filing with your office) just in order to expedite my process. Filing with your office assured me the comfort that had I missed anything Myler Disability had my back. Anytime I had concerns or questions I always had multiple methods of contacting the group assigned to my case. Be it a phone call or email my calls were always returned within a two day period. Even the communications with the social security office went through Myler's office which kept everyone in the loop and if I did not understand something my assigned group of advocates could easily explain circumstances since they had already received the same info. I'm not going to make this long, but Myler Disability left me hanging with one appeal to go. I was given an impersonal phone call from someone with them that i never even talked to before. I told my case was being dropped and they were not going to finish what they started...find another lawyer. They Will Not will not fight your claim until the end. They WILL leave you hanging and on top of that send you a bill for collecting medical records from a abandoned job. After the paperwork to file was complete i never heard from them again, even after I had received parts of SSI and SSDI. I called and Myler team didn t have any idea what I was approved for. Now I have been fully paid, back pay and all. Still nothing.
But I called them wanting to what they did to take $6000 from me for there services. She could not tell me, they only filled nothing else. They never will return my calls. My advice if you have a case file yourself first.

They are great people. And got me my disabilty in two years after I had waited 5 years.

I was with them I call them in June are July and I got my first pay in October of this and still trying to get my back pay. That was very nice to me and helpfully. I will send a friend too them.

If you need help getting on disability this is the place.

The waiting due to the system is bad but what makes it worse is the lack of preparation from Myler and the the lawyer.
It's like a burger King drive through and who cares if you win just get as many in the system the percentage is with Myler.
Needless to say we lost at the hearing.my lawyer didn't even defend any questions just sat there.
I understood the judges dicision,nothing was explained by my lawyer.

Wow I published review and got a response the same day!this is a first.
Why did Myler respond and want to discuss my case now funny....

This is my honest opinion from my personal experience!
There are SO many things they did wrong and SO MANY things that they did not do that they should have to help me and my case.
I wasted 3+ years trusting them and now basically losing everything..
Now I have to find a another Law firm to help me.. that I can trust to guide me to do all the right things the judge will want.. They should have helped me with knowing what to expect with the Doctor and Psych exams. They didn't tell me that they don't care about any other medical records you may have, they don't even look at them! They need to see you at your worst! The entire case is based on that half hour meeting with you! You are better off not even taking your pain or anxiety meds for the visit..
Myler didn't tell me it would help my case to go through Vocational rehab, to get a functional capacity evaluation from workmed, or to get a neuro psych evaluation. They said i was better off not working.. The judge held it against me for not trying. The Lawyer should also be capable of discerning whether your Doctors are charting your disability the right way..or else the Judge will deem all your medical records inconsistant and unweighted against their appointed Examiners. Your disability lawyer should be able to look at your records and see the things the judge will tear apart making you disqualified if they know their job. They should be able to let you know so you can take steps to fix any inconsistancies beforehand.. otherwise you will be screwed from the start. With Myler you never see or talk to a lawyer until you are denied twice and about to go before a Judge. They don't go over your records with you. Mylers case managers don't have a care or clue what is really going on.. They will patronize you telling all is well and to just report any new Dr. visits.
I begged to see a lawyer for months before the trial but all they could say was one hadn't been assigned yet. We did meet just before trial and My lawyer had no clue what the judge wanted. The lawyer should be prepared to argue any weak points in your case or have you prepared with how best to reply in a courtroom. My assigned lawyer just said be honest and asked me questions in front of him like a generic disability script that they ask everyone. I felt like cattle being rushed through as she had a client scheduled before me and one after me. Some of the questions made my case look worse! Half of my records weren't even available to the judge. A good lawyer would go through a preparation with you letting you know what questions he/she was going to ask so you are prepared. They should have all the records there for the judge so any questions he has can be asked/answered on your court day. I had to go to IHC and Granger to get the records and hand deliver them myself to Myler.. and they didnt get them in on time for the trial (one of the files was locked). They still send me bills for them getting the records. I've waited another year to know if the case could be reviewed for a retrial.. They used the Olinsky Group out of New York.. to determine that it was worthy. They first told me there was hope at the federal level then a year later they told me they had a lawyer go over it that week and say the exact opposite. Now workforce services is saying the Judges decision is binding for life on all related conditions and I cant get General assistance from the state unless I have new unrelated medical conditions. So in all honesty you may be better off not going to the Judge level! Myler does not tell you any of this! They want to stretch it out and get the max $$ benefit from you in my eyes.
I am not happy with this experience or their representation. I am forced to start over and build my case the right way this time! I should not have to learn from these mistakes.. that is why you hire lawyers in the first place. I wont trust them again. Please take it to heart and learn from my mistakes!...

The STAFF WAS SO POLITE AND UNDERSTANDING. THEY ALWAYS ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS I HAD PROMPTLY. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS. AND THEY MADE SURE I KNEW WHAT WAS GOING ON.

They answer all my questions that I had and call me back in a timely manner. They took care of everything that needed to be taken care of and helped with what I needed to get. Told me not to give up and meant it. They won my case and they still allow me to call and ask tough questions.Very friendly team. Like family.

Waste of my time and life. I told these people everything about my situation. Let them know that I'm not currently being treated because I don't have insurance. They said it would be fine. They said that I have a good case. But then you was notified about a court hearing?!?
I'm a manic depressant with high anxiety! I explained that I couldn't go to court because of my mental health and they dropped me like a hot potato after years of wasting my life. Now I can't even leave the house. My illness has completely taken over my life.
Don't believe them.

Myler Disability was EXACTLY what the doctor ordered! After being denied twice for my disability benefits, Myler Disability Attorneys got the JOB DONE in NO TIME! I would definitely recommend them and have to anyone who will listen. All you have to do is do your part and they will do the rest! It is so easy to get discouraged in this process. It was nice having someone there every step of the way. I'm in my early 30's, which made it extremely harder to get a positive outcome from SSA. After a denial on the first round Myler Disability was there for me and helped me stay on track. If it wasn't for them I would have gotten too frustrated to move on to the court part where I got my approval. They took care of everything and walked me through every step. I have a metal spine, severe neuropathy, osteoarthritis, and spinal stenosis. I would defiantly recommend Myler Disability to anyone.

The Attorney was completely and totally unprepared, was unaware of updates to my condition, was unaware of surgeries. The staff never returned phone calls with knowledge of that I had called for or about.
DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE EVER BIRING THIS FIRM, unless, off course, you want to lose hour case, like they lost mine. Totally winnable case lost because of the sheer incompetence of an unprepared unknowledgeable attorney.

I m giving y all a 3 because you where able to fill out the paperwork and file it with Social Security very quickly, Therefore team 5 communication deserves a 1. My mother had to call and follow up with team 5 relating to my case and I was already receiving my disability for a month when Myler wrote me a letter stating I would be receiving my disability. To conclude this FYI once you do your initial filing with them you are responsible of getting and doing all other paperwork. However, I appreciate everything that you did.

I was told man if your in court get trying to get your benefits you usually get denied about 2 times then on the 3rd try you will get your benefits. Because I broke my back, my entire life drastically changed and I required government assistance. Myler Disability fought hard for me, harder than I thought they would, and they are responsible for winning my case. They were always in contact with me and I am thankful for their services. I tried to apply for disability on my own and lost, and with Myler Disability I won. After I won, Myler Disability helped me find supplemental insurance for my Medicare. My advice, let Myler Disability do the paperwork for you as they know how to best answer for the many questions and paperwork.

All was good, only thing was, didn't talk to the lawyer until the night before the hearing(that was stressing me out a lot), but we talked for about 2 hrs and I was talking to my caseworker's all the time throughout the whole process. They were all very helpful and put a lot at ease. Was all good because I was prepared and doing research, but after talking to my lawyer, I was stressing more than I had to. Our little pow wow an hour before the hearing to fine tune worked out perfect. My lawyer relaxed me, the judge was awesome and compassionate. I would highly recommend Myler Disability, but everybody should do their research and and be proactive and research. Thanks!
