I found this company on-line. I was not sure if it was an advocate or lawyer at first. They where very quick to take a case but the problem now is getting a case manager to call you back. I been calling and leaving messages since last Friday. The case managers phone never rings but just goes straight to v/m. I don't know when there required turn around time is on a call but today is the third business day. I have no problem getting operators and today I made it clear to the operator I just wanted to talk to a live person about the case. It was a little after 3pm Tuesday and she could not get me anyone live to talk to me and just told me to call back again tomarrow. It states on the website they are open to 5pm but I could not get anyone. I even waited a while why she was trying to check but nothing. I am feeling very disappointed with this company. Update I just edited my post here now its going on 2pm on Wendesday this is now the 4th business day that I still could not reach case manager. I am really just trying to speak with a live person that is not an operator that can see what is going on. No luck yet but will keep posting till I get a response from the company. Well I got a new caseworker today.
