I opened my case in 2015 and it's now 2019. I have had 7 surgeries on My Abdomen. And less than a month ago, I just had Back surgery. I have been denied and also have gone to court in which was a horrible experience. The judge was more concerned about how I get my hair and nails done than my health. NEVER asked about my Health at All. I haven't heard Anything from the Attorney who was assigned to My case. When I call them to follow up, I get attitudes. But I was told that the Judge made some mistakes and that i would have to wait another year or more.... This is unacceptable. I have gone through numerous Therapy, Injections, and Now Surgery. I am lost for words and dont know where to go from here.
