My husband passed away before his hearing ..so I went to it for them because they told me to do so it was denied because he went to the er one time for side pain And they asked if he drank or ever smoked who hasnt ..really that's not what we are here for we are here for his disabilities he is permanently disabled by 2 drs. The lawyer had no idea about the case and just kept bringing up the one visit to the dr .she didnt fight for him ...now I am in appeals process which 1 percent of those cases get over turned .I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone and now they send me Bill's for collecting medical records that I went and paid for And mailed to them along with lord knows what else films CD images and what not ..they did zero leg work And did zero talking in court .actually the attorney was not a nice person either.Thanks for dragging out my husbands DEATH

I like myler, my case is going fine. However I do all the leg work, but I don't mind if it keeps my case going. They aren't rude to me and haven't ever lied about anything. I don't mind doing my part I'm sure they have a lot of cases, not just mine.

I WILL take the time to say "How great>>> The Best! If you review my case it was done before the ink could dry. Well that's a stretch but it was record fast. I waited the 6 or so months and I was approved without any problems. It was the Cancer (in remission now). Or maybe the type 2 diabetic (under control) With Chemo taking it's toll for a couple of years. I was relieved to know you dedicated the time and experience I lack. Mylar was nothing but good to me from beginning to end. I never called without speaking to someone & they called periodically to check on me! They handled EVERYTHING!! When it came time for my hearing, my attorney called the night before to go over what to expect. The hearing went fine & I had my 1st payment in record time. I was so grateful.

Hi I'm Bj and am writing this review for my partner Mary. When I started the process, I didn't much medical documentation concerning my heart attack and other health related issues. Myler's representative assisted me in finding everything I needed to get the ball rolling. The process began in October, 2016. I received a letter of denial in May, 2017. I was a little crushed but Myler kept trying and by July, 2017, I was approved for disability and received my first check in August. Myler was very helpful with the whole process and is still there to answer my questions related Medicare benefits.

I am 100% satisfied with Myler, they helped me with my case from beginning to end and got me the money for my medical problems. I would use Myler Disability and I would recommend them to other people that need their help. They are the right lawyers.

I had a hard time getting my disability benefits. Myler disability helped me until we succeeded. Very professional and they answered all my questions. I have told everyone about my experience. I recommend them to family and friends.

Do not use these people. they don't call back, when they do all they wanted to know is if my address had changed. then they said they found a HUGE trust account in my name and I was denied. I had to argue with them that there was no trust account...they would not admit to a mistake, when I called them on it all it got was " this was an error" yes I guess so. I finally got so disgusted with the whole process and never hearing from Mylar that I with drew my application. They wrote me a letter 6 months after I withdrew to tell me I withdrew and that they had every right to charge me fees for their time. they didn't do anything, so I don't owe them.

Do. Not. Do. It. If you like unreturned phone calls. Ignored emails and terrible customer service this is the place for you. Zero support. Including my hearing. The first time I had ever spoken to the lawyer was 10 minutes before our hearing. I'm pretty sure this place is run out of some guy's basement. Many reputable law firms around. Don't use this one.

No help went court hearing person wasn't prepared. Haven't gotten out come but in my heart I will be turned down.

After being turned down by disability more than once I hired Myler as they were recommended to me by a friend. They were easy to work with, updated me on the progress, though disability was itself hard to work with and SLOWWW. But Myler responded quickly to all their requests. Though really most importantly they won my claim. Even though my case was more difficult. I know I couldn't have done this on my own. I felt my attorney was well prepared and knew my case well. I would definitely recommend them.

Great company to help u get your disability. They got me a great attorney. That really went to bat for me at my hearing. Took over two years to get it. But this company was there for me the whole time. Would totally recommend this company to anyone.

They don't fight for you . Don't use these guys, find somebody local to help you. They never advised me going into the hearing on what to say and what they did tell me was right before I walked into the hearing. It was a horrible experience.

My husband used Myler and they have been good except for the issue with us not receiving his monthly checks which were supposed to be sent here to the house until we signed up for Direct Express. So there is back pay along with monthly payments floating out there and NO ONE CAN SEEM TO TELL US WHY. We received the back pay for Social Security Supplemental Income but there is another back pay that was deposited into a Bankcorp for his backpay and his monthly payments. So we have no card, no money, and no Bankcorp.....so does someone know how to get a hold of Bankcorp and how to receive a card if one was signed up for in your name?

Yes they was a great help they worked with me and did everything to get what I needed they where so great anf very helpful to my needs

Myler did a great job but social security is only giving me like $300 a month and I'm only getting 9 months of back pay, when I've been trying to get it for over 3 years. I can't live on this pittance and I'm going to have to end up lying about my health to get a job, which will probably kill me.

Hi Myler Disability, thanks for all you've done for me and it truly was a pleasure having you work with me in winning my case. SS is being so wrong to me even after I've won the right to be helped, they're telling me in so many ways that I have to come to them having absolutely nothing and all I have is enough to get by really living so much less than monthly income to month. All we have is my husband's disability, if we didn't get the two cars when my husband was working there's no way that we could have got them after he had to stop working because he is not well. And we don't have any other land except the one we live on. So the life insurance we have we've had it so many years before we became disabled the way we are so cashing it in is not on our mind because we know we can't get any more. And we don't have enough money in the bank to save. I just don't understand why it's like that we're not asking for help to go take trips and spurge, we just want to make ends meet while we're here and live in peace. Truth is if we didn't need help we would not put ourselves to the shame that SS makes you feel. We are a family that need some help not a hand out. It makes me feel so below ourselves to even have to go and ask for help to make it. But we're going to try again because my husband can't pay them by himself. I will always have you in my heart and share your strong staff with every one i know that needs to win their case, God bless your frim and all it's members Amen.

Myler was very attentive to details and prompt in responding to questions. All but one person was very friendly.

The worst experience I have ever had. I recommend using any other Advocate than Myler disability. Two and a half years I had three different representatives. Rarely got a return call. My Advocate showed up at the hearing unprepared, didnt even know my name and wasnt even familiar with my claim. I was denied. Cant work and they have the nerve to bill me $392.00 (when I supplied all my medical documentation). And no way to pay the bill they gave me. Anybody could do better by themselves.

I want to thank the team 1and team 2 for such a great job you did and all the hard work , because of you I got my SSI which I really needed and want to also thank Tim the lawyer that worked with me you made me feel comfortable .

They refuse to tell you what's going on in your case. You are forced to do all the leg work. But they sure want your money ey. Even after I won my case. They waited a month to tell me. They acted like I wasn't disabled but congratulations. If I knew I would have to do everything I would have skipped the attorneys.

Sometime they took a while for them to get back to me, I would have to call them. They said it was unfair that I was denied with social security and that I have a case. But then said they can't no longer help. Understand they knew the pain that I'm going through and bleeding a lot, especailly when I got up and ruin my clothes. Pain is a 9 out of 10 pain scale. Feels like a cramp plus an upset stomach times 4!! I'm in tears sometimes and hard to so easy things like shower. Hard to stand for too long. Social security is bad too. Deny someone like myself. That is sad

Myler is a call center! They harass you to sign and NOT DATE a new contract allowing them an additional undisclosed amount of money above the 25% allowed by law. It's like signing a blank check.

They do not pick up the phone, returns calls or reply to emails. I hired them over a year ago and they still have not requested any of my medical records. No one there knows what's my medical condition.

Some time ago my claim was set for trial and they will not assign me an attorney. Several weeks after SSA set a hearing date for me Myler sent me a letter stating they've requested a hearing & it will be about 12 months for a hearing date to be set.

I've had to instruct them throughout this journey what they need to do, and now they refuse to do literally anything at all. Myler Disability is a sham that ONLY WANTS YOUR MONEY. If you sign that contract allowing them more money and your claim is denied you still owe them money they have not worked for.

Their site claims all their advocates are attorneys, I've never encountered an attorney less qualified than this place. All their heads together can't get it right!

Fast, thorough, caring, friendly, experienced and very happy with my results! Thank you all so much for your help. This would have never happened without you!

Currently I am working with them and at this time I am very concerned about my case. I have been working with them since 2014. After reading several of the reviews I am more concerned. My understanding is the get a percentage or 6000...which ever is less...my hearing is scheduled for July 10th at 8am in San Antonio TX...I will hopefully be back to change my review to more stars and have better things to say. For now I just wanted to say I am VERY concerned. My life depends on this...I hope they do me right and I hope I didn't make a BIG mistake.

Myler Disability did a superb job on my case! After 2 denials I contacted Myler to assist with my case. They assisted in gathering all medical records and getting all forms signed and back to Social Security in a timely manner. Waiting for a hearing with the ALJ seemed to take forever, and Myler Disability kept me informed along the way.

The hearing date finally arrived and the attorney aided greatly in the process, even reassuring me after yet another exam was needed. When the results were received by the ALJ, the attorney called me with a proposed adjusted date of disability, to which I agreed as he explained that we could continue to fight for the original date but may not have success in that appeal either.

I happy to report that Myler Disability greatly assisted in winning my case!

The people I got to give them credit where it's due. Now when you call them they do returns your calls quickly. But it takes them forever I know they trying to get more money. I just can't wait another three years with them trying to get it. I pray that my last attorney they sent to represent me. Jeremy was such a sweet guy who just got out the hospital and he wasn't aware of my case at all. I wouldn't tell anyone else to use them and I won't tell the not to use them. I just won't.

Myler Disability worked so I could get my disability. They went through all my records, keep me informed, told me when I was turned down and what the next step was. They prepared me for court when my case advanced to that stage. Myler Disability do not stop until I was satisfied.

Thankfully for Myler Disability I received my benefits in no time!.. I kept the appointments they scheduled, and within less than a year a SSA personal contacted me to set up an appointment for payee of benefits discussion which turned out all for my benefit. Thank you!

My experience with myler has been good...great so far. They keeping me posted on everything needed to help my claim. True enough I was declined the first time. But appealing it again when I felt down it wasnt gonna Happen. The group kept Faith on continuing my case til see a Judge. Its been very hard to wait but my insurance laspe and had to work til i couldnt anymore. My faith now is hope to come.Otherwise Myler on top of helping whom need the help.

I called Myler Disability and they asked me a few questions...
They told me I was eligible for disability and so they filed on my behalf. Myler told me to begin with it could take up to 6 months and maybe even have to file an appeal. However, my case was approved in 5 months!!! I will get my 1st check the 15th of MAY. I would refer anyone to to use Myler Disability!

Not very responsive when it comes to customer service and returning clients calls. Not good at keeping clients up to date on their cases. There customer service could use some improvement
