Do not use these people. they don't call back, when they do all they wanted to know is if my address had changed. then they said they found a HUGE trust account in my name and I was denied. I had to argue with them that there was no trust account...they would not admit to a mistake, when I called them on it all it got was " this was an error" yes I guess so. I finally got so disgusted with the whole process and never hearing from Mylar that I with drew my application. They wrote me a letter 6 months after I withdrew to tell me I withdrew and that they had every right to charge me fees for their time. they didn't do anything, so I don't owe them.
