My husband passed away before his hearing ..so I went to it for them because they told me to do so it was denied because he went to the er one time for side pain And they asked if he drank or ever smoked who hasnt ..really that's not what we are here for we are here for his disabilities he is permanently disabled by 2 drs. The lawyer had no idea about the case and just kept bringing up the one visit to the dr .she didnt fight for him ...now I am in appeals process which 1 percent of those cases get over turned .I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone and now they send me Bill's for collecting medical records that I went and paid for And mailed to them along with lord knows what else films CD images and what not ..they did zero leg work And did zero talking in court .actually the attorney was not a nice person either.Thanks for dragging out my husbands DEATH
