My husband used Myler and they have been good except for the issue with us not receiving his monthly checks which were supposed to be sent here to the house until we signed up for Direct Express. So there is back pay along with monthly payments floating out there and NO ONE CAN SEEM TO TELL US WHY. We received the back pay for Social Security Supplemental Income but there is another back pay that was deposited into a Bankcorp for his backpay and his monthly payments. So we have no card, no money, and no Bankcorp.....so does someone know how to get a hold of Bankcorp and how to receive a card if one was signed up for in your name?
