I am having problems getting internet installed in...

I am having problems getting internet installed in a timely manner to bd able to do my job. The manager on premises i have talked to numerous times and can't seem to get problem taken care of and the last time i talked to her she hung up on me. Tried to talk to regional manager she was no help what so ever. I tried to call her supervisor and had to leave a voice mail. I just want my internet installed . It is not my problem they habe a wiring issue they need to get it fixed quickly. I paid a substantial amount of money prior to moving in and they want their rent paid on time which is what pays their paychecks . I am trying to do my job for the government and I need internet to to do my job. I just want it fixed immediately, not wait two or more weeks that is unacceptable.....very upset new tenant.....
