I would love to speak with the owners or head management of the Parks of Denton Apts because I am very unsatisfied with the service that this complex provided to me and my boyfriend this past year. I have called numerous times to the office most of which they never answer because even when I was there in person, they they 3 hours lunches.

Last time I spoke with "Kim" whoever that may be since they all call themselves that, they told me that they hadn't sent a letter yet even though it has been 4 months since we have moved out. Okay I decided this apartment is going to steal the despot from me, fine. Well now I get a collector calling saying we have been owning money? Well I never received a letter even though I called a billion times to confirm my new address. Below is my review for this apartment. Horrible management, you should find someone else to run this place because these girls don't care. They take long lunches, they put their makeup on while talking to a resident, they ignore your calls, they call you a liar. I expect to hear from someone soon.

PLEASE READ ALL!!! DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. My boyfriend and I moved in here despite all the ugly reviews they had and it has been the biggest regret of my life! The model apartment is like a 5 on a scale of 10 and still the real apartment they lease you looks 5 times worse than that so just a first sign of how horrible it will be. When we applied to lease they NEVER!! called us and we called like a month before our move in date to see what was going on and they were like "oh yea you got approved" Then, a week before our move in date we called to ask what we needed to give them before. Well nothing was done until the day OF move in. We couldn't even sign the lease until then, we didn't get our keys made until we were in the office telling them we had our truck ready to load off. The WORST part of all of this was that when we walked in to the new apartment, the carpet was dirty ripped old and stinky! They hadn't even finished cleaning and remodeling. We spent 6 hours waiting for them.

The rest of the year was horrible. They would wait till the middle of the month to bill us late fees that weren't even late. They kept confusing us for a unit that had pets and we never had pets! Then they would charge us late fees for being 3 cents off? What the H. The maintenance guy was super rude, and I spent 1 ENTIRE month without AC because he didn't think anything was wrong with it. Then we finally moved out, not even fast enough. The lady in the front desk was putting on her makeup while she was talking to us and checking us out. UNPROFESSIONAL.

They never sent us a bill or a check back with our deposit, we called and called and called. Nothing. Then they told us not to worry because they didn't charge us extra. So we just said F it, we wont' get the deposit but whatever as long as we don't even hear about this place again. Well 4 months after move out, collectors are calling us saying we owe the apartment rent fees, and cleaning fees and dog fees?? WHAT THE FFF.....

Do NOT move in. Trust me, $50-$100 extra dollars you have to pay somewhere else will probably worth it because this play is a dump! I feel sorry for the staff because they work for crappy people and crappy apartments so yeah they will give you crappy service because they probably get paid crappy money as well. I am so much happier paying 100$ extra in my apartment that has granite counter-tops, wood floors and valet trash now.

OH and if you try to accuse and complain on any of those women of a disservice, they will all say "I am Kim" no "I am Kim" no "I am Kim" they are all f'ing Kim because they lie to not get in trouble.
