Philips Over ear headphones 8000 series TAPH805BK / 00 bought at the Drive Thru days Sunday July 26th. When returning home, poor Bluetooth connection and charging time (connection and the device drops out every time). Returned to the My Shop in Eindhoven today to exchange it. Exchange or money back, no that cannot be said at the "customer service" because it is a hygienic product and used while I have cleaned everything Covid-19 and still have the original packaging. You can buy new headphones (with the Drive Thru) as a solution. What follows is nothing short of shocking, two grinning "customer service" people who look at each other and are unable or unwilling to help me. As a customer, I feel uneasy.
