Bought a brand new TV here a few months ago.
A few weeks ago I found out that certain functionalities simply don't work. Customer service informed about this, no response. 17 days later I sent them a reminder and I got the answer (summarized): "Sorry for the late response. What you say is not correct, the TV is working! Have a good day."
I have explained in detail what is not working, but this is simply ignored. Two follow-up emails are also ignored.
Previously I always came here for good products, now that that is no longer the case & the customer service proves to be worthless, I see no reason to continue buying here in the future.
