We have been tenants for 1 month now and so far love our Robbins Apartment!

Very understanding people who take the time to help you in tough situations. They try to be very responsive to sensitive situations but are also patient in response,very understanding people that is appreciated. Shout out to Melanie for being understanding during a tough time in my life.

I 100% recommend My Management Company. Their staff members are so down to earth and extremely helpful. Melanie was quick to respond to my emails and answer any questions and address any concerns I had. They made the rental process a breeze!

Absolutley, hands down, THE worst experience with a rental company I have ever had before in my life. They are thieves. They steal money. They are manipulative. They are dishonest. SO dishonest, in fact, that they pay people $50 for good reviews on google... so DONT trust the good reviews, especially if you're reading any reviews from people with the last name PERRON since that's the owners family. A lot of the neg reviews that I see are VERY accurate and they share the same experience as me. Seriously, don't think it will be different for you. Spare yourself the trauma and drama and go with another company. EDIT: Since google doesn't allow a response to be made, I'll put it here. That's cute that you tried to discredit me. I was neither sued nor evicted and YOU know that! Good luck to you and your shady business though!

Very rude when we called about our applications each time. We felt as if you were annoyed with us for calling and pretty much telling us we are wasting your time. We have been behind on rent since COVID at our current residence and now caught up but that doesn t give you a right to be rude and unprofessional.

This management company has been very punctual, caring and honest. My experience has been great, I would recommend for those that want a no haggle, clear cut renting experience.

I am a new tenant here, but I have Been pleasantly surprised with every maintenance request we have filed. They are as prompt as possible and very easy to work with. We are really enjoying renting from this company.

Great management company they answered my questions. And as long as I communicate with them they will work with you .

They have improved their customer service over the last year and it is quick and easy to handle situations. The Online payment system can be tricky sometimes, but overall service is good. We have enjoyed being tenants for the last 1.5 years.

My wife and I rented an apartment from this company. First few months were great, then we had issues with cockroaches, leaks from the upstairs unit as well as a broken dishwasher. Every time we would put in a request we never heard back, then randomly someone would show up. They sprayed for roaches a few different times and it never helped. The moment our lease was up we cleaned the apartment did our walk through and were told we would get our full deposit back. A month later we got a letter in the Mail saying we weren t getting it back for B.S reasons. We threatened to fight them and sent pictures we took upon moving in and out of the apartment and magically we received a new letter saying they had us mixed up with the current tenant and then gave us our full deposit. Since when do current issues with a tenant cause previous tenants to lose their deposit? This company will take your money and try everything to keep your deposit. If you are looking for a rental, avoid this company at all cost, if you don t believe me go ask their current tenants.

Just started rent through them, but the office staff has been absolutely amazing at returning phone calls and helping me set up payments on the deposit and assisting in a few move in quirks that have come up!

Moving into a brand new unit, nobody went around to make sure everything worked, getting a water hose on a toilet took 3 visits and took over a month.

I was very impressed by the professionalism and quick communication response I received from the property management team. Prior to moving in they had completed the necessary maintenance needed to be "move-in" ready. Very impressed and friendly staff, especially Serena Cossette. Thank you for working with me :) ... Easy to use, somewhat easy to get ahold of somebody. Has to pay a 25$ service fee because my smoke detectors were beeping. Yet I had never heard them beep. Other than that all good!

It's been almost a full year renting from this company and so far no complaints, they were quick to get some plumbing issues fixed when I first moved in. Overall great company to rent from

Some of their apartments are nice, others not so nice because they just handle the renting for the owners of the properties. However when they say they needed to do a furnace filter and smoke alarm check they instead came in and took pictures of all my belongings without even checking the furnace filter. Really unsettling and creepy with no explanation or forewarning.

Edit: I never said you didn't give a 24 hour notice. You gave a 24 hour notice to check furnace filters and smoke alarms then came in during quarantine to take photos with no explanation. Just take the criticism 'Owner' and let your tenant know what you're really doing before invading their privacy.

As I interviewed Ray to manage my property he blew me away with his knowledge and aggressiveness in wanting to manage my property . After that phone conversation I walked away feeling good about My Management Company and it paid off as he had my property rented out with good screened tenants within 3 days . Ray has relieved any stress I had about getting good tenants who will take care of your property in a quick fashion . I am grateful to My Management Co

Very happy with my rental company and property good clean place to live

I just started renting at this place so my opinion is not fully developed yet. I guess there is some good things so far that I like. I like paying my rent at a location that I can get a receipt from in that moment

We have been renting from them for approximately 7 months. They were very accommodating in the beginning helping with all of my answers and needs. Then for months I would try and email them for various things like the yard and who takes care of it or getting my keys back from a prior roommate and I would get no answers.. but all in all they are a good company to rent from.

I have been dealing with My Management Company for almost 2 years and they're always on top of any questions or issues that a tenant may have. They're also on top of getting back to you in a timely manner. Its been a good experience thus far.

The staff I have dealt with have been friend. But one of my service requests from several months ago have yet to be answered

We have dealt with nothing but lies from them. We have tried our best to communicate but they shut us down at any opportunity. They have put words in our mouth and also disreguarded what we have told them. Their contractors were still in the house when we moved in but they will lie and say that's not true. There were multiple repairs that needed done before we moved in that they will now blame on us even though we informed them of said repairs they refused to actually fix. The repairs they did "fix" were done in half measures and did not last. They shortened our lease without our consent and said it was a courtesy but will now say it's due to us being horrible tenants. They have said to us they are sad to see us go but will now go back on it to make themselves look better. In conclusion they seem great at first but the longer you are renting from them the more they show their true colors and you see what deceptive manipulators they really are. Please save yourself the trouble and avoid them at all cost.

Wish I could give them a zero! They refuse to allow those with mental illness have their animal. Even with a note from your doctor! Shame on you for segregating people. How about you stop judging everyone, just because you might have had a few bad renters. Your job is to vet those who destroyed previous places. They also feel like lying on here? No the place I wanted didn t get rented. I spoke with someone who I told I had the proper letters, that would be sent. Please stop badgering the negative remarks with insults. How about you actually talk to the person who is frustrated by the lack of fair treatment??

Service request have been great, Will has been amazing

Do not rent from this company! They failed to mention that we had to pay for gas as a seperate utility until 6 months into our lease, so we had to backpay all of it. They are incredibly overpriced and charge $60 a month for "landscaping" (even in the winter) and the guy only mows your lawn once a month (this isn't mentioned when they go over the lease agreement ). They even took money out of our deposit to tighten an outlet, and fix damages caused by a previous tenant. Also, they offer $50 to leave them a positive review on this site. There are many more issues but im just gonna leave this where its at . P.S look at their responses to negative reviews, they're absolute douchebags to anyone who has anything honest to say about them.

My Management Company went out of their way to ensure the rental of the house my family and I are currently living in.
I am coming up on a year end lease and have had a hassle free experience with My Management Co and their staff,
They are polite curtious professional and i would recommmend checking with them before persuing any other listings in the area.

I've been a tenant for about six months, they're always responsive and helpful when I need something, would rent from them again

They have dragged me and my kids around ib hopes of renting a property. Not answering phones, emails, or even letters. If I talk to John or Jordan theyll tell me we'll call you back or send us more information. Just to have the young lady (whose name I can't remember now) tell me No you don't make enough or No you're on section 8 housing they have put me in my family through hell. Very unprofessional and bad at lying.
P.S. They do take section 8 housing and we do make enough.

The jury is out for me. For one thing, i think its unethical to allow only one option for paying rent (online using bank info), and then having a fee associated with using the method.

My management company kept in contact with us during the whole application process. We are very happy and satisfied with this company

The place is falling apart, and it s difficult to get ahold of the company other then through e-mail. And when they do fix something it s done very cheaply.

I've been renting from my management company for 2 1/2 years and I love it. Anytime we have a problem or need to discuss something they are always kind and willing to talk about things. I love renting from my management it's worth it.

Really recommend this rental company. Really easy to get in touch with and answered all of my questions when needed.

It does not matter how long you live in their properties, how well you paid your rent, or the fact that they had a cockroach infestation for months. They will give you a bad reference when you decide you want to move out. These people will say anything negative to anyone who tries to move on to something else. The manager lies and is not trustworthy. My kids lived there 3 years with no problems until they decided they wanted a house.

I am very happy with the services of My Management Company. The portal makes it so easy to pay rent and communicate with them for maintenance. I m very pleased that the owners of our complex decided on My Management Company. Highly recommend!!

Moved my son in about a month ago. Management has been very receptive to any request and maintenance issues. So far it has been a pleasure working with them.

They got us in a rental fast when we moved from out of state. Fast application process. Friendly staff. Melanie has taken care of issues that I have brought to her attention and gotten back to me immediately when I email her. All in all, a good place to rent.

We are new to Twin Falls & before we moved up here, finding a rental was tough. it seemed like every time we would find a place it was gone or not ready for 30-60 days. Then we came across Karen at My Management Company! Super Nice & Very Business like, she didn't just say she would handle something like the rest, she Handled It!! They have been Top Notch & Super Easy to work with ever since & we Love Our Spot!!! I highly recommend My Management Company to anyone in the market for a new spot! Have had the worst experience with this company. They had "contractors" downstairs doing some remodeling, Something happened and caused a sag in the house. We reported it and according to the lease, they had 3 days to do something about it, Nothing. I got curious and wanted to know what was being built in the basement, called the twin falls city building department and asked what blueprints were on the permits.... They were building with NO permits and the "contractor" was not nor has he ever been a registered contractor. So they put a stop work order and I guess they decided it was to expensive to build everything legally because they have sold the property from under us. We have been here for 3 months and have been given a 30 day notice to end tenancy. You best believe we will keep in contact with the building inspector to make sure you guy don't try to continue building.

They got me in my new place quickly and are very professional. I like their portal, which makes paying rent easy as well as if you have any issues with your place. You can notify them easily through the portal of the issue. Highly recommend!

Understanding and caring about problems or misunderstanding and make it right

Melanie and The Mangment company team are phenomenal Anytime we have a question or concern we can always count on them. We Highly recommended anyone that has housing needs to go thru them.

All in all, I'm disappointed. The only truly positive thing to be said is that they tend to be rather polite during communication. However, polite as they are, the biggest flaw seems to be MIScommunication, both amongst the various individuals employed at and by the company in question, and between them and their tennants.

On multiple occasions, we would be assured one thing by one person, only for it to happen a different way(or not at all), with someone in authority claiming no knowledge of prior assurances to the contrary.

The house was promised to be ready after renovations by a specific date, so we all agreed this would be an excellent date to move in, only to find a bevy of 'contractors' (some of which looked awfully young) still working throughout the structure. Said contractors 'finished' within a few days, only to leave many things in desperate need of correction, some of which were eventually fixed, but most of which we eventually gave up reporting due to lack of action.

Issues such as a broken dishwasher or a stuck window took days, or sometimes weeks, to be addressed, despite repeated assurance that someone would be sent out as soon as possible. It should be mentioned that while their rotating cast of 'contractors' would often assure us that no charge would be posted to us for the repairs, fees were often applied anyway.

At no point were we inspected for any reason, save for once during the final month of our tenancy, wherein the 'inspector' nearly sprinted through the home before fleeing the premises, giving little to no chance to discuss the problems that still hadn't been resolved over the course of over two years.

Overall, I've lived under worse landlords, but none so desperate to hide their flaws. I wouldn't recommend renting from them if any other option is available.

100% recommended, My managment company has always been very helpful and easy to work with. Our family of 5 has been living in our 3 bedroom 3 bath apartment going on two years and we have zero complaints.

They were so great to work with. I was able to get into my apartment with only a few days notice. Ray and Karen are upmost professional and willing to help in anyway. I would highly recommend them to anyone! I know their character and they are good and honest people. Love these guys!

Maybe some have had good results here, but I surly haven't. After the way I was treated Friday morning, I don't think I'd rent from these people.
