We have been renting from them for approximately 7 months. They were very accommodating in the beginning helping with all of my answers and needs. Then for months I would try and email them for various things like the yard and who takes care of it or getting my keys back from a prior roommate and I would get no answers.. but all in all they are a good company to rent from.
