I've had good luck renting here so far. Any maintence issues have been dealt with quickly and as long as my rent is paid the landlord doesn't bother u about little things. And the rent was the right amount.
Only issues is the continually adding of more late fee, it continues to go up each day u can't pay I feel like hat is kinda a rip off since I paid the rent portion and just did not have enough to cover the late fee until the next pay day 2 weeks away.
I Might feel slightly different if the full lease had been posted so I could read the lease information. But as of today, 7 months after move in I have no documents posted on my renters portal.
Only giving one star because I have to leave at least one. Horrible management company!! We were told our house was ready, but when we showed up, the contractor and his crew were still there. The walls were still wet and multiple things were still not done. It took 2 days to get a stove, 2 months to get countertops, and almost 2 months to get the part of my window that closed. We moved in the first of October. There was a broken window they refused to fix and multiple other things wrong that they wouldn't adress. We got charged for things we didn't even ask to do, and the list goes on and on. Don't go through them or you will regret it!! They don't listen to you and don't seem to care. Worst people I've ever rented from. Would never recomend
Current resident. The staff are friendly and will do whatever they can to work with you, maintenance does get backed up sometimes but any issues will be handled.
Always easy to work with and prompt in responding to questions and concerns.
We moved up here from a few hours away, they met with us on a Sunday to show us property and we have never had any problems! I recommend them to anyone in the area! Super nice understanding people!

Its been a GREAT Experience working with My Management Company! I would Highly recommend them for any Investors or Rentors in the Magic Valley and Surrounding. Their Reports and Ledgers make it simple to know exactly what is going on.

All in all I've had a good experience with this company, it was kind of rough, our original landlord Bobbi was pretty shady and almost screwed us but the company fixed everything and now we are very happy.

July 2019 After two years in collections to the bad tenants Ray Perron chose to rent my home in Buhl, ID they finally paid what they owed in water, garbage, and HOA fees thanks to my present management company Real Property Management which I highly recommend.
As to Ray Perron from My Management Company, he never returned any of the money he stole from the home rent he managed or help on the collections to the former tenants.
But I believe in Karma and soon or later this unethical owner of My Management Company will end up in the Idaho court and prison for fraud.
WARNING TO HOMEOWNERS this company run by Ray Perron subsist with lies and by taking money that is not theirs. Perron rented my Idaho home to an unqualified family who could not afford the rent.
Moreover, he told them the rent included HOA and utilities which it was never authorized or instructed to do except for the first three months as a promotion.
The deposits from Perron were always late and when I will call Perron he gave any excuse in the book. Always blaming my bank. Also, The deposits were always short. He will make unjustified deductions without previously consulting me. And then saying I did not understand his devious account system.
When the missing money reached the thousands I fired Perron. As retaliation, he kept the tenant's deposit.
To this day he has not returned one penny. This person is totally irresponsible, unethical and plainly a lier. I do not recommend this company.
Note- don't be confused by the good reviews they are written by Perron Mormon friends.
I really appreciate everything melanie has done for us she's amazing and I am glad to be renting from them. I love that they're on top of things when you have a maintenance issue they take care of it asap.
This place is worst of all companies I have ever felt with. They have moved me in on a home that has flooded 5 times letting mold grow with mushrooms coming out of the walls cause they have not fixed damage to the home not including it has destroyed my personal property if I had uses my renters insurance every time my premium would go up . They have admitted to mold in home that was there prior waiting months to get done they charged for gas in shop that I haven t even used for the summer which was over 800 dollars . I have had to pay stables for my 3 horses which was 900 a month cause they have kept all personal property in stables and on property so I pay almost 2000.00 a month for me to store all their belongings and can t even use bottom of home cause of flooding everywhere on bottom floor . We have contacted Lawer which is going to take this company to court and charged there is a contract to protect the management and homeowners but it also protects the tenants. I suggest anyone rent from these people look into it. If I could attach photos here I would . Great land lords always willing to work and help you out. Properties are nice and affordable. I have rented two properties through them and will continue to do so in the future.
Have been nothing but responsible and fair with us. Any issues we have had or request for repairs have been done in a promptly manner. So far we have been happy with the managment team and fortunate to have the same respect back!
We have been renting from this company for over a year now and we love living here. They keep everything up to date and are quick to solve any issues.

Serena and Karren have been great to me! They have been very respondant and kind. Working very hard to help get me and my kids into a home. They are very respectful and are open to people's explaintions when they people haven't made the approval status. They work late hours and give it their all from what I see. Very equal opportunity and wonderful people. Best I've had to work with on housing applications.
My fiance and I have had a lot of issues with our apartment. Our water heater stopped producing hot water and we had cold showers for two weeks, but Mike (Maintenance guy) actually came out on late nights and on his days off to make sure it was taken care of. I haven't had any issues with them. They help as much as they can.
They are easy to work with you and reply back fairly quickly when you write them. I would reccommend them.

I ve been renting since April. At the time I needed a place fast and they got me into my within just a few days. Any issues I have had they have been prompt as they can to fix them. I would recommend them for rentals.

I wish I could leave a better review at this time, but so far our experience hasn't warranted a higher evaluation. They have been impossible to reach in the event of maintenance emergencies and we heard nothing from them for 5 days when we had a plumbing emergency. They have been slow to respond to maintenance requests and have even closed them with no resolution.
Despite all of that, I am still optimistic that things can improve and will re-evaluate my review if that does happen. But in the mean time we have been less than impressed.
Edit* since the posting of my original review we have only received worse service from this company. I would highly discourage anyone from renting from them if at all possible.
Since I moved the end of may 2018 this company hands down has been nothing but good to me so helpful with and questions or concerns mind you it does take a few hours for responds at times but other then that nothing but a great team this company has.

I will say that my husband and I experienced more negative than positive with My Management Company and the apartment complex off Madrona. We lived there for two years. Out of all the apartments I ve ever lived in, this one was the hardest one and we were very happy to leave. If we were still in Idaho we would avoid them. We paid our rent on time and complied with all rules and regulations Such as apartment checks, pest control, etc.
PROS: the application process was quick, simple and efficient. We moved from another state and Melanie was able to help us out with getting paperwork done. Also the tenant portal is easy to pay rent on and easy to communicate to management. The apartment had a cool set up and hardwood floors.
CONS: the night we moved in, the apartment had LOTS of damages that I m not even sure someone came in to check? Our first thought was did anyone come in here to clean and fix damages after the last tenants left? The sliding door blinds were a mess, window curtains had lots of broken pieces, hundreds of poorly patched walls from pictures, marks all over outside storage closet, gouges in the walls and floors... the previous tenants before us were charged $1000 for damages and I don t think management fixed anything.
Our neighborhood was pretty loud, annoying and obnoxious. We couldn t even leave our windows open for fresh air because everyone around us smoked and their smoke would waft in.... Our neighbors would scream next door, pound on the walls, stomp around and they even busted out the front room windows!
There s children playing in the parking lot all the time, no one watches them so they climb in the trees and on the parking cover. When cars come into the parking lot they kids don t respectfully move, they just stare at the car.
Also people are always trying to park in your assigned parking spot! Whether they are tenants or visitors.
There seems to always be a lot of trash around the complexes? I m not sure they have a groundskeeper, but if they don t they should. Lots of trash, leaves, and cigarette buds in the parking lot and it all gets shoved in the sidewalk curbs :(
There were multiple times we had to call maintenance to check on things. It took a long time for them to check on our air conditioner. The maintenance guy thought I was lieing about it not working at first? We lived in the upstairs apartment, had the air conditioning blasted in the middle of summer and the thermometer said 89 degrees!!! We dealt with it a few days until we called emergency maintenance and he finally said your right, there seems to be a problem and finally fixed it. We had a leaking toilet and cheap cupboards that continued to break off the track. We have also heard that there are also lots of apartments that have cockroach infestations. Our apartment didn t have that issue because we kept our apartment clean.
When we finally moved out, they kept most of our deposit for things that didn t really make sense. We moved during the middle of the Coronavirus timeframe and money is a big issue for everyone. $40 maintenance service charge, $99 for materials from Lowe s??. $200 for carpet cleaning, $85 for carpet cleaning again... for a total of $424 from our security deposit. We didn t really feel compassion or valued as tenants
