Have had the worst experience with this company. They had "contractors" downstairs doing some remodeling, Something happened and caused a sag in the house. We reported it and according to the lease, they had 3 days to do something about it, Nothing. I got curious and wanted to know what was being built in the basement, called the twin falls city building department and asked what blueprints were on the permits.... They were building with NO permits and the "contractor" was not nor has he ever been a registered contractor. So they put a stop work order and I guess they decided it was to expensive to build everything legally because they have sold the property from under us. We have been here for 3 months and have been given a 30 day notice to end tenancy. You best believe we will keep in contact with the building inspector to make sure you guy don't try to continue building.
