Great place! Full of culture and open area for children to run. Great for picnics. On Saturdays at night there is the observation of the sky with telescopes. Fantastic! All very well maintained and with security always present. Indoor environments, related to exhibitions, air-conditioned. Lots of information always with interactivity. And to complete: 100% free!

I've been to MAST since I was a child and whenever I have fun! It's great to know that we have a place rich in culture in Rio de Janeiro and where we can watch the stars that enchant us.

A great space with activities appropriate for children over the weekend

Very interesting place to meet and take the family! Wednesdays and Saturdays have been observing the sky in telescopes with the help of mediators. At some times of the year it is possible to see galaxies and some planets in the solar system. In addition, on Saturdays there are also other activities such as guided tours, lectures and workshops. Children love it. It also has exhibitions about science in Brazil and in the world. All free.

A wonderful and little-known place. It can and must be visited to be valued and not to get lost. Going at night to watch the stars or during the day to relax in the gardens is always a pleasant and unique ride in the region.

I went with my husband and my daughters, the tour is cool but has many sites under construction. There is a part with scaffolding that I find a bit dangerous for children. But overall I enjoyed having gone and taken my girls. Do not forget to take repellent, there is a lot of mosquito at dusk.

An incredible place to take children and awaken their interest in science. Lots of information about measurements, about the stars and a very cool film about the solar system.
