I have been a Murray customer for years and have generally been very pleased with the service I have received. This week, however, they went above and beyond. I went to leave my kids' school after picking them up, and my car wouldn't go into reverse. It was about 5:45 in the evening. In a panic, I called Murray. They sent someone to pick us up and take us to the dealership and immediately got us in a loaner car. They helped me coordinate with BMW assist to have my car towed to the dealership for the necessary repairs. This morning, I picked up my car. The process took no more than 5 minutes, and my car had been thoroughly washed and vacuumed. Thanks, Murray!!

We used them several times (our loss!) for repairs...

We used them several times (our loss!) for repairs on a BMW we no longer own. We felt over charged at every turn ($700 to replace the components to a headlight!), etc. The last time we went, an insurance adjuster had dropped off a check for us. The adjuster left it in a sealed envelope with our names clearly written on the outside. The service man we were working with was "concerned" about what was in the envelope and opened it. I was disappointed but not surprised to find out our repair being done (that had nothing to do with the insurance adjuster; body damage vs a fuel pump) mysteriously cost the same amount. We sold the car and are happy to never have to deal with them again!

My wife and I as two proud owners of Mercedes Benz cars would like to strongly recommend Mr. Todd White, the service adviser at Mercedes Benz of Denver. He has always been incredible throughout the service experience. I am a Marketing professor who teaches service management and customer experience management courses at the Daniels College of Business, University of Denver. Todd does an excellent job of explaining our service options as well as answering all of our questions. We are very impressed with Todd s knowledge and professionalism and we feel very informed and confident in his expertise.
From the day we decided to work with Todd until now, he has gone far above and beyond our expectations and has demonstrated outstanding service quality. We never had to worry about our cars, because we know Todd has everything under control. He always responds to our email/phone inquiries in a timely and professional manner. We could not be happier with the service we receive from Todd and this dealership.

I have been a Murray BMW Service customer for a little over 5 years. I started going to them because they were closer than the dealership where I purchased both my BMWs but continued with them because of their service. I have since moved out of the state and now I realize how good they were having gone to other BMW service departments. I used to think that this service level was "BMW" service but now I know that "Murray" service is better than most.

They always treated both my cars well and never damaged them. I have always been happy with their repairs and their explanation of what was found and how it was fixed. Every service representative that I worked with was professional, followed through on what they said they would do and always called you back with updates on the repair work.

And sure, things happen but they always make it right.

One time there was an issue with my X5 and I had to bring it back in again because the problem wasn't fixed. I had told them when I dropped it off the first time that I had family coming in from out of town so I needed the big SUV to get them around. When I came back in they had a 5 series ready for me so that I was able to shuttle every one around and not have to jam into a smaller car. I ended up having that car for a week and when I got my X5 back everything was fixed as expected.

Murray understands customer service and whatever they do to train their service representatives is working. I wish they could train some of the other service departments in the state where I now live...

We had problems with the radio in the car we purch...

We had problems with the radio in the car we purchased from Murray Motors and took it in for service. The service writer said the radio was broken, but was likely out of warranty. She said she would check with BMW and follow up with us. 2 weeks went by and no follow up. We went in again and brought up the issue. Again, service said they would get with BMW and get back with us. Another 2 weeks goes by and still nothing from service. I contacted Murray Motors online regarding the issue twice and they didn't respond. Horrible service, we would never buy from them again. Another issue we had was regarding the paint touch up warranty we purchased. When we bought the warranty we were told it covers all nicks and scratches bumper to bumper. When we brought the car in for a scratch on the bumper they refused to fix it because the bumper was a different material than the body of the car. Had we had not been mislead on this, we never would have purchased the warranty. What good is a warranty for touch up paint that doesn't cover the bumper which is the area most likely to be damaged.

So i have these un-expire coupons for free oil change, free valet parking, discounts on products and more more. First time i went there for and oil change with those coupons they said it is expired, although there is no date on the coupon book at all, second time i went there, they said now they are not murray motors anymore, really? Why is it everywhere saying that you are murray motors? You are bullshit, nothing else. If the manager or someone is reading this, you guys should make up your mind, are you murray motors or sonic or what? Every time i get different answers.

Another disappointing experience with Murray Motor...

Another disappointing experience with Murray Motor Imports - BMW. M-Benz part department is a little better, but over all SUCKS too. (I own BMW & M-Benz, so I am talking from experience). It amazes me that this company is still in business.
Called for a part this morning. 2 were in stock. Asked for part brand/manufacture. Was promised a call back. Never heard back.
Luckily SCHOMP-BMW had my part in stock and I got my questions answered right away. Plus the same part was almost 25% cheaper at SCHOMP-BMW.
I guess I should not be surprised. I should have expected poor customer service and high prices from Murray Motor Imports - BMW.
Not even sure why I bothered calling. That's OK. It won't happened again.

My family and I have been going to Murray Motors f...

My family and I have been going to Murray Motors for years our family has four cars with them and they use to be wonderful. Ever since management has changed and the Murray family no longer owns the dealership the services has completely gone down hill. On several occasions I have been treated disrespectfully, but most recently was beyond the worst. They had my car for over an hour and a half and when I finally asked where my car was they had no idea. Finally, my car was located, however no services had been performed on my car. Jerrod Sheppard was nice and apologetic, whoever given that it was 6pm on a Friday they couldn't complete what was need on my car. The boy who took my car in the first place and lost my car, Cameron Dean, came around the corner with a snug smile and said "are these your keys?" Well he new they were my keys and he saw me waiting and didn't say a word to me. He did not apologies and when I said to him "you do not have anything to say for the poor service and the fact you wasted my time", he simply smiled with a pretension smile and walked away. This is just one example of how with the management change they no longer care about their customers.

I purchased my C300 for Murray MNercedes and was treated like a king. Being a long time BMW fan I tried to purchase from Schomp BMW with no sucess. This would have been the 7th car from them. My wife suggested we look at the Benz and I am glad we did. Ben was excellent.

I now take my car there for service and even though I drive one of the least expensive cars Mercedes makes they treat me like I own a 200,000.00 car. Don't go anywere else but Murray and see Jacob.

I'd give the sales person I dealt with when purchasing my new BMW from Murray Motors 5-stars! He was really great; honest, not pushy, and very easy to work with. However the service department has continually been an issue for. I get the run around every time I try to call and get advice or help on something. Honestly I speak to a receptionist who then repeatedly transfers me to service people so I can ask a question, but no one EVER answers. I finally just hang up. My husband felt like he was a burden when he brought the vehicle in for a fluid refill, they didn't tell him the vehicle was done, just parked it outside and left the keys in the ignition. He finally went to confirm it was done and was NOT happy with the service he received while at Murray Motors. The last time I brought my car into the service department for an oil change, I made an appointment to get a loaner and had to wait for an hour before finally getting a tiny little junky Enterprise rental car. I understand that is not necessarily Murray Motors fault, however they should have some kind of deal to only provide certain cars to Murray customers. I drive a full size SUV so to be put into a micro-mini tin can sedan is a problem for me. Not to mention, I had to take a van ride to Enterprise instead of them bringing the car to the dealership. I am giving 3 stars on this review because the service supervisor was very accommodating after I explained the problem I had with the rental car and that it took from arrival to getting into a loaner, no joke: 1.75 hours. When you purchase a "luxury" car, you expect certain things out of the dealer and service department. Murray Motors is just not consistent in providing excellent service.

Murray Motors runs the worst auto body shop in the...

Murray Motors runs the worst auto body shop in the business. Murray has had my car (CLS550) for more than 6 weeks and it has still not been repaired. Every time I call, my service advisor, Brittany Sonquist, comes up with another story about how my car should only take a few more days. I could have had the car removed from the shop to be repaired elsewhere, however, early into this fiasco Brittany kept telling me it would take just a few more days. She then proceeded to blame the delays on my insurance company, her project manager, and then her body shop employee/mechanics. What's worse, when I had the car towed there in the first place, I specifically asked if they had time to work on the vehicle and about how long repairs should take. I was told that the car could be repaired in 4-6 weeks. Ask anyone in the industry and they will tell likely tell you that 4-6 weeks is a long time to work on a car. Worse still, no one in the Murray Motors organization is holding Body Works accountable. Also, the Body Works employees seem to have fabricated the paperwork to make it appear as if the car is being repaired in a timely fashion. While they have had the car since 5/15, the paperwork suggests that they have only had since 5/26 (what did they do for the first 11 days?). Also, I received an email update today (6/25) stating that they are waiting on parts (why couldn't parts have been ordered in the first 6 weeks?). When I called to ask about the parts, Brittany said her manager accidentally put that in my chart. When I asked to speak with the manager she said it was actually the mechanic/body shop employee who did it (seems to me they were looking for more days to spend with the car because the car is still not finished). Last, they sent me an update that states my car is in reassembly (step 6) but when I finally spoke with Brittany she tells me that my car is going to mechanical (step 5).

In sum, this body shop cannot be trusted. In fact, this shop is so untrustworthy that I will no longer have my car serviced at Murray and I certainly will not be purchasing my next vehicle from them. Take my advice and go to Littleton Mercedes - or anywhere else. It might be a longer drive for some but, trust me, you will ultimately save time, money, and headaches by not having to deal with Murray's excuses and poor customer service. Run away.

I've always been impressed with the service I have...

I've always been impressed with the service I have received from Murray Motors for my BMW, but I'll admit today that I was even more pleasantly surprised. I brought my car in for service because I noticed I had a leak in the fuel system when I filled the tank. I fully expected to pay for labor and whatever other costs there may be to repair the leak. When I picked up the car, the cost to repair the leak was zero. The service advisor told me that when I had my car in two weeks previously for a full service, it appeared that the fuel filter cap might not have been fully tightened when they checked my fuel filter. So, there was no charge. As usual, the car was washed. It would have been very easy for Murray to charge me for the repair and I would have been none the wiser. I'm not sure when I am going to update my BMW, but I know exactly where I am going to buy it when I do--Murray Motor Imports.

Not only has this dealership destroyed my car but theres little to say they did the service paid for. My vehicle was damaged in the service department and it also was delivered to me with grease and oil on the enterior. They didnt try to clean my car after the service

I purchased a used Porsche Boxster S from Murray Motors. They promised they would make sure the paint looked good. The front bumper was nor perfect so they repainted it. They let me use a very nice loaner car while they took care of the issue. These guys are great to work with! David Paul was the best car salesman I have ever worked with, he kept me up to date the entire time!

Absolutely the best car buying experience I had to...

Absolutely the best car buying experience I had to date. My salesperson Louie Quezada was fantastic to deal with. He went out of his way to ensure all my needs were taken care of and that I was well informed of every step in the car buying process. In fact, I was so satisfied with my first vehicle purchase, that I purchased a second vehicle from him 2 weeks later. Along with Aaron the Sales Manager and the rest of the staff of Murray Motors, I'd say they get how customers like to be treated. I'll certainly continue to do business with Louie and Murray Motors and will highly recommend them to others.
