I've always been impressed with the service I have received from Murray Motors for my BMW, but I'll admit today that I was even more pleasantly surprised. I brought my car in for service because I noticed I had a leak in the fuel system when I filled the tank. I fully expected to pay for labor and whatever other costs there may be to repair the leak. When I picked up the car, the cost to repair the leak was zero. The service advisor told me that when I had my car in two weeks previously for a full service, it appeared that the fuel filter cap might not have been fully tightened when they checked my fuel filter. So, there was no charge. As usual, the car was washed. It would have been very easy for Murray to charge me for the repair and I would have been none the wiser. I'm not sure when I am going to update my BMW, but I know exactly where I am going to buy it when I do--Murray Motor Imports.
